Abstract

A container (2) for consumer goods comprises: a housing (4) and a first sliding element (6). The housing (4) comprises a box (21) and a lid (28) hingedly connected to the box (21) across a hinge line (37) extending across the box back wall (25). Each side wall (22, 24) of the box (21) includes an elongate slit (30), wherein the two elongate slits (30) are substantially parallel to each other. The first sliding element (6) is mounted in the elongate slits (30) of the box side walls (22, 24) for movement therealong between a first position, in which the lid (28) is closed, and a second position, in which the lid (28) is open. The lid comprises a lid flap (45) which is arranged between the sliding element (6) and the box (21) such that an engagement of the lid flap (45) and the sliding element (6) is capable of opening the lid (21), wherein the lid flap (45) is capable of engaging with the sliding element (6) during movement of the sliding element from the first position to the second position.

Description

(57) A container (2) for consumer goods, comprising a housing (4) and a first pull-out element (6). The housing (4) comprises a box (21) and a cover (28) pivotally connected to the box (21) via an articulated line (37) extending through the back wall (25) of the box. Each side wall (22, 24) of the box (21) includes an elongated slot (30), while the two elongated slots (30) are essentially parallel to each other. The first sliding element (6) is installed in the elongated slots (30) of the side walls (22, 24) of the box to move along them between the first position in which the lid (28) is closed and the second position in which the lid (28) is open. The lid comprises a lid valve (45), which is located between the sliding element (6) and the box (21), so that the valve (45) of the lid and the sliding element (6) mesh with the possibility of opening the lid (21), while the valve (45) ) the cover is adapted to engage with the sliding element (6) while the sliding element is moved from the first position to the second position.

The present invention relates to a container with a hinged lid for consumer goods containing a retractable element. The container of the present invention finds particular use as a container for elongated smoking articles.

It is known that elongated smoking articles and other consumer goods are packaged in containers formed from bent laminated preforms. Elongated smoking articles, such as cigarettes and cigars, are usually sold in hinge-lid packages containing a box for holding smoking articles and a lid connected to the box around a hinge line extending through the rear wall of the container. Such packages are typically constructed from solid laminated blanks of heavy paper. In use, the lid is rotated around a hinge line to open the package and thereby gain access to the smoking articles placed in the box.

Retractable and casing containers with or without hinged lids are also known. For example, ϋδ-Ά-3858788 and ϋδ-Ά-3933299 describe hinged lid containers containing an inner sliding part with a hinged lid that is slidably placed inside the outer shell. The outer shell is in the form of a sleeve surrounding the inner retractable part. When the outer shell and the inner sliding part are moved relative to each other, the lid may open or close. In these patent publications, the cover includes a valve on the outside of the cover, which engages with the valve on the inner surface of the outer shell, as the outer shell moves downward. The valve is pulled down from the outer shell, thus opening the cover. With these packages, the consumer needs to hold the box with one hand and move the drawer with the other hand or grab the box against a hard surface when moving the drawer.

It would be desirable to provide a container with a hinged lid and a retractable element that will provide the consumer with new ways of accessing consumer goods inside the container.

According to the present invention, there is provided a consumer goods container comprising a housing with a box and a lid and a retractable member. The box contains the back wall of the box, the top wall of the box, the first side wall of the box and the second side wall of the box. The first side wall of the box and the second side wall of the box each contain an elongated slot. Two elongated slots are essentially parallel. The lid is pivotally connected to the box along a hinge line extending through the back wall of the box. A retractable element is installed in the elongated slots of the side walls of the box to move along them between the first position in which the lid is closed and the second position in which the lid is open. The cover contains a cover valve. The cover valve is located between the box and the drawer, so that the engagement of the cover valve and the drawer is able to open the cover. The cover valve is adapted to engage with the retractable member while the retractable member is moved from the first position to the second position.

In the containers of the invention, installing the drawer in elongated slots in the housing provides an effective way to limit the movement of the drawer relative to the housing. Preferably, this ensures that the drawer is held in place on the container and cannot be accidentally removed from the container.

In addition, the sliding element covers only part of the housing, since the sliding element is held in place on the container as a result of installation in elongated slots. Preferably, less material is required to make the container of the invention compared to the drawer and shell container of the prior art. In addition, in comparison with the sliding and shell containers according to the state of the art, in the container according to the invention, a large part of the housing is accessible for contact with the customer since it will not be blocked by the sliding element.

Preferably, the containers of the invention may comprise a telescopic member that is capable of moving between the first position and the second position with one finger. In such cases, thus, it may be possible to open the container with only one hand.

The drawer may be installed in two elongated slots using any suitable means or method. For example, the drawer can be installed in two elongated slots by inserting a retaining tab of the drawer through at least one slit to the opposite inner side of the housing, so that this holding tab of the drawer cannot pass back through the slot. Preferably, the drawer comprises two retaining tabs that are inserted through elongated slots and bent back to the drawer, against the inner surface of the side walls of the box. When the housing is filled with consumer goods, such as a pack of smoking articles, the retaining tabs are preferably located between the inner surface of the drawer and the outer surface of the consumer goods.

Preferably, the ends of the two elongated slots define a first position and a second position

In the first position, the drawer is thus located at one end of the two elongated slots, while in the second position the drawer is located at the opposite end of the two elongated slots. This arrangement makes it particularly easy to move the drawer to the first or second position.

The terms front, back, top, bottom, side, and other terms used to describe the relative positions of the components of the containers of the invention refer to the container in an upright position with a lid at the upper end and a hinge at the rear side. When describing the containers of the invention, these terms are used in the description regardless of the orientation of the container.

The terms left and right are used with reference to the side walls of the container when you look at the container in front in a vertical position. The term longitudinal refers to the direction from the bottom to the top, or vice versa. The term transverse refers to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

Similarly, the terms up and down are used to describe the movement of the drawer relative to the container body of the invention when the container is in an upright position.

The term hinge line refers to a line around which the lid can be rotated to open the container. The hinge line may be, for example, a fold line or a notch line on a panel forming the rear wall of the container. Alternatively, the hinge line may be a fold line or a notch line on a piece of material connecting the wall of the lid or door to the corresponding wall of the box. Such a piece of material may be, for example, a label that is permanently or removably attached to the back wall of the lid and / or the back wall of the box.

Preferably, two elongated slots are arranged vertically and parallel to the longitudinal edges of the container.

In particular preferred embodiments, in the first position, the extension is located at the upper end of the vertical elongated slots, while in the second position, the extension is located at their lower end. Thus, in such embodiments, the drawer is moved down to open the container and up to close the container.

The lid of the container body of the invention can rotate around a hinge line extending through the rear wall of the body. The cover may be a solid upper part of the housing or only a portion thereof. For example, in a particular preferred embodiment, the lid forms an upper corner of the housing and is capable of pivoting around a hinge line extending through its rear wall.

The container body of the invention accommodates smoking articles or other consumer products to provide inside the container. In some embodiments of the invention, the housing may completely cover the consumer products contained therein when the lid is closed. In alternative embodiments, the housing is at least partially open on the front side, so that the housing only partially covers consumer goods. In such embodiments, the container preferably further comprises an outer sleeve that covers any exposed sides of the housing. The outer sleeve preferably only partially covers the housing, so that the movement of the extension element and the hinge cover is not hindered.

Preferably, the container further comprises at least one friction element for increasing friction between the housing and the sliding element while the sliding element is moved between the first position and the second position. The friction element ensures that the retractable element remains in place as long as a well-defined force is exerted by the consumer. Preferably, the risk that the container accidentally opens between uses, therefore, is reduced.

Alternatively, or in addition to at least one friction member, suitable holding means may be provided to keep the container in a closed or open position. For example, the holding means may include one or more magnets, Velcro® Velcro, low adhesive adhesives, convex or indented portions on the drawer, housing, and / or drawer and housing.

Preferably, at least one wall of the drawer comprises an inner panel and an outer panel. The inner panel may, for example, be formed from one or more tongues extending from the edges of the outer panel and glued to the inner surface of the outer panel. The inner panels fasten the drawer and can also reduce the wear on the edges of the drawer, which may occur as a result of the movement of the drawer during use. In addition, folding the inner panels inward creates a visible outer edge that can be printed. This eliminates the visible cut edges on the outer surface of the container.

In containers of the invention containing the first and second pull-out elements, the first pull-out element can be installed in the same slots as the second pull-out element. Alternatively, the first pull-out element may be mounted in elongated slots, which are characterized by one or more elongated slots in which the second pull-out element is mounted.

The first and second lids of the container according to the invention can be opened and closed independently of each other by moving the first and second sliding elements, respectively, relative to the housing. Therefore, it is possible to have access to smoking articles or other consumer goods within the enclosure, either by opening the first lid or by opening the second lid.

Containers according to the invention, containing two lids, can, if desired, contain two different types of consumer goods, so that the first view is accessible through the first lid and the second view is accessible through the second lid. For example, the housing may contain two separate packs of smoking articles, wherein the smoking articles contained in one pack may be the same as or different from the smoking articles contained in the second pack. This arrangement has the advantage that, if desired, one bundle can remain packaged until another bundle is empty.

The containers of the present invention can be formed from blanks of any suitable material, including, but not limited to, heavy paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, or a combination thereof. When the container is formed from thick paper, preferably thick paper has a weight of between about 100 and about 350 g per 1 m ²

Preferably, the drawer is formed from a single blank to one or more blanks used to form the housing. The blanks for the formation of the housing and the sliding element can be made of the same or different materials. If desired, the telescopic member may be at least partially formed from a substantially transparent material. Preferably, the container is formed from one or more folded laminate blanks, more preferably from one or more folded laminated blanks of thick paper.

The containers of the invention may be in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with rectangular longitudinal and rectangular transverse edges. Alternatively, the container may comprise one or more rounded longitudinal edges, rounded transverse edges, beveled longitudinal edges, or beveled transverse edges, or combinations thereof. For example, the container of the invention may include, without limitation, one or two longitudinal rounded or chamfered edges on the front wall and / or one or two longitudinal rounded or chamfered edges on the back wall;

When the container contains one or more rounded edges and is made of a layered preform, preferably the preform contains three, four, five, six or seven cut lines or fold lines to form each rounded edge in the assembled container. Notch lines or crease lines can be either on the inside of the container or on the outside of the container. Preferably, the notch lines or crease lines are spaced apart from each other between about 0.3 and 4 mm.

Preferably, the spacing of fold lines or notch lines is a function of the thickness of the laminate preform. Preferably, the spacing between fold lines or notch lines is between about 0.5 and about 4 times the thickness of the laminate preform.

When the container contains one or more beveled edges, preferably the beveled edge has a width between about 1 and about 10 mm, preferably between about 2 and about 6 mm. Alternatively, the container may comprise a two-sided bevel formed by three parallel fold lines or notch lines that are spaced so that two distinct bevels are formed at the edge of the container.

Alternatively, the container may have a non-rectangular cross section, for example a polygonal section such as triangular or hexagonal, or oval, semi-oval, round or semi-circular.

When the container contains a beveled edge and is made of a layered preform, the bevel can be formed by two parallel fold lines or notch lines on the layered preform. Bend lines or notch lines may be located symmetrically to the edge between the first wall and the second wall. Alternatively, fold lines or notch lines may be located asymmetrically to the edge between the first wall and the second wall, so that the bevel penetrates further into the first wall of the container than into the second wall of the container.

The containers of the invention can be used as packaging for a variety of consumer products. In a particular preferred embodiment, the containers of the invention are used for packaging smoking articles. The containers of the invention can preferably be used to package smoking articles, including, but not limited to, conventional light cigarettes, cigars or cigarillos, fired smoking articles containing a flammable fuel cell or heat source and an aerosol-forming lower layer (e.g., cigarettes of the type disclosed in I8-A-4714082) and smoking articles for use with electric smoking systems (for example, cigarettes of the type disclosed in I8-A-5692525).

Through an appropriate selection of their sizes, the containers of the invention can be made to accommodate different total quantities of smoking articles or different locations of smoking articles. For example, through appropriate selection of their sizes, the containers of the invention may be configured to accommodate a total amount between ten and thirty smoking articles.

The containers of the invention can accommodate one, two, three, four or five separate packs of consumer goods. The individual packs may be arranged substantially parallel to the front wall and rear wall, or substantially perpendicular to the front wall and rear wall.

Smoking articles can be arranged in a pack in different selections depending on the total number of smoking articles, the size of the smoking articles, or the shape of the cross section of the container. For example, smoking articles may be arranged in a pack in one row of five, six, seven, eight, nine or ten. Alternatively, smoking articles may be arranged in two or more rows. Two or more rows may contain the same number of smoking articles. For example, smoking articles may be arranged in two rows of five, six, seven, eight, nine, or ten; three rows of five, six, seven, eight, nine and ten; or four rows of four, five or six. The containers of the invention can accommodate smoking articles of the same type or brand or of different types or brands. In addition, filterless smoking articles and smoking articles with various filters may be contained, as well as smoking articles of varying lengths (for example, between about 40 and about 180 mm), diameters (for example, between about 4 and about 9 mm). In addition, smoking articles may be distinguished by durability of taste, resistance to retraction, and supply of total solids. When a container contains more than one pack, each pack inside the same container can accommodate the same or different types of smoking articles as listed above.

Preferably, the dimensions of the container are adjusted along the length of the smoking articles and the selection of smoking articles. Typically, the outer dimensions of the container are between about 0.5 and about 5 mm larger than the size of a pack of smoking articles placed inside the container.

Preferably, the containers of the invention have a height between about 60 and about 150 mm, more preferably a height between about 70 and about 125 mm, where the height is measured from the top wall to the bottom wall of the container.

Preferably, the containers of the invention have a width between about 12 and about 150 mm, more preferably a width between about 70 and about 125 mm, the width being measured from the first side wall to the second side wall of the container.

Preferably, the containers of the invention have a depth between about 6 and about 100 mm, more preferably a depth between about 12 and about 25 mm, the depth being measured from the front wall to the back wall of the container (containing a hinge between the box and the lid).

Preferably, the ratio of container height to container depth is between about 0.3: 1 and about 10: 1, more preferably between about 2: 1 and about 8: 1, most preferably between about 3: 1 and 5: 1.

Preferably, the ratio of the width of the container to the depth of the container is between about 0.3: 1 and about 10: 1, more preferably between about 2: 1 and about 8: 1, most preferably between about 2: 1 and 3: 1.

Preferably, the ratio of the height of the back wall of the lid to the height of the back wall of the box is between about 0: 1 (the hinge is located on the upper edge of the container) and about 1: 1, more preferably between about 1: 5 and about 1:10, most preferably between about 1: 6 and about 1: 8.

The outer surfaces of the containers of the invention may be printed, convex, dented, or otherwise embellished by the manufacturer or branded logos, trademarks, slogans and other consumer information and trademarks. Alternatively or in addition, the outer surfaces of the containers of the invention may be at least partially coated with varnish, metallization, holograms, luminescent material or any other materials that change the sensation, aroma or appearance of the container.

When the inner case of the container according to the invention contains one or more packs of smoking articles, the smoking articles are preferably packaged in an inner liner, for example of metal foil or metallized paper.

When the container contains smoking articles, the container may further comprise compartments for garbage (for example, ash or cigarette butts) or other consumer goods, such as matches, lighters, quenchers, mouthwashes or electronics. Other consumer goods may be attached to the outside of the container contained within the container along with smoking products in a separate compartment of the container or its associations.

When the box of the container of the invention contains a pack of cigarettes or other elongated smoking articles, the smoking articles are preferably packaged in an inner lining material, for example of metal foil or metallized paper.

As soon as they are filled, the containers of the invention can be wrapped in heat-shrinkable material or else wrapped over the entire surface with a transparent polymer film, for example of polyethylene or polypropylene, in the usual way. When the containers of the invention are wrapped over their entire surface, the overwrap may include tear tape.

The positions in FIG. 1-3 correspond to the positions in FIG. 4a-4c, so that each panel of the blanks 50, 60, 70 is indicated by the position used for the wall, valve or tongue formed by this panel in the assembled container 2, and vice versa.

The container 2 shown in FIG. 1-3, is presented in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped and contains a housing 4 and a retractable element 6. The housing 4 contains a pack of 8 cigarettes 9. As can be seen better in a detail view in FIG. 3, the housing 4 is formed of an inner sleeve 12 around the wrapped bundle 8. The container further comprises an outer sleeve 10 around the inner sleeve 12 and the bundle 8.

The outer sleeve 10 comprises a first side wall 14 of the outer sleeve, a second side wall 15 of the outer sleeve, a rear wall 20 of the outer sleeve, an upper wall 16 of the outer sleeve, a lower wall 19 of the outer sleeve and a front wall 18 of the outer sleeve. The front wall 18 of the sleeve is essentially the same length as the container 2, while the rear wall 20 of the outer sleeve is approximately one fifth the length of the container 2. The outer sleeve 10 does not cover a portion of the inner sleeve 12, and this portion extends over the entire surface of the upper the walls 16 of the outer sleeve, the side walls 14 of the outer sleeve and the rear wall 20 of the outer sleeve. The missing section provides sufficient space that allows the sliding element 6 to move.

The inner sleeve 12 contains a box 21 and a lid 28. The box 21 contains a first side wall 22 of the box, a second side wall 24 of the box, opposite the first side wall 22 of the box, the upper wall 26, the lower wall 23 and the rear wall 25. The front side of the box is the inner sleeve 12 open for insertion of wrapped pack 8 during assembly of container 2.

Each of the first side wall 22 of the box and the second side wall 24 of the box contains a substantially vertical elongated slot 30 or slot. The elongated slots 30 are substantially the same length and width as each other, and are substantially opposite each other.

The inner sleeve 12 further comprises a lid 28. The lid 28 is pivotally attached to the rear wall 25 of the box along the crease line 37 and comprises a rear wall 35 of the lid, an upper wall 31

The cover includes an additional cover valve 45 (not visible in FIGS. 1-3) extending from the top edge of the back wall 35 of the cover downward above the hinge line 37. The cover valve 45 comprises a first cover valve panel 39, a second cover valve panel 32 and an opening tab 34. The cover valve panel 39 is connected to the rear edge of the cover top wall 31. The second lid valve panel 32 extends from the first lid valve panel 39 through a fold line in approximately the same position as the hinge line 37 on the back wall 20 of the box around which the hinge lid 28 can rotate. At the other end of the second lid valve panel 32 is an opening tab 34, which bends upward at approximately 180 ° to its outer side. The purpose of the cover valve 45 is described in detail below.

The slider 6 comprises a first side wall 36 of the drawer, a second side wall 38 of the drawer opposite the first side wall 36 of the drawer, and a rear wall 41 of the drawer. The length of the extension member 6 is approximately two third of the length of the elongated slots 30 on the inner sleeve 12. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the drawer 6 includes a pair of additional holding tabs 40 extending from the edges of the first side wall 36 of the drawer and the second side wall 38 of the drawer, respectively. The retaining tabs 40 are each bent inwardly at approximately 180 ° to the inner surface of the drawer 6. During assembly of the container 2, the retaining tabs 40 are inserted through elongated slots 30 on the side walls 22, 24 of the outer sleeve box 12, respectively. The retaining tabs 40 are thus located between the outer sleeve 12 and the wrapped bundle 8.

The first side wall 36 of the drawer and the second side wall 38 of the drawer, each, are formed from the inner panel 43 and the outer panel 36, 38. Each of the inner panels 43 is formed from a pair of reeds extending from opposite upper and lower edges of the outer panel 36, 38 and glues to the inner surface of the outer panel 36, 38.

Once the container 2 is assembled, the extension member 6 is able to move within the elongated slots 30 between the first, closed position shown in FIG. 1, and the second, open position shown in FIG. 2. The closed position and the open position are determined by the position of the upper and lower ends of the pair of elongated slots 30.

In the closed position, the extension member 6 moves upward as far as possible within the elongated slots 30. As shown in FIG. 1, when the drawer 6 is in the closed position, it is located above the hinge cover 28 and the hinge line 37 on the back wall 20 of the box, so that the hinge cover 28 is not able to rotate around the hinge line 37. The upper edges of the drawer 6 are essentially at the same level as the upper edges of the outer sleeve 10.

In contrast, in the open position, the extension member 6 moves down as far as possible within the elongated slots 30. As shown in FIG. 2, when the drawer 6 is in the open position, its upper edges are located below the hinge line 37 on the rear wall 20 of the box, so that the drawer 6 does not prevent the hinge cover 28 from opening.

Slider 6 includes an opening tongue 42 extending from the upper edge of the back wall 41 of the drawer and bent inwardly at approximately 180 ° to the inner surface of the drawer 6. When the container 2 is assembled, the opening tongue 42 of the drawer 6 is located between the rear wall 41 of the drawer and back wall 35 of the cover.

During use, since the drawer moves from the closed position in the downward direction, the opening tab 42 of the drawer engages with the opening tab 34 of the cover valve 45. The cover valve 45 is then pulled down by the sliding member 6 as it moves to the open position shown in FIG. 2. Since the cover valve 45 is connected to the hinge cover 28, moving down the cover valve 45 causes the hinge cover 28 of the inner sleeve 12 to open. To allow the hinge cover to turn outward, the cover valve 45 bends around the fold line between the cover valve panel 39 and the second panel 32 of the valve cover, as the sliding element 6 moves to the open position. The further the sliding element 6 moves downward, the more the cover valve 45 bends around the hinge line 37 and the greater the angle of the hinge cover 28 from the closed position.

FIG. 4a shows a blank 50 from which the outer sleeve 10 is made. FIG. 4b shows a blank 60 from which the inner sleeve 12 is made. FIG. 4c shows a blank 70 from which a drawer 6 is made. All of the blanks 50, 60, 70 are made of laminated thick paper and fold lines are indicated by dashed lines.

To form the container 2, the inner sleeve 12 and the extension member 6 are first formed from the laminated blanks 60, 70 shown in FIG. 4b and 4c, respectively. Then the sliding element is installed in the elongated slots 30 by bending the retaining tabs 40 at an angle of 180 ° and inserting them through the elongated slots 30. The wrapped bundle 8 is then inserted into the inner sleeve 12. Finally, the outer sleeve 10 is formed around the inner sleeve 12 and the wrapped bundle 8 of laminated

The container 100 shown in FIG. 5 is a rectangular parallelepiped in the form of a housing 104, a first drawer 106 and a second drawer 106 '. The housing 104 contains two adjacent packs. Similarly to the container 2 shown in FIG. 1-3 and as described above, the housing 104 is formed from an inner sleeve 112 around a bundle 108 and an outer sleeve 110 around an inner sleeve 112 and a bundle 108.

The outer sleeve 110 comprises a front wall, a rear wall opposite the front wall, a lower wall, a left side wall and a right side wall. The front wall and the rear wall are rectangular. When the container 100 is assembled, the outer sleeve surrounds only the lower part of the inner sleeve 112, extending upward by less than one third of the length of the container 102.

The inner sleeve 112 of a similar construction with the inner sleeve 12 of the container 2, as described above, except that both upper corners of the inner sleeve 112 are cut to provide a first hinge cover (not visible) and a second hinge cover 128 '. The first and second 128 'hinge caps are capable of pivoting in opposite directions to each other around opposite fold lines extending through the front and rear walls of the inner sleeve 112, respectively. A lid valve of an identical design with a valve 32 of the lid of the container 2 extends from the upper edge of each of the front and rear walls of the inner sleeve 112.

The left and right sliding elements 106, 106 'are both of the same design with the sliding element 6 of the container 2 and are installed in the same way in a pair of opposite elongated slots 130 on the inner sleeve. Each of the drawers 106 also functions in the same way as the single drawer 6 of the container 2.

Each of the hinge covers can be opened and closed independently of each other by moving the corresponding extension member 106, 106 'between the open and closed positions. FIG. 5 shows a container 100 with a hinged lid closed and a second hinged lid 128 ′ open.

Claims (7)

CLAIM 1. A consumer goods container comprising a housing including a box, the box comprising a rear wall, an upper wall, a first side wall and a second side wall, each of the first and second side walls of the box containing an elongated slot, while these two elongated slots essentially parallel to each other, and the housing further comprises a lid pivotally connected to the box along a hinge line extending through the rear wall of the box; and a first sliding element mounted in elongated slots of the side walls of the box to move along them between a first position in which the lid is closed and a second position in which the lid is open, wherein the lid comprises a valve located between the sliding element and the box, so that engagement the lid valve and the drawer is capable of opening the lid, and wherein the lid valve is adapted to engage with the drawer while the drawer is being moved from the first position to the second position. 2. The container according to the preceding paragraph, in which the first position of the sliding element is determined by one end of two elongated slots, and the second position of the sliding element is determined by the opposite end of the elongated gap. 3. A container as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the drawer comprises an opening valve bent against its inner surface, which is capable of engaging with a valve of the housing cover when the drawer moves from a first position to a second position. 4. The container according to any preceding paragraph, in which the box further comprises a front wall opposite the rear wall, the housing further comprising a second lid capable of pivoting around a second hinge line extending through the front wall of the box, and the container further comprises a second pull-out element installed in two elongated slots or separate elongated slots of the side walls of the box for moving along them between the first position in which the second lid is closed, and the second position in which the second cover is open. 5. A container according to any preceding claim, further comprising an outer sleeve. 6. The container according to any preceding claim, wherein the drawer comprises a first side wall and a second side wall parallel to the side walls of the box, and the drawer further comprises retaining tabs extending from each side wall of the drawer, while the holding tabs are bent at an angle of about 180 ° through the corresponding elongated slots and rest on the inner side of the side walls of the box. 7. The container according to any preceding paragraph, containing smoking articles.
