Solche Kabelpritschen finden in Kraftwerken usw. Anwendung.

Fig. 11 und 12) bestehen.
In Figg.
Cable ladder The invention relates to a cable ladder with attached to a carrier, the cable support form the booms, spars, webs and cross bars. Such cable trays are used in power plants and the like. Known cable trays of this type be available from elements that are connected to each other by welding.
They consequently have the disadvantage that they are bulky, which is unfavorable for transport and in particular also for export overseas, in which the cargo space used is of particular importance. In addition, even with these cable trays, the shape of which cannot be changed, the circumstances that may change with time and place cannot be taken into account.
The other known flatbeds of this type also have the disadvantage that they are only slightly adaptable to changing conditions and thus additional auxiliary structures, which are usually quite expensive, are required if additional cable runs are required or when existing systems are rebuilt or converted When building a system - which is usually the case - it indicates that the actual conditions no longer match those that were taken into account in the planning so that the cable paths change.
It has been shown that, in the course of time, when the system is expanded or converted, additional cables have to be laid again and again in existing systems. In the known cable trays of this type, additional auxiliary structures, which are often expensive, are required in these cases. In addition, the well-known cable trays often have to be changed during the creation of new systems, which is usually also very expensive. When planning the system, the cable routes can practically never be determined with absolute accuracy right from the start.
Changes in relation to the cable routes are also inevitable due to possible construction inaccuracies and also due to the laying of the heating pipes, cooling rollers and boiler pipes. Since the construction of a power plant is rarely carried out by a single company, the number of cable trays envisaged in the original planning is practically sufficient for the actual needs, so that additional work is time-consuming and costly on the construction site Beds would have to be created.
The aim of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages. According to the invention, the parts forming the position are assembled like a mu-box and attached to the supports so as to be adjustable in height. The supports on the girders can be clamped continuously adjustable at any height.
In the case of cable trays, the webs can be connected to the bars so that they can be moved and rotated against one another in such a way that when they are folded against one another, a narrow, flat structure is created that is well suited for transport purposes > Also, , for example, the width of the cable racks can be changed continuously by moving the bars.
It is particularly advantageous if for the connection of two conjoined Hollmen sleeve-like connecting gheder are used, which can be attached on both sides to the corresponding ends of the bars to be connected.
The connecting links can consist of slip sleeves or hinge pieces or finally of so-called slip clasps in such a way that several ascending and / or descending or any angle between them in a horizontal plane or ultimately at different heights are cable trays or supports can easily be joined together.
The new cable platform has the advantage that it can now be adapted to the most varied of conditions without expensive additional structural measures.

20 shows the cable support iron according to FIG. 19 in section, FIG. 21 shows the way in which a cable support iron according to FIGS. 19 and 20 can be attached to a wall or ceiling and FIG. 22 shows the manner in which a cable support iron according to FIGS. 19 and 20 can be attached to a carrier which is H or T-shaped in cross section.
The cable ladder consists of supports 1 which are to be attached to walls or ceilings, and of the actual supports 2 for the cables which are attached to the supports 1 . The carriers can be attached to walls or concrete or masonry, e.g. B. with the help of stone screws or expansion anchors, on hollow rails, anchor screws, on steel structures with hexagonal screws and on ceilings, e.g. B. by anchor bolts or with the help of commercially available threaded bolts. The carriers can also stand free without being attached to walls or ceilings or the floor.
The supports consist of interconnected brackets 3, spars 4 and webs, or crossbars 5. The supports for the cables and the supports or stands and the elements forming the supports are detachable, adjustable and interchangeable.
As shown in Fig. 3, the carriers are at their upper ends with an extension cap that can be moved up and down in the longitudinal direction and can be locked in its respective position with the aid of the screw 6 7 which are attached at their upper end to the ceiling 8 with the help of the bracket 9 and the screw 10 can be. In this way, construction inaccuracies can be compensated for by moving the extension cap up and down.
The supports are infinitely adjustable and clamped to the supports (for example, a single screw can be used for this) and can be attached at any height. From Fig. 4 and 5 it can be seen that the brackets 11 of the supports for the cables on the carriers 13 with the help of a clamping Prevention 12 can be attached, which consists of two mutually adjustable members 14 and 15 , which encompass the part of the beam to which the brackets are attached, from two opposite sides.
The member 15 of the clamping connection is firmly connected to the boom and is preferably made of one piece with this, while the member 14 is connected to the boom by a screw 16 and is adjustable towards or away from the boom. In the case of cable trays with a cross-section of a T- or H-shaped carrier, as shown in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, each has Member of the clamp connection has an inwardly directed approach 17 or 18 , with which it engages around the associated flange 19 from one side.
The two links of the clamping connection are arranged in relation to one another in such a way that the boom is held in place before the clamping connection is tensioned when it is attached to the carrier. You can here z. B. also take precautions to ensure that an angled right position to the flange 19 is guaranteed and only one screw is required for fastening.
As can be seen from the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the webs 20 with the bars 21 can be moved so that they are movable and advantageously in the plane containing the bars and bars against one another other rotatably connected that the spars z. B. can be folded against each other for transport purposes to a narrow and, or flat structure, as can be seen in particular from Fi, - 7 .
In the case of cable trays with several individual sections of the cable routes to be joined together, corresponding requirements can be used to connect two horns to be joined together, e.g. B. sleeve-like connecting links used who the who attached on both sides to the corresponding to the ends of the bars to be connected who can.
As can be seen from FIGS. 8 to 10, the connecting links can also consist of so-called push-over snaps 22, which are made up of two at the ends of the horns to be connected with the aid of the screws 26, 27 to be fastened end pieces 23, 24 and from one, e.g. B. to assemble adjustable, flexible middle piece 25 in a horizontal plane.
The connecting links can also consist of push-on sleeves (cf. FIGS. 13 and 14), which can be pushed onto the ends of the spars to be connected on both sides and in their position with reference can be fixed on the spars by screws 29 or similar fastening means. Finally, the connecting links can also consist of joint pieces 3 4, 3 5 (cf. FIGS. 11 and 12).
The joint piece 34 consists of two end pieces 31, 32 hinged to one another at 43, which are designed as self-locking parts and are attached to the ends of the horn to be connected by pushing them into them. The joint piece 35 consists of an end piece 30 formed like the end pieces 31 -and 32 and of one on this end piece articulated at 45 33 which can be placed on the associated spar.
The spar 44 runs between the end pieces 32 and 30 according to FIG. 11 . The connecting links can each but also consist of a single joint piece, which is made up of a spar-like center piece (corresponding to part 44) and two each. its ends articulated end pieces, (corresponding to 34 to 31 and 45 to 33 according to FIG. 11) .
To support. Of the scorn 44 running between the hinge points or the spar-like intermediate piece, supports 36 or the like that are adjustable in height can be used on supports. An example of application for such joint pieces is shown in FIG.
In the case of cable racks with several sections of the cable path that are to be joined together, two rests or racks that form an angle between each other B. connected by transfer sleeves or the like and also as a position for the cable serving, correspondingly designed intermediate pieces connected.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 14, two supports 36 and 37 extending at right angles to one another in a plane are provided by an intermediate piece 38 <which is bent approximately in the shape of a quarter circle / B> connected to each other, which is connected at its ends to the corresponding supports with the help of push-on sleeves 39 .
Two supports for the cables lying in a T-shape to one another can be connected to one another by an intermediate piece 40, as shown in FIG. 15, which the Has the shape of a triangle, the base of which faces the support 41 corresponding to the transverse bar of the T, while the tip of the triangle faces the support 42 extending therefrom at right angles.
In the case of cable racks with several supports to be joined together that are T-shaped to one another, the supports can be connected to one another by connecting pieces 46 which are attached to the holines of the support 47 corresponding to the crossbar of the T, these hook-like as at 50 </ B> encompassing, attached and screwed to the spars of the other supports as in, 51 , the two supports being supported against one another at an angle between them extending corner plates 48, 49 (Fig. 16 </ B> to 18).
In FIGS. 19 to 22, for example, cable carrying irons and their application are shown. FIG. 19 shows a cable support iron 52 in a front view, while FIG. 20 shows a section. The support plates 53 can be seen here, which are continuously adjustable along the actual cable support iron and are used for fastening to ceilings, walls or carriers. For this purpose they are provided with recesses 54 through which screws, bolts or the like can be inserted.
In Figg. 21 shows how the cable support iron 56 with the support plates 57 with the help of screws 55 and a holding piece designed as a stone anchor, 58 - that for example can also have the shape of an angle - is attached to a wall 59 . FIG. 22 shows how the Kahel support iron 60 with the support plates 61 with the aid of the screws 65 and the holding pieces 62, 63 Is attached to a cross-section H or T-shaped support 64. The support plates can be very thin - z.
B. be held with a thickness of 3 mm - so that the cable support iron can be fully used, and can be attached to the actual cable support iron along the structural conditions accordingly and < B> depending after the cable to be pulled out can be moved at will, in such a way that the cable support irons can be attached to the corresponding load-bearing parts at any point.
