Description
Unlösbare Schraubverbindung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine unlösbare Schraubverbindung.
Es besteht ein Bedürfnis nach unlösbaren Schraubverbindungen, d. h. solchen Schraubverbindungen, die nach dem Verschrauben der die Gewinde tragenden Teile nicht mehr gelöst werden kann.
Unlösbare Schraubverbindungen sind unter Umständen zwischen Kopf und Deckel eines Behälters erwünscht, insbesondere dann, wenn der Deckel eine kleine, eventuell verschliessbare Ausgiessöffnung besitzt, die aber zum rationellen Einfüllen des Produkts zu klein ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht in einer unlösbaren Schraubverbindung, welche durch ein zwischen den die Gewinde tragenden Teilen wirksames, mindestens teilweise aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material bestehendes Gesperre gekennzeichnet ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Schraubverbindung dargestellt, und zwar stellt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch den mit einem Deckel versehenen oberen Teil eines Fläschchens dar, während Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II von Fig. 1, welcher teilweise von einer Draufsicht auf den Deckel verdeckt ist, darstellt.
In Fig. 1 ist der Kopf des Fläschchens 1 mit einem Aussengewinde 3 versehen. Der Deckel 4 weist ein Innengewinde 5 auf, welches mit dem Aussengewinde 3 des Kopfes 2 verschraubt ist. Sowohl der Deckel 4 als auch das Fläschchen 1 bestehen aus einem elastisch nachgiebigen Kunststoff, z. B.
Polyäthylen, Weich-PVC. Der Deckel 4 besitzt ferner eine kleine Ausgiessöffnung 6, welche durch ein Hütchen 7 verschlossen werden kann (strichpunktierte Linie) und einen Verschlusstutzen 12. Unmittelbar anschliessend an die Gewinde 5, 3 weisen der Deckel 4 und der Kopf 2 je eine Sägeverzahnung 8, 9a, 9b auf, welche in Fig. 2 deutlicher zu sehen sind. Die Bezugszeichen in Fig. 2 entsprechen denjenigen von Fig. 1. Die Sägeverzahnung 8 des Dekkels 4 erstreckt sich über den ganzen in der Ebene II-II gelegenen inneren Umfang des Deckels 4. Die Sägeverzahnung 9a, 9b des Kopfes 2 besteht aus zwei getrennten Teilen 9a und 9b, welche sich nur über zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende Stücke des in der Ebene II-II gelegenen äusseren Umfanges des Kopfes 2 erstrecken.
Die deckelseitige Sägeverzahnung 8 weist ein Profil auf, das in Pfeilrichtung (Drehrichtung des Deckels 4 beim Verschrauben) periodisch radial nach innen, d. h. in Richtung auf die Figurenachse, ansteigt und schräg nach aussen abfällt. Die kopfseitige Verzahnung 9a, 9b ist entgegengesetzt zur deckelseitigen Verzahnung 8 gerichtet, d. h. ihr Profil fällt in Pfeilrichtung periodisch radial nach innen ab und steigt schräg nach aussen an.
Das Verschrauben des Deckels 4 mit dem Kopf 2 (Drehung des Deckels 4 in Pfeilrichtung) geht am Anfang wie das Verschrauben einer gewöhlichen Schraubenverbindung vor sich; die beiden Sägeverzahnungen 8, 9a, 9b gelangen zuerst noch nicht in gegenseitigen Kontakt. Von einem gewissen Grad der Verschraubung an greifen jedoch die beiden Sägeverzahnungen 8, 9a, 9b ineinander ein. Zum weiteren Verschrauben müssen nun die Zähne der deckelseitigen Sägeverzahnung 8 über die Zähne der kopfseitigen Sägeverzahnung 9a, 9b gehoben werden, was, wie ohne weiteres ersichtlich, durch das besondere Profil der Verzahnung 8, 9a, 9b und durch das elastisch nachgiebige Material ermöglicht wird.
Sobald der Verschlusstutzen 10 auf der Innenseite des Kopfes 2 satt aufliegt, kann die Verschraubung nicht mehr weiter geführt werden. Aber auch ein Lösen der Verschraubung ist nicht mehr möglich (Drehen des Deckels entgegen Pfeilrichtung), was wieder, wie ohne weiteres ersichtlich, durch das besondere Profil der Verzahnungen 8, 9a, 9b bedingt ist.

The present invention relates to a permanent screw connection.
There is a need for non-detachable screw connections, i. H. such screw connections that can no longer be loosened after the parts carrying the thread have been screwed together.
Non-detachable screw connections are sometimes desirable between the head and the lid of a container, especially when the lid has a small, possibly closable pouring opening which, however, is too small for efficient filling of the product.
The present invention consists in a non-releasable screw connection which is characterized by a locking mechanism which is effective between the parts carrying the thread and is at least partially made of elastically flexible material.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the screw connection according to the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the upper part of a bottle provided with a lid, while FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II of FIG is partially covered by a plan view of the lid.
In FIG. 1, the head of the bottle 1 is provided with an external thread 3. The cover 4 has an internal thread 5 which is screwed to the external thread 3 of the head 2. Both the lid 4 and the bottle 1 are made of a resilient plastic, e.g. B.
Polyethylene, soft PVC. The lid 4 also has a small pouring opening 6, which can be closed by a cap 7 (dash-dotted line) and a closure nozzle 12. Immediately adjacent to the threads 5, 3, the lid 4 and the head 2 each have a saw toothing 8, 9a, 9b, which can be seen more clearly in FIG. The reference numerals in FIG. 2 correspond to those of FIG. 1. The saw teeth 8 of the cover 4 extend over the entire inner circumference of the cover 4 located in the plane II-II. The saw teeth 9a, 9b of the head 2 consists of two separate parts 9a and 9b, which extend only over two diametrically opposite pieces of the outer circumference of the head 2 located in the plane II-II.
The cover-side saw toothing 8 has a profile which in the direction of the arrow (direction of rotation of the cover 4 when screwing) periodically radially inward, d. H. in the direction of the figure axis, rises and falls obliquely outwards. The head-side toothing 9a, 9b is directed opposite to the top-side toothing 8, i.e. H. its profile drops periodically in the direction of the arrow radially inwards and rises obliquely outwards.
The screwing of the cover 4 to the head 2 (rotation of the cover 4 in the direction of the arrow) is initially like screwing a conventional screw connection; the two saw teeth 8, 9a, 9b do not initially come into mutual contact. From a certain degree of screwing on, however, the two saw teeth 8, 9a, 9b mesh with one another. For further screwing, the teeth of the cover-side saw teeth 8 must now be lifted over the teeth of the head-side saw teeth 9a, 9b, which, as can be seen, is made possible by the special profile of the teeth 8, 9a, 9b and the elastically flexible material.
As soon as the closure nozzle 10 rests snugly on the inside of the head 2, the screw connection can no longer be guided. However, it is also no longer possible to loosen the screw connection (turning the cover in the opposite direction of the arrow), which again, as is readily apparent, is due to the special profile of the toothings 8, 9a, 9b.
