Haltevorrichtung für Gegenstände, insbesondere Werkzeuge, mit in ein Loch einsteckbarem Teil Haltevorrichtung für Werkzeuge und andere langgestreckte Gegenstände sind bekannt und be stehen aus einem Holz- oder Metallstück, in welches je nach Durchmesser und Form des aufzunehmenden Gegenstandes, verschieden grosse Löcher eingelassen sind. Diese haben den Nachteil, dass der eingesteckte Gegenstand nur lose in dem Holz- oder Metallstück steckt und leicht herausfällt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun eine Haltevorrichtung für Gegenstände, insbesondere mit in ein Loch einsteckbarem Teil. Erfindungsge- mäss zeichnet sich dieselbe dadurch aus, dass ein Klemmorgan, welches aus einem gummielastischen Teil besteht, wenigstens ein Einsteckloch in einem Träger des ersteren überbrückt, wobei das Klemm organ sich im Bereich des Loches kreuzende Schlitze aufweist. Das Ganze ist derart, dass beim Einstecken eines Gegenstandes die geschlitzten Partien des Klemmorganes deformiert werden und sich elastisch klemmend an den Umfang des eingesteckten Teils anlegen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfin- dungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh rungsform dargestellt, und es zeigen Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht und Fig. 2 einen senkrechten Schnitt.
1 ist ein Klemmorgan aus einem gummielasti schen Materialstück, welches zwischen der Deckplatte 2 und der Unterlage 3 als Träger eingelegt ist. Das Klemmorgan 1 überbrückt das Loch 5 in der Unter lage 3 und bildet den Boden zum Loch 5' in der Deckplatte 2. Däs Klemmorgan 1 ist im Bereich der Löcher 5, 5' mit sich kreuzenden Schlitzen 6 ver- sehen, die Kreuzstelle der letzteren liegt dabei in der Achse der Löcher 5, 5'.
4 ist das durch die Schlitze 6 des Klemmorganes gestossene und in letzterem gehaltene Werkzeug oder sonst ein zu haltender Gegenstand mit entsprechen dem Einsteckteil. Das Einstossen des Werkzeuges 4 erfolgt von oben durch das Loch 5' und durch die Schlitze 6 des Klemmorganes 1, in das Loch 5, welch letzteres unten in einen kegeligen Boden 5a über geht.
Beim Einstossen durch die Schlitze 6 des Klemm- organes werden die durch die ersteren gebildeten sek- torförmigen Lappen 1' nach unten gestossen und deformiert. Diese nehmen dabei eine Stellung ein, wie aus Fig. 2 hervorgeht, wobei sie teilweise ein hülsenartiges Gebilde abgeben, welches sich dem Umfang des eingesteckten Teils des Werkzeuges, zu folge seiner Eigenelastizität, innig anlegt, und das Festhalten des Werkzeuges bewirkt.
Die aufgeschlitz- ten, nach unten gerichteten Lappen 1' (Fig. 2) haben zufolge ihrer gummielastischen Beschaffenheit das Bestreben, sich in die normale Ausgangslage (Fig. 1) zurückzudrängen und der dadurch bewirkte Klemm druck auf den Umfang des eingesteckten Werkzeuges 4 reicht aus, um dasselbe in der eingesteckten, in Fig. 2 dargestellten Stellung zu halten.
Die Anlage des unteren Endes des Werkzeuges 4 am Boden 5a des Loches 5 verhindert das ungewollte Seitwärtsverschieben dieses Endes, so dass das Werk zeug die gegebene senkrechte Stellung beibehält.
Die Teile 2, 3 könnten selbstredend mit einer grösseren Zahl von Löchern 5, 5' versehen und die zugehörigen Klemmorgane von einer entsprechenden Materialbahn gebildet sein, um mehrere Einsteck- gelegenheiten zu erhalten.
Holding device for objects, especially tools, with insertable part in a hole holding device for tools and other elongated objects are known and be made of a piece of wood or metal, in which, depending on the diameter and shape of the object, different sized holes are embedded. These have the disadvantage that the inserted object is only loosely stuck in the piece of wood or metal and easily falls out.
The present invention relates to a holding device for objects, in particular with a part that can be inserted into a hole. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that a clamping element, which consists of a rubber-elastic part, bridges at least one insertion hole in a carrier of the former, the clamping element having slits crossing each other in the area of the hole. The whole thing is such that when an object is inserted, the slotted parts of the clamping element are deformed and rest against the periphery of the inserted part in an elastic clamping manner.
The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, and FIG. 1 shows a plan view and FIG. 2 shows a vertical section.
1 is a clamping member made of a rubber elastic's piece of material, which is inserted between the cover plate 2 and the base 3 as a carrier. The clamping member 1 bridges the hole 5 in the base 3 and forms the bottom of the hole 5 'in the cover plate 2. The clamping member 1 is provided with intersecting slots 6 in the area of the holes 5, 5', the intersection of the latter lies in the axis of the holes 5, 5 '.
4 is the tool pushed through the slots 6 of the clamping member and held in the latter or another object to be held with the corresponding plug-in part. The tool 4 is pushed in from above through the hole 5 'and through the slots 6 of the clamping member 1, into the hole 5, which the latter merges into a conical bottom 5a.
When pushing through the slots 6 of the clamping member, the sector-shaped tabs 1 'formed by the former are pushed downwards and deformed. These take a position, as can be seen in FIG. 2, where they partially give off a sleeve-like structure which, due to its inherent elasticity, is closely attached to the circumference of the inserted part of the tool, and causes the tool to be held.
The slit, downwardly directed flaps 1 '(FIG. 2), due to their rubber-elastic nature, tend to push themselves back into the normal starting position (FIG. 1) and the clamping pressure caused thereby on the circumference of the inserted tool 4 is sufficient to hold the same in the inserted position shown in FIG.
The plant of the lower end of the tool 4 on the bottom 5a of the hole 5 prevents the unwanted sideways displacement of this end, so that the tool maintains the given vertical position.
The parts 2, 3 could of course be provided with a larger number of holes 5, 5 'and the associated clamping elements could be formed from a corresponding web of material in order to obtain multiple insertion opportunities.
