Description

  

      Armierungshalter    zur Fixierung der     Armierung    bei der     Herstellung    von Decken  und Wänden aus Eisenbeton    Gegenstand der vorliegenden     Erfindung    ist ein       Armierungshalter    zur Fixierung der     Armierung    bei  der Anfertigung von Decken und Wänden aus Eisen  beton.

   Dieser     Armierungshalter    kennzeichnet sich da  durch, dass er aus einem     klotzartigen    Haltekörper  von prismatischer,     zylindrischer    oder nach der einen  Seite verjüngter Form besteht, der auf mindestens  einer Seite desselben eine oder zwei kreuzweise an  geordnete, zur Aufnahme der     Armierungseisen    be  stimmte Nuten aufweist.  



  Zweckmässig entspricht die Höhe bzw.     die    Länge  der Haltekörper der Dicke der herzustellenden Decke  bzw. Wand. Von den Nuten auf einer Seite des  Haltekörpers ist die eine     vorteilhafterweise    um so  viel tiefer als die andere, dass der vollständige Ein  griff des äusseren     Armierungseisens    in der weniger  tiefen Nute durch das innere     Armierungseisen    nicht  behindert ist.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist in schau  bildlicher Darstellung ein Ausführungsbeispiel des  Erfindungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht.  



  Mit a ist ein     klotzartiger,    prismatischer Halte  körper bezeichnet, der an seinen beiden Enden je  zwei kreuzweise angeordnete Nuten     a1    und a2 auf  weist. Dieser Haltekörper dient zur     Fixierung    der       Armierungseisen    bei der Anfertigung von Decken  bzw. Wänden aus Eisenbeton.  



  Soll z. B. eine Betondecke     angefertigt    werden,  so werden, nachdem die Verlegung der unteren  Eisenlage auf der Verschalung beendet ist, an be  stimmten Kreuzstellen der     Armierungseisen    Haltekör  per a aufgestellt, wie in der Zeichnung gezeigt ist,  und die Eisen der oberen Eisenlage beim Verlegen  derselben dann in die am oberen Ende des Halte  körpers a vorgesehenen Nuten     a1    und     a2    eingelegt.

    Die Nuten     a1    sind um so viel     tiefer    als die Nuten     a2,       dass der vollständige     Eingriff    der Eisen der beiden  äusseren Eisenlagen durch die Eisen der beiden in  neren Eisenlagen nicht     behindert    ist, wie aus der  Zeichnung hervorgeht.     Zweckmässigerweise    werden  die Haltekörper, die übrigens z. B. auch eine zylin  drische oder eine nach der einen Seite verjüngte Form  aufweisen könnten, aus Beton hergestellt. Die Höhe  bzw. Länge derselben     wird    so gewählt, dass sie der  Dicke der herzustellenden Decke oder Wand ent  spricht.

   Dies ist insofern von Vorteil, als die     End-          seiten    derselben dann bündig     mit    den Decken- bzw.       Wandflächen        sind    und auch materialmässig in diesen  Flächen verschwinden. Bei der Herstellung von  Decken können diese Halter gleichzeitig auch als       Betonhöhenmarkierung    dienen und bei der Herstel  lung von Wänden     als        Distanzstücke    für die Verscha  lungen.

Of the grooves on one side of the holding body, one is advantageously so much deeper than the other that the complete A grip of the outer reinforcing iron in the less deep groove is not hindered by the inner reinforcing iron.



  An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in a graphical representation on the accompanying drawing.

PATENTANSPRUCH Armierungshalter zur Fixierung der Armierung bei der Herstellung von Decken und Wänden aus Eisenbeton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem klotzartigen Haltekörper (a) von prismatischer, zylindrischer oder nach der einen Seite verjüngter Form besteht, der auf mindestens einer Seite dessel ben eine oder zwei kreuzweise angeordnete, zur Auf nahme der Armierungseisen bestimmte Nuten (a1, a2) aufweist.
