Description
Baustein.
Building block. The subject matter of the present invention is a building block which is characterized in that it has two strip-shaped projections on one side which are spaced apart and parallel to one another and which include a groove between them.
In the accompanying drawings, several embodiments and application types of the subject invention are shown.
FIG. 1 shows a first exemplary embodiment in the diagram, FIG. 2 illustrates a piece of wall formed from stones according to FIG. 1 in the display image; FIG. 3 shows a top view of a chimney piece formed from stones according to FIG. 1; Fig. 4 shows another Ausführungsbei game of the component in the diagram and Fig. 5 illustrates a piece of wall formed from stones according to FIG. 4 in the show picture.
The embodiment of the building block shown in FIG. 1 for the production of masonry has a groove 2 which extends over its entire length and is dovetail-shaped in cross-section, so that on the longitudinal sides of the stone, strip-shaped, parallel to one another, cut trapezoidal projections 3 are ent. The width of this channel is therefore greater at its base than on the outer surface of the stone. The maximum width a of the projections is smaller than half of the maximum width b of the grooves.
If the stones are laid in the manner shown in Fig. 2, so there is the specified Di dimensions of the projections and the groove to keep walls of different thicknesses, because the stones can be placed a little closer together or further apart. In the latter case, the joints 4 result, which can be filled with concrete. Appropriately, the upper stones are offset in the longitudinal direction of the wall over the lower ones.
Even with staggered stones, there are cavities in the corners of the grooves through the entire height of the wall, through which reinforcement bars can be pulled.
If the stones are put together as illustrated in FIG. 3, a relatively large, closed space is created between them. In this cavity can tubes 5 for various purposes, for. B. vent pipes, etc., are inserted.
In the example according to FIG. 4, the projections 3 'of the stone 1' are slightly offset towards the longitudinal center of the stone and a dovetail-shaped groove 2 'remains between the projections, while a recess 6 remains outside the projections. The assembly of these stones can be seen from FIG. The block can be made of concrete, baked clay, etc.
