Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fenster-oder Türlaibung bei Mauern aus Hohlsteinen nach Patent Nr. 138651. Im Sinne der Erfindung wird von den die Laibung bildenden Steinen einer der beiden gegen den mittleren Teil versetzten Aussenteile abgeschlagen, so dass in der Laibung auf einer Seite des Mauerwerkes ein Absatz entsteht. In jeder zweiten Schicht, u. zw. in jenen Schichten, in welchen die die Laibung bildenden Steine volle Länge besitzen, ist die Hälfte des abgeschlagenen Steines durch einen zusätzlichen Stein ersetzt. Fig. 1 zeigt die Aufsicht auf zwei übereinanderliegende Schichten a und b des Mauerwerks, Fig. 2 dessen Seitenansicht und Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung der von einander abgehobenen Schichten b, a, b.
In der Schicht a (Fig. 1 und 3) schliessen sich an die ganzen Steine 4 Steine 5 an, von denen ein Drittel abgeschlagen ist, so dass der Stein 5 nur aus zwei senkrecht gegeneinander verschobenen Normalziegeln besteht. Der Anschlag für den Tür-bzw. Fensterrahmen wird durch den Mittelteil 5a gebildet.
Die Länge des Steines 5 ist gleich der Länge der Normalsteine 4. Es ist nun ein Stein 6 angefügt, der insgesamt einen Rauminhalt von einem Sechstel des normalen Hohlsteines hat, nämlich in der Breite nur ein Drittel und in der Länge die Hälfte. In der darüber bzw. darunter liegenden Schicht b sind die Steine 4 um die halbe Steinlänge versetzt und die Laibung wird durch einen Stein 7 mit seinem Mittelteil 7a gebildet, der den gleichen Querschnitt besitzt wie der Stein 5 und dessen Rauminhalt gleich ein Drittel des Rauminhaltes des normalen Hohlsteines 4 ist, nämlich in der Längsrichtung die Hälfte und in der Dicke zwei Drittel.
