Circuit arrangement for track plan signal boxes with individual resolution of the switch locks The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for track plan signal boxes, in which the closure of the locks of the points in a route can be done individually by occupying and clearing the isolated sections of these points. In such cases, for example, the locking resolution of a switch can be made dependent on the fact that the own section is occupied, then the section following in the direction of travel is occupied and finally your own section is cleared again. With this arrangement, each switch can be adjusted again immediately after its section has been cleared.
However, there are cases in which this type of shutter release has operational deficiencies. This is the case, for example, when the switches follow one another so closely that the demarcation of the insulating sections can no longer be carried out without boundary marks. For this purpose, a circuit would be useful in which the closure of a switch only takes place when the following insulating section has also been occupied and cleared again.
What speaks against the general application of such a type of resolution, however, is that the closure of a switch then in many cases takes place later than is actually necessary; on the other hand, however, all switch relay sets must be connected to each other in the same way, taking into account production, maintenance and spare parts inventory.
The invention is characterized by arranged for a switch in a relay set relays, in which by changing the wiring of connections to the relay set a change in the work mode of one or more in the relay set located, is provided in the closure of the switch with acting relay. In this way, you can selectively achieve, for example, that a release relay arranged in the switch relay set responds either when the switch is occupied or when it is subsequently cleared or regardless of the occupancy status of the track section following in the direction of travel, or that the release relay only becomes effective when the lock of the switch following in the route is already activated is dissolved.
The change in the wiring can be made either on the relay set of the switch to be broken or on the relay set of the switch following in the route. It can be carried out with stretchable relay sets on the frame side of the plug connections; However, it can also be carried out within the relay set, expediently by means of switching means that are influenced by mechanical means attached in the frame when the relay set is inserted, for example by a pin fastened in the frame that switches a contact arranged in the relay set.
It is expedient to carry out the circuit in such a way that the possibility of changing the circuitry for switching means that are assigned to the plus strand, the minus strand and possibly the tip of a switch can be seen independently of one another. All of these measures enable the greatest possible adaptation to the respective local conditions with standardized switching of the relay sets.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing. Here, Fig. 1 shows a section of a track plan with the isolated from one another Wei chen 1, 2, 3 and 4, over which a route from a to b runs. In Fig. 2 a section of the relay sets of points 2 and 3 is provided, as far as the circuit of these relay sets is essential for the invention.
In the relay set of the switch 2 (shown below the dash-dotted line in Fig. 2) the reset winding V2 of a locking relay, for example designed as a backup relay, is reproduced with its contacts V21 and V22, furthermore a release relay A2 with its contacts A21 and A22 and provided with release delay Another release relay B2 with its contacts B21 and B22, and finally a track relay G2 of the associated track section connected to the rails on the far right with its contacts G21 to G24.
The relay set is provided with connection points 211 to 214, via which connections to the neighboring relay sets can be established. The relay set of switch 3 contains the same switching means, namely the return winding V3 of a locking relay with contacts V31 and V32, the release relay A3 with contacts A31 and A32, the release relay B3 with contacts B31 and B32, and the track relay G3 with contacts G31 to G34; and finally the connection points 311 to 314. The circuit is only drawn for the circuits that are involved in a journey from a to b in FIG. 1, while the circuits that act in the same way in the opposite direction are omitted.
When the train traffic is idle, the circuit is in the basic position shown. If a route is set over the route from a to b in FIG. 1, the switches are closed in a manner not shown; in the process, the locking relays of the points are actuated so that the armatures of the windings V2 and V3 shown in FIG. 2 drop and their contacts V21, V22, V31 and V32 change over against the position shown. If the train in Fig. 1 reaches the beginning of the isolated section from the switch 2, then in Fig. 2, the track relay G2 and switches its contacts G21 to G24.
The release relay A2 then responds via the closed contacts V21, B21 and G21 and closes its contacts A21 and A22. If the isolated section of the switch 3 is then also occupied, the track relay G3 also drops out and switches its contacts G31 to G34. The release relay A3 then responds via the closed contacts V31, B31 and G31 and closes its contacts A31 and A32. As soon as the section of points 2 is cleared again, the track relay G2 picks up again and resets its contacts. A circuit for the reset winding V2 of the locking relay of switch 2 is prepared via contacts V21, A21 and G22, which circuit only depends on contact B22 of release relay B2.
The release relay B 2 is only switched on in the wiring state shown in FIG. 2 when the lock of the switch 3 has already been released, the contact V32 of the lock relay with the winding V3 thus again assumes the basic position shown. Then there is a current away via the contacts A32 (still closed) as a result of the drop-out delay of A3 and V32 and further via the connection points 312 and 211; the release relay B2 picks up and closes its contact B22 so that the relay with winding V2 can also pick up. Its contact V21 is opened and the release relay A2 is delayed to drop out.
If the circuit of the relay set of the switch 3 is changed in such a way that the connection points 312 and 313 are connected to one another, a current path for the release relay B2 via the contacts A32 and G33 is already established when the isolated section of the switch 3 is cleared again after being occupied (track relay G3 picks up again). If you connect the connection points 312 and 314 instead of the connection points 312 and 313, the release relay B2 already responds when the isolated section of the switch 3 is occupied (track relay G3 drops out and closes its contact G34).
If the section of the switch 3 is cleared again, the same switching operations run in the relay set of the switch 3. The track relay G3 picks up again, and via the contacts V31, A31, B32 and G32 the reset winding V3 of the locking relay can attract when the release relay B3 pulls through contacts that are assigned to the relay set, not shown, of the switch 4. When changing over the locking relay with the winding V3, its contact V31 also opens again, and the release relay A3 drops out after its delay time has elapsed, so that the basic position shown is reached again.
