  Procédé d'emballage d'une masse pâteuse à semi-liquide
 La présente invention a pour objet un procédé d'emballage d'une masse pâteuse à semi-liquide, consistant à prendre deux coquilles prismatiques quadrangulaires, obtenues chacune par pliage d'une feuille quadrangulaire doublée d'un film de matière thermocollante, l'une des coquilles étant plusieurs fois plus profonde que l'autre, laquelle s'ajuste exactement dans la première, à placer la masse à emballer dans la coquille la plus profonde, à la recouvrir de l'autre coquille en l'y introduisant de telle manière que, des faces desdites coquilles se trouvant bord à bord, celles contre lesquelles les plis provenant du pliage des angles sont rabattus pour l'une des coquilles, soient appliquées contre celles de rautre coquille ne comportant pas les plis,

   la soudure bord à bord étant obtenue par chauffage des quatre bords à réunir en exerçant une pression latérale centripète sur ces derniers.



   L'emballage comporte deux couches, une couche ne réagissant pas à la chaleur du point de vue de l'assemblage des parties pliées formant l'emballage et une couche composée d'une mince feuille ou film de matière thermocollante et assurant ledit assemblage sous l'action de la chaleur.



   La première de ces couches sera une matière quelconque, comme par exemple de l'aluminium en feuille.



   Quant à la seconde couche, elle pourra par exemple être constituée de la matière plastique Rilsan (marque déposée), se collant, respectivement se soudant à environ 2000 C. Cette matière est employée sous forme de feuille très mince, extrêmement résistante et souple, qui se colle parfaitement bien à la feuille d'emballage proprement dite.
 



   REVENDICATION
 Procédé d'emballage d'une masse pâteuse à semiliquide consistant à prendre deux coquilles prismatiques quadrangulaires obtenues chacune par pliage d'une feuille quadrangulaire doublée d'un film de matière thermocollante l'une des coquilles étant plusieurs fois plus profonde que l'autre, laquelle s'ajuste exactement dans la première, à placer la masse à emballer dans la coquille la plus profonde, à la recouvrir de l'autre coquille en l'y introduisant de telle manière que, des faces desdites coquilles se trouvant bord à bord, celles contre lesquelles les plis provenant du pliage des angles sont rabattus pour l'une des coquilles, soient appliquées contre celles de l'autre coquille ne comportant pas les plis,

   la soudure bord à bord étant obtenue par chauffage des quatre bords à réunir en exerçant une pression latérale centripète sur ces derniers.

   The packaging comprises two layers, a layer which does not react to heat from the point of view of the assembly of the folded parts forming the packaging and a layer composed of a thin sheet or film of heat-sealing material and ensuring said assembly under the action of heat.



   The first of these layers will be any material, such as aluminum foil.



   As for the second layer, it could for example consist of the Rilsan plastic material (registered trademark), sticking, respectively welding at about 2000 C. This material is used in the form of a very thin sheet, extremely resistant and flexible, which sticks perfectly well to the wrapping sheet itself.
