Fruchtsaftpresse Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Frucht saftpresse gekennzeichnet durch ein aufrecht stehendes Führungsgehäuse für einen Pressstempel, einen quer in das Gehäuse einschiebbaren Schubladeneinsatz mit gelochtem Boden und einen Saftauslaufkanal unter dem Schubladeneinsatz.
Mit Vorteil steht auf dem Siebboden des Schub ladeneinsatzes mindestens eine aufrecht stehende Zwi schenwand, deren obere Horizontalflanke als Messer schneide ausgebildet ist und die beim Abwärtspressen des Stempels in einen zugeordneten Einschnitt im Stempelkörper eindringt und dabei die eingelegte Frucht teilt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan des ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen vertikalen Medianschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II von Fig. 1.
Auf der Grundplatte 1 steht ein prismatisches Führungsgehäuse 2, an dessen oberem Rand ein La gerauge 3 angesetzt ist. In diesem Lagerauge 3 ist das eine Ende eines Lenkers 4 gelagert, dessen anderes Ende mit dem Presshebel 5 gelenkig verbunden ist.
Ein weiterer Lenker 6 ist einenends mit dem ge nannten Hebel 5 und and-ernends mit einem Press- stempel 7 je durch Gelenkzapfen 50 bzw. 70 gelenkig verbunden. Der Pressstempel 7 kann also durch Hoch schwenken des Hebels 5 aus dem Bereich des Füh" rungsgehäuses 2 herausgehoben werden, damit auszu pressende Saftfrüchte wie Orangen, Zitronen, Grape- fruits usw. ganz eingelegt werden können.
Auf einspringenden Rippen 20 des Führungsge- häuses 2 ruht ein quer in das Gehäuse eingeschobener Schubladeneinsatz 8, dessen Boden 80 als gelochter Siebboden ausgebildet und mit örtlichen Erhöhungen 81 versehen ist.
Auf diesem Boden steht eine Zwischenwand 82. Es könnten aber auch zwei übers Kreuz stehende Zwi schenwände dieser Art vorgesehen sein.
Die obere Horizontalflanke dieser Zwischenwand 82 ist als Messerschneide 820 ausgebildet, und diese Zwischenwand tritt beim Niederdrücken des Press- stempels 7 in einen zugeordneten Einschnitt im Press- stempelkörper 7 ein,
wobei die eingelegte Frucht ge teilt wird. Der ausgepresste Fruchtsaft fliesst durch den Siebboden 80 in den Saftkanal 9 mit Auslauf 90 und kann in einem Behälter 10 aufgefangen werden. Die ausgepressten Fruchtreste sammeln sich im Schub- ladeneinsatz 8 an und können durch Ausziehen und Ausklopfen dieses Schubladeneinsatzes nach Bedarf entfernt werden.

On the base plate 1 is a prismatic guide housing 2, at the upper edge of a La gerauge 3 is attached. In this bearing eye 3, one end of a link 4 is mounted, the other end of which is connected in an articulated manner to the press lever 5.
Another link 6 is articulated at one end to the aforementioned lever 5 and at the other end to a press ram 7, each by pivot pins 50 and 70, respectively. The ram 7 can thus be lifted out of the area of the guide housing 2 by pivoting the lever 5 up, so that juice fruits such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits etc. to be pressed can be completely inserted.
A drawer insert 8 pushed transversely into the housing rests on re-entrant ribs 20 of the guide housing 2, the bottom 80 of which is designed as a perforated sieve bottom and is provided with local elevations 81.
An intermediate wall 82 stands on this floor. However, two intermediate walls of this type standing crosswise could also be provided.
The upper horizontal flank of this partition 82 is designed as a knife edge 820, and when the press ram 7 is pressed down, this partition enters an associated incision in the press ram body 7,
whereby the pickled fruit is divided. The pressed fruit juice flows through the sieve bottom 80 into the juice channel 9 with an outlet 90 and can be collected in a container 10. The pressed out fruit residues collect in the drawer insert 8 and can be removed as required by pulling out and knocking out this drawer insert.
