Zitronenpresse. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Zi tronenpresse, bei welcher eine von einem am Standort festsehraubbaren Gestell ge tragene, zum Aufnehmen einer halben Zitrone bemessene Schale mit Ausfliessloch vorgesehen ist, welche untere Ansätze zur Lagerung einer untern, siebartig durchlöcherten und herausnehmbaren Pressplatte und obere An sätze besitzt, mit welchen eine obere Press-- platte beim Pressen zum Anschlag kommt, welche Pressplatten mit konischen, gegenein- andergerichteten Stechzapfen versehen sind,
während die obere Pressplatte an einer verti kalen Druckstange befestigt ist, die ihrerseits an einem horizontalen, einarmigen, am Gestell gelagerten Druckhebel angelenkt ist.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus- führungbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.

Das aus Grundplatte und Säulen beste hende Gestell ist mit 1 und 1' bezeichnet, 2 und 3 sind Befestigungsmittel, 4 ist eine Schale mit Lageransätzen für die Pressplatten, 5 ist die untere, siebartig .durchlöcherte und mit Stechzapfen versehene Pressplatte, 6 die mit Stechzapfen versehene obere Pressplatte. Mit 7 ist die an der obern Pressplatte vor gesehene Druckstange bezeichnet, welche am obern Ende , am Druckhebel 8 befestigt ist; letzgenannter Druckhebel ist an einer Seite am Gestell im Scharnier 9 verankert.
Beim Gebrauch der Zitronenpresse wird der Hebel 8 mit der Druckstange 7 und obern Pressplatte 6 aus der Schale herausgehoben, die auszupressende, halbierte Zitrone mit ihrer Schnittseite auf die Stechzapfen der untern Pressplatte 5 gelegt und die obere Pressplatte wird vermittelst des Druckhebels und der Druckstange wieder in die Schale eingefübrt. Durch Druck auf den Griff des einarmigen Druckhebels 8 werden die Stechzapfen der obern und untern Pressplatte ' in die Zitrone gestossen und -die Frucht gleichzeitig durch die Pressplatten gepresst.
Dadurch läuft der Saft durch die siebartige, untere Pressplatte in den untern Teil der Schale, tritt aus deren Öffnung unten frei von allen gröberen Be standteilen aus und wird in einem unter gestellten Gefäss aufgefangen. Die vorbeschriebene Zitronenpresse hat den Vorteil, dass sie Restaurateuren die Mög lichkeit der raschen Bedienung der Gäste mit natürlicher Zitronenlimonade bietet und zugleich in hygienischer Beziehung den An forderungen der Iionsumeriten volle Gewähr leistet. Durch Auswechseln der untern Press- platte kann ein Reinigen des Apparates rasch ermöglicht werden.
