Description

  

      Radialgebläse       Die vorliegende Erfindung     bezieht    sich auf ein       Radialgebläse,    das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass  sein     Schaufelrad    als     Aussenläuferrotor        eines    elektrischen  Motors     ausgebildet    ist.  



  In der     beiliegenden    Zeichnung sind zwei Aus  führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes schema  tisch und     im    Schnitt dargestellt. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 ein einseitig saugendes Gebläse,       Fig.    2 ein zweiseitig saugendes Gebläse.  



  In     Fig.    1 ist ein einseitig saugendes Gebläse dar  gestellt. Das Gehäuse 1 des Gebläses ist nur schema  tisch angedeutet. Der     Stator    2 des Motors ist     mittels     Schrauben 3 an dem Gehäuse 1 befestigt. Er weist eine       axiale    Bohrung 4 auf, in welcher Kugellager 5 befestigt  sind. In diesen     Kugellagern    5 ist eine     Welle    6 drehbar  gelagert, die an ihrem äusseren Ende an dem den     Sta-          tor    2 umschliessenden Rotor 7 befestigt ist. Dieser  Rotor 7 ist durch das Schaufelrad selbst gebildet und  trägt die     Schaufeln    B.

   Die Luft wird in Richtung des  Pfeiles<I>A</I> angesaugt und     in    Richtung des Pfeiles<I>V</I> ver  drängt. Wird der elektrische Motor derart     ausgebildet,       dass er bei 890 U/m eine     Leistung    von     0,1    PS eilt  wickelt, so kann die beförderte Luftmenge 2200-3380       m3/St    betragen.  



  In     Fig.    2 ist ein zweiseitig saugendes Gebläse dar  gestellt. An den Gehäusewänden ist     eine    Achse 9 fest  angebracht, auf welcher der     Stator    10, dessen Wicke  lung 11 angedeutet ist, befestigt ist. An seinen Enden  trägt der     Stator    Kugellager 12, die zur drehbaren  Lagerung des Rotors 13 dienen. Die Achse 9 ist als  Hohlachse ausgebildet, so dass eine     Stromzufuhrlei-          tung    14 eingeführt werden kann. Die Luft wird in  Richtung der Pfeile A angesaugt und in Richtung des       Pfeiles    V verdrängt.

  In Fig. 1 a single-sided suction fan is provided. The housing 1 of the fan is only indicated schematically. The stator 2 of the motor is fastened to the housing 1 by means of screws 3. It has an axial bore 4 in which ball bearings 5 are attached. A shaft 6 is rotatably mounted in these ball bearings 5 and is fastened at its outer end to the rotor 7 surrounding the stator 2. This rotor 7 is formed by the impeller itself and carries the blades B.

   The air is sucked in in the direction of the arrow <I> A </I> and displaced in the direction of the arrow <I> V </I>. If the electric motor is designed in such a way that it develops a power of 0.1 HP at 890 rpm, the air volume transported can be 2200-3380 m3 / h.



  In Fig. 2, a double-sided suction fan is provided. On the housing walls an axis 9 is fixedly attached, on which the stator 10, whose Wicke ment 11 is indicated, is attached. At its ends, the stator has ball bearings 12 which are used to support the rotor 13 in a rotatable manner. The axis 9 is designed as a hollow axis so that a power supply line 14 can be introduced. The air is sucked in in the direction of the arrows A and displaced in the direction of the arrow V.
