Device for pivoting snow plows attached to traction vehicles The invention relates to a device for pivoting snow plows attached to traction vehicles. Snow plows attached to traction vehicles must be swiveled to the left or to the right for an evacuation, which is usually done by lifting the snow plow and then turning it. This work process makes it necessary for the operator of the snow plow to leave the traction vehicle.
In addition, a relatively cumbersome transmission is necessary for the implementation of the combined movement of the Schneepflu ges.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the well-known devices for pivoting snow plows and to create a structurally simple device that allows pivoting to be performed without the operator having to leave the motor vehicle for the snow plow.
The invention consists in that a hoof-shaped body is arranged rotatably relative to the vehicle and to the snow plow as a connecting piece between the motor vehicle and the snow plow. According to one embodiment, the hoof-shaped body can consist of a hollow cylinder, the flat end surfaces of which enclose an acute angle with one another. Circular plates can be attached to the flat end surfaces of the hoof-shaped body, one of which is mounted on a plate connected to the motor vehicle and the other on the snow plow.
According to a further embodiment, the hoof-shaped body can be formed from two hoof-shaped partial bodies which can be rotated relative to one another. Finally, it is possible, please include to arrange parallel guides for the snow plow on the traction vehicle, preferably on the fastening plate for the hoof-shaped body.
In the drawing, an example Ausfüh approximate form of a device for pivoting a snow plow is illustrated schematically. It shows: Fig. 1 a plan of a snow plow attached to a motor vehicle for evacuation to the left, Fig. 2 in the same representation a position of the snow plow for evacuation to the right,
3 shows a side view of a snow plow raised for transport and FIG. 4 shows, in an enlarged representation, a detail of the device.
According to the illustrated embodiment, a snow plow P is attached to a traction vehicle by means of a hoof-shaped body Z. The locomotive has a plate WP, for the rotatable attachment of the body Z, while a plate PP is attached to the plow P for its attachment to the hoof-shaped body Z.
The body Z expediently consists of a hollow cylinder, on whose flat end surfaces enclosing an acute angle with respect to one another, circular plates, optionally circular plates, are attached, which have a rotatable bearing on the plate WP of the motor vehicle and on the PP plate of the snow plow P.
By rotating the hoof-shaped body Z clockwise as seen in the direction of travel, the plow is brought from the position according to FIG. 1 via the raised intermediate position according to FIG. 3 into the position according to FIG. The rotation amounts from the position for evacuation to the left according to FIG. 1 into the excavated position according to FIG. 3 and from this to the position for evacuation to the right according to FIG. 2 in each case a right angle.
The side after which the evacuation takes place is denoted by A in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The support of the snow plow is expedient in its center of gravity so that no special aids are required to swivel the snow plow with the help of the Z body. However, in order to increase the contact pressure of the snow plow with the help of the body Z, e.g.
B. against the road, in particular to allow increased pressure on the left or right side, and finally to be able to lift or pivot the snow plow despite obstacles occurring, guides are conveniently arranged to support the snow plow. These guides for the snow plow are preferably attached to the mounting plate WP and are not particularly shown in the drawing.
It is possible to form the hoof-shaped intermediate body from two mutually rotatable hoof-shaped parts, whereby the degree of inclination and the extent of the excavation can optionally be changed and the snow plow has a spatial adjustment option.
