Pflugaufhängevorrichtung an Schleppern.

Plow suspension device on tractors.
The invention relates to a plow hanger on tractors.
To get the plow to work and work correctly, various contradicting conditions have to be met. The axis of rotation for the leg guiding the plow must be as low as possible so that the plow digs in well and does not work out of the earth when plowing.
The leg must be as long as possible, but where a lot of space is needed to turn the tractor. This makes the whole arrangement bulky when driving on the road.
On the other hand, the plow should be attached as close as possible behind the rear wheels of the tractor, which is not possible with a long leg, so that there is a risk of the tractor boom up during plowing. In addition, the plow should be suspended in such a way that when it hits the ground it does not inevitably dig itself into the ground, but only through its weight.
With previous designs of plow suspensions, one or the other of the listed nail parts had to be accepted under these circumstances. The invention allows. With an appropriate design, a relatively simple plow suspension device can be seen which enables perfect plowing.
The plow suspension device according to the invention is characterized in that the axis of rotation for the leg is formed by the front free end of a support lever which is rotatably attached to the tractor with the rear end with respect to the direction of travel. This makes it possible to run the leg relatively long and still bring the plow close to the tractor, which practically eliminates the risk of the tractor prying up during plowing. The power lift for adjusting the plow is useful a. Designed as an angle lever, on which a pull tab carrying the support lever and a pulling means holding the leg act directly.
In this way, only a few and simple levers are required and the plow can still engage well in the ground. The support arm is preferably designed as a crank.
The plow suspension device described below consists of relatively few parts and is compact. Insensitive to damage and requires relatively little space.
The drawings show an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Show it
Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of the rear part of a motor tractor with a plow suspension device according to the invention, the parts arranged in front of this have broken away with the front rear wheel of the tractor and
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the part of the motor tractor shown in FIG.
A plow suspension device is provided between the gearbox 1 and each of the rear wheels 2 and 3 of the motor tractor 4. There. the two devices are of the same design, one of the same will be described. In the example shown, the drive shaft 5 for the Era is actuated. ft jack 6 hydraulic. The power lift is in the form of an angle lever, the free end 7 of which extends backwards with respect to the direction of travel.
A crank 8, 9 is mounted at the rear of the tractor, the arm 9 of which extends towards the front, ie towards the center of the tractor.
At the end of the arm 9 there is a horizontal pin 10 which is mounted in a bush 11. The socket 11 has an extension 12 with bores 13. The leg 14 with the plow 15 has a fork-shaped end 16 through which a pin 17 can be pushed so that the leg can be connected to one of the bores of the bearing. The leg can therefore perform both a rotation in a vertical plane about the pin 10 and a lateral pivoting about the pin 17. The arrangement is such that the axis of rotation 10 for the leg is always in front of the rear axle of the tractor.
The Eurbel 8,9 is connected to the power lifter 6 by a pull tab 18 which engages in the curve of the power lifter. At the free end 7 of the Kra. A pocket 19 is attached to the lever and holds the leg 14 in position.
Fig. 1 shows the plow in the raised position. The arm 9 of the support lever lies essentially waa. greoht and the craft lifter 6 in a highest position I.
Depending on the actuation of the hydraulic device, the power lift is rotated clockwise by a certain angle and thereby the furrow depth is determined. If, for example, the power lift is brought from position 1 to position II, then the axis of rotation 10 of the leg moves from position I'to position II '. The plow touches the ground with its front point, the chain becomes slack, and the plow digs into the ground until the lowest part of the ploughshare lies horizontally in the ground. If the power lift is lowered to position III, the axis of rotation 10 for the leg comes to III 'and a deeper furrow is created.
The invention is not restricted to motor tractors. Likewise, the plow suspension device can also be driven in a mechanical manner.
