Beutelpackung mit Garantiebanderole
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Beutelpakkung mit Einrollfaltverschluss, der auf den Kopf der Packung umgelegt und mittels einer auf die Seitenwände der Packung übergreifenden Garantiebanderole befestigt ist.
Diese Art des Verschliessens ergibt einen sehr dichten Verschluss, der ausserdem gegen unbefugtes Öffnen gesichert ist. Ein derartiger Verschluss hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass er sich nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen nicht ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel wiederholt staubdicht verschliessen lässt. Diese Möglichkeit wird jedoch häufig gewünscht, z. B. dann, wenn der Packungsinhalt nicht auf einmal völlig entnommen wird oder dann, wenn wie beispielsweise bei Kaffee, der Packungsinhalt sofort beim Kaufmann entnommen, gemahlen oder sonstwie behandelt und dann in dieselbe Packung wieder zurückgefüllt und diese erneut staubdicht abgeschlossen werden soll.
Um diese Möglichkeit zu verwirklichen, ist gemäss der Erfindung der Kopfverschluss der Packung unter der Banderole und quer zu derselben mit einem mit Dauerklebstoff einseitig beschichteten, zusätzlichen Verschlusstreifen versehen, der den Einrollverschluss übergreift und mit einem freien Endstück an der Vorderseite der Packung haftet. Mittels eines solchen Dauerklebstreifens lässt sich die Packung nach dem Einrollen der flachgelegten Beutelöffnung und Anheften des Streifens an der Vorderseite der Pakkung jederzeit wieder staubdicht verschliessen.
Das an der Vorderseite der Packung angeheftete Ende des Klebstreifens kann nach innen umgefaltet sein, so dass die Klebeseiten aufeinander liegen und dieses Endstück des Streifens an der Packung nicht festkleben kann, wodurch ein leichtes Erfassen des Dauerklebstreifens ermöglicht wird.
Nachstehend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand einer schematischen Zeichnung erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt schaubildlich die Beutelpackung in verschlossenem Zustand.
Fig. 2 zeigt das Beispiel der Fig. 1 nach dem Einreissen der Verschlussr oder Garantiebanderole und nach dem Abziehen des Dauerklebstreifens von der Vorderseite der Packung.
Zum erstmaligen Verschliessen der Beutelpackung 1 wird die Öffnung derselben zunächst flachgelegt, dann ein- oder mehrmals umgefaltet und anschliessend auf den Kopf der Packung umgelegt. Quer über diese Verschlussfaltung wird ein einseitig mit Dauerklebstoff beschichteter Klebstreifen 2 angebracht und dessen überstehendes Ende an der Vorderseite der Beutelpackung 1 angeheftet. Nunmehr erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise das Aufkleben einer Banderole 3 bzw. eines Etiketts in Längsrichtung der Verschlussfaltung, so dass die Enden dieser Banderole 3 bzw. des Etiketts vom Kopf auf die Seitenwände der Beutelpackung 1 übergreifen.
Zum erstmaligen oder wiederholten Öffnen der Beutelpackung 1 wird zunächst das vorstehend erwähnte überstehende Ende des Dauerklebstreifens 2 von der Packungsvorderseite abgezogen und dann die Öffnung der Beutelpackung aufgefaltet, wobei während des erstmaligen Öffnens die Banderole bzw. das Etikett an den beiden Seitenkanten der Beutelpackung durchgerissen wird. Um nun den Dauerklebstreifen leichter erfassen und handhaben zu können, ist das freie Ende 4 desselben so umgefaltet, dass an diesem Ende ein Teil der Klebfläche aufeinanderliegt und derart dieses Bandende 4 nicht an der Packung festkleben kann.
Bag pack with guarantee band
The invention relates to a bag package with a roll-up closure which is folded over on the top of the package and fastened by means of a guarantee band that extends over the side walls of the package.
This type of closure results in a very tight closure which is also secured against unauthorized opening. Such a closure, however, has the disadvantage that after the initial opening it cannot be repeatedly closed in a dust-tight manner without additional aids. However, this possibility is often desired, e.g. B. when the contents of the pack are not completely removed at once or when, as for example with coffee, the contents of the pack are immediately removed from the merchant, ground or otherwise treated and then refilled into the same pack and sealed again dust-tight.
In order to realize this possibility, according to the invention, the top closure of the pack is provided under the band and across it with an additional closure strip coated on one side with permanent adhesive, which overlaps the roll-up closure and sticks to the front of the pack with a free end piece. By means of such a permanent adhesive strip, the pack can be closed again in a dust-tight manner at any time after the flattened bag opening has been rolled up and the strip has been attached to the front of the pack.
The end of the adhesive tape attached to the front of the pack can be folded over inwards so that the adhesive sides lie on top of one another and this end piece of the strip cannot stick to the pack, which enables easy gripping of the permanent adhesive tape.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to a schematic drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the bag pack in the closed state.
FIG. 2 shows the example of FIG. 1 after the closure or guarantee band has been torn and after the permanent adhesive strip has been removed from the front of the pack.
To close the bag pack 1 for the first time, the opening of the same is first laid flat, then folded over one or more times and then turned over onto the head of the pack. An adhesive strip 2 coated on one side with permanent adhesive is applied across this closure fold and its protruding end is attached to the front of the bag pack 1. A band 3 or a label is now glued on in a manner known per se in the longitudinal direction of the closure fold, so that the ends of this band 3 or the label overlap from the head onto the side walls of the bag pack 1.
For the first or repeated opening of the pouch pack 1, the above-mentioned protruding end of the permanent adhesive strip 2 is first peeled off the front of the pack and then the opening of the pouch pack is unfolded, the band or label being torn through on both side edges of the pouch pack during the first opening. In order to be able to grasp and handle the permanent adhesive strip more easily, the free end 4 of the same is folded over in such a way that part of the adhesive surface lies on top of one another at this end and thus this end of the tape 4 cannot stick to the pack.
