Kunststofflasche
Plastic tab
The invention relates to a plastic bottle with a sack-like part enclosed by a protective container and a neck protruding from this container.
The invention aims to provide a fastening of the bottle neck to the protective container which is simple and cheap to manufacture and which ensures a reliable hold for the neck without the risk of the bottle being damaged or leaking.
According to the invention, this can be achieved by a constriction on the bottle neck, which serves to fasten the neck in the protective container. The bottle neck should preferably be elastically deformable during the constriction so that it can be inserted into an opening of the protective container corresponding to the constriction.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the upper part of a bottle with its protective container, and
Fig. 2 shows a section through the upper part of another bottle on a larger scale.
In the figures, 1 denotes a bottle made of plastic, e.g. B. made of polyethylene and 2 a drum-shaped protective container for the bag-like belly 3 of the bottle. The bottle has a filling opening 4 and a neck 5 with a circular constriction 6. As can be seen from FIG. The material thickness in the cylindrical part in the vicinity of the filling opening is chosen so that this part is sufficiently rigid to be able to place a closure capsule or a clamping ring closure either on the edge 7 or on the edges 8. Furthermore, a thread 9 is arranged on this cylindrical part, onto which a closure cap provided with an internal thread can be screwed instead of the above-mentioned closures.
A conical part adjoins the cylindrical part. The material thickness of the parts adjoining the constriction 6 is chosen so that they are still relatively easy to deform so that they can be pressed into a circular opening 10 of the protective container, in which they are held thanks to their elasticity. The material thickness of the parts adjoining the constriction 6 and forming the actual belly of the bottle is so thin that this belly can be called a sack. In the example shown (Fig. 1) the protective container for the plastic bottle is designed as a drum.
The cover 11 and the bottom of the drum (not shown) are circular and are connected to one another by a cylindrical wall 1. In the drum shown, the top and bottom are made of plywood or, like the wall, of cardboard. The cover 11 is not removable. The sack-shaped part can be inserted from above into the circular opening :) opening 10 of the lid. The edges of the opening 10 are rounded to match the shape of the constriction 6 on the bottle neck. The rounding also facilitates the insertion of the sack-shaped part and prevents damage to it.
Due to the elasticity of the material (polyethylene, polystyrene or polyvinyl chloride), the constriction 6 snaps into the opening 10, so that the bottle neck 5 remains in the position shown in FIG. 1.
Instead of a fixed cover, the drum can also have a removable cover, which makes it easier to replace a bottle or a protective container.
It is clear that the protective container can be remunerated with an appropriate impregnating agent.
The protective container can also be made of a different material and can have a different shape than the container shown for example in the figures.
