Boîte étanche pour montre La présente invention a pour objet une boîte étanche pour montre.
Cette boîte est caractérisée par le fait que son fond est accroché à cran, en un assemblage étanche, à un cadre en. matière plastique logé à l'intérieur de la carrure et armé d'une bague métallique élastique, noyée dans la matière dudit cadre, au niveau du cran d'accrochage du fond.
Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe axiale d'une partie d'une première forme d'exécution d'une boîte étanche pour montre, et la fig. 2 est une coupe axiale analogue d'une deuxième forme d'exécution.
La boîte représentée dans la fig. 1 comprend une carrure-lunette 1, en matière plastique, dans laquelle la glace 2 est montée à cran. Cette carrure- lunette 1 est frettée extérieurement d'une carrure métallique mince 3. Elle est en outre armée au voisinage de son bord inférieur, d'une bague métallique élastique 4 noyée dans sa matière. Une gorge annulaire intérieure 5, de section droite semi-circulaire, dans laquelle s'engage à cran un bourrelet 6a, de forme correspondante, du fond 6 de la boîte, est ménagée dans la carrure-lunette 1, au niveau de la bague de renforcement 4.
L'assemblage ainsi obtenu est étanche. Grâce à la bague élastique 4, des imprécisions dans la fabrication du fond ou de la carrure-lunette 1, die même que des déformations dues au vieillissement de la matière ou à des démontages répétés du fond, sont rattrapées élastiquement.
Dans la forme d'exécution de la fig. 2, la carrure-lunette 7 recevant la glace 8 est métallique. Elle porte, au voisinage de son extrémité inférieure, logé intérieurement, un cadre en matière plastique 9, armé d'une bague métallique élastique 10, noyée dans sa matière ; le fond 11 est accroché à cran dans une gorge annulaire 12 du cadre 9, en un assemblage étanche, analogue à l'assemblage du fond 6 de la première forme d'exécution.

The box shown in fig. 1 comprises a middle-bezel 1, made of plastic, in which the crystal 2 is mounted in a notch. This middle-bezel 1 is fretted on the outside with a thin metal middle part 3. It is also armed near its lower edge with an elastic metal ring 4 embedded in its material. An internal annular groove 5, of semi-circular cross section, in which a bead 6a, of corresponding shape, of the bottom 6 of the case engages in a notch, is formed in the caseband-bezel 1, at the level of the ring. reinforcement 4.
The assembly thus obtained is waterproof. Thanks to the elastic ring 4, inaccuracies in the manufacture of the caseback or of the caseband-bezel 1, even as deformations due to the aging of the material or to repeated dismantling of the caseback, are elastically compensated for.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the middle-bezel 7 receiving the crystal 8 is metallic. It carries, in the vicinity of its lower end, housed internally, a plastic frame 9, reinforced with an elastic metal ring 10, embedded in its material; the bottom 11 is hooked into an annular groove 12 of the frame 9, in a sealed assembly, similar to the assembly of the bottom 6 of the first embodiment.
