  Filterapparat für die Trennung von Feststoffen aus Flüssigkeiten
Im Hauptpatent ist ein Filterapparat beschrieben, mit Hilfe dessen Feststoffe aus Flüssigkeiten abgetrennt werden können, und welcher nach beendeter Filtration für die Entleerung der Rückstände nicht geöffnet werden muss, indem diese durch Rotation der Filterelemente von den Filterflächen abgeschleudert und im unteren, vorzugsweise konischen Teil des Filterkessels durch einen Stutzen entleert werden können.



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass das Austragen der Rückstände aus dem unteren, konischen Teil des   r;ilterkessels    ausserordentlich erleichtert werden kann, wenn diese Austragung durch einen z. B. mit Luft, Gas oder Flüssigkeit betriebenen Injektor unterstützt   v. ird.    Die nach unten fallenden Rückstände werden sofort vom Gasstrom bzw. Flüssigkeitsstrahl des Injektors erfasst und durch eine relativ kleine Öffnung nach aussen oder direkt in eine Rohrleitung gefördert und abtransportiert.



   Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die so zu fördernden Rückstände direkt mit Heissluft in einen Ring- oder Kanaltrockner zu schicken. Sofern die Rückstände mit Flüssigkeit ausgetragen werden dürfen, empfiehlt es sich, den Injektor mit Flüssigkeit zu betreiben.



   Der Injektor kann tangential im Filterkessel eingebaut sein, sofern die   Rückstand-Abführleitung    ebenfalls tangential angeordnet ist.

The residues falling down are immediately captured by the gas flow or liquid jet of the injector and conveyed to the outside or directly into a pipeline through a relatively small opening and transported away.



   There is also the possibility of sending the residues to be conveyed directly into a ring or tunnel dryer using hot air. If the residues can be discharged with liquid, it is advisable to operate the injector with liquid.



   The injector can be installed tangentially in the filter vessel, provided that the residue discharge line is also arranged tangentially.

PATENTANSPRUCH Filterapparat für die Trennung von Feststoffen aus Flüssigkeiten, bei dem die Filterelemente auf einer drehbaren Achse angeordnet sind, um sie nach Beendigung der Filtration in Rotation versetzen zu können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unten im Filterkessel ein Injektor zum Weitertransport der abfallenden Rückstände eingebaut ist.
