Dispositif de fixation et de recouvrement d'un pansement
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation et de recouvrement d'un pansement, qui comprend au moins un protège-pansement, par exempie en étoffe tissée ou tricotée, destiné à recouvrir le pansement et à le maintenir en place par ses parties le dépassant, cet organe étant pourvu d'organes d'accrochage sur sa face dirigée contre le pansement, ce dispositif comprenant en plus au moins un organe de liaison entre la peau et le protège-pansement et comportant sur une face une colle adhérant à la peau, et sur l'autre des moyens d'accrochage c;oopé rant avec ceux des parties du p, rotège-pansement dépassant le pansement.
Le dessin annexé représente schématiquement et à titre d'exemple deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

En référence à la fig. 1 du dessin, montrant la première forme d'exécution, 1 représente une partie du corps sur laquelle doit être fixé et recouvert un pansement 2. Pour le maintenir en place sur la partie
A du corps, on dispose d'un côté de cette partie, sur une partie saine du corps 1, une pièce 3, comportant sur sa face destinée à venir en contact avec la peau, une couche 4 de matière adhérant à cette dernière et, sur son autre face, un tissu du genre velours, muni d'organes d'accrochage 6 susceptibles de coopérer avec d'autres organes d'accrochage 7 d'un organe de fixation et de recouvrement 8 du pansement 2.
Cet organe 8 est constitué par une bande en étoffe tissée ou tricotée dont les organes d'accrochage 7 sont constitués par des boucles, alors que les organes d'accrochage 6 de la pièce 3 sont cons.- titués par des crochets. Au moins ces derniers sont faits au moyen de fils en matière synthétique, de manière qu'on puisse leur donner, par un traitement thermique, une forme qu'ils conservent tout en leur permettant une déformation élastique momentanée.
Les organes d'accrochage 7 peuvent être formés de la même matière.
On peut donc mettre en prise les organes d'accro- chage 6 de la pièce 3 avec ceux 7 d'une extrémité de la bande 8, pour retenir ensemble cette pièce 3 et la bande 8. On fait alors passer cette dernière sur le pansement 2 qui doit être recouveru et fixé sur la partie A. L'extrémité de la bande 8 opposée à celle qui est t en prise avec la pièce 3 est pourvue, sur sa face en regard du corps 1, également d'une couche 4 de matière adhérant à la peau. Cette extrémité peut donc être retenue en position simplement en l'appliquant sur le corps 1. La bande 8 peut être coupée à la longueur désirée.
Pour effectuer un changement du pansement 2, il suffit de séparer l'extrémité de la bande 8 de la pièce 3 en laissant cette dernière en place, de même que l'extrémité de cette bande collée sur le corps 1.
Après changement du pansement 2, on le retient en place en fixant à nouveau l'extrémité de la bande 8 sur la pièce 3.
Dans la deuxième forme d'exécution, selon les fig. 2 et 3, les organes sont, en principe, les mêmes, c'est-à-dire que le dispositif comprend au moins un proltègepansement 8 pour maintenir en place un pansement 2. A cet effet, on dispose' de part et d'autre de la partie A du corps sur laquelle le pansu ment 2 doit être placé une pièce 3 comportant, sur sa face destinée à venir en contact avec la peau, une matière 4 adhérant à cette dernière et, sur l'autre face, un tissu du genre velours pourvu d'organes d'accrochage 6 susceptibles de coopérer avec d'autres organes d'accrochage 7 d'un organe de fixation et de recouvrement 8 du pansement 2.
Comme montré au dessin, les pièces 3 fixées sur la peau, de part et d'autre de la partie A à panser, permettent de disposer le pansement 2 et de le maintenir en place au moyen d'une bande d'étoffe 8, présentant sur sa face en regard des deux pièces 3 des organes d'accrochage.
Les organes d'accrochage 6 des pièces 3, ainsi que ceux de l'organe de fixation et de recouvrement 8 sont faits au moyen de fils en matière synthétique, de manière qu'on puisse leur donner, par un traitement thermique, une forme qu'ils conservent, tout en leur permettant une déformation élastique momentanée. On peut, par exemple, former sur les pièces 3 des crochets 6 et sur l'organe 8 des boucles 7 du genre de celles d'un tissu désigné comme épinglébouclé.
Si on applique l'organe 8 sur une des pièces 3, les crochets de cette dernière pénètrent alors dans les boucles 7, de sorte que ces parties sont retenues l'une sur l'autre.
Pour changer le pansement 2, il suffit de détacher les extrémités de l'organe 8 des pièces 3, en laissant ces dernières en position à l'endroit où elles ont été placées sur la peau. Après remplacement du pansement 2, on remet en place l'organe 8 en appliquant à nouveau ses extrémités sur les pièces 3. Cette opv ration peut se faire aisément et sans douleur, puisqu'on ne touche pas la partie A ou ses abords immédiats.
Sur la partie droite de la fig. 2, on a montré de quelle manière on peut détacher facilement l'une de l'autre les parties 3 et 8.
On pourrait naturellement prévoir des crochets 6 sur l'organe 8 et des boucles 7 sur les pièces 3. Les boucles 7 peuvent être formées par un fil monobrin ou par un fil à plusieurs brins. Les boucles peuvent être toutes identiques ou être de dimensions diffa rentes de manière que leurs sommets soient situés dans des plans différents.

On the body, there is on one side of this part, on a healthy part of the body 1, a part 3, comprising on its face intended to come into contact with the skin, a layer 4 of material adhering to the latter and, on its other face, a fabric of the velvet type, provided with fastening members 6 capable of cooperating with other fastening members 7 of a fastening and covering member 8 of the dressing 2.
This member 8 is constituted by a strip of woven or knitted fabric, the fastening members 7 of which are constituted by loops, while the fastening members 6 of the part 3 are constituted by hooks. At least the latter are made by means of threads of synthetic material, so that they can be given, by heat treatment, a shape which they retain while allowing them a momentary elastic deformation.
The hooking members 7 can be formed from the same material.
It is therefore possible to engage the hooking members 6 of the part 3 with those 7 of one end of the strip 8, to hold together this part 3 and the strip 8. The latter is then passed over the dressing. 2 which must be covered and fixed on part A. The end of the strip 8 opposite to that which is t engaged with the part 3 is provided, on its face facing the body 1, also with a layer 4 of material adhering to the skin. This end can therefore be retained in position simply by applying it to the body 1. The strip 8 can be cut to the desired length.
To change the dressing 2, it suffices to separate the end of the strip 8 from the part 3, leaving the latter in place, as well as the end of this strip glued to the body 1.
After dressing 2 has been changed, it is held in place by re-fixing the end of the strip 8 to part 3.
In the second embodiment, according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the organs are, in principle, the same, that is to say that the device comprises at least one dressing protector 8 to hold a dressing in place 2. For this purpose, we have 'on hand and on' another of part A of the body on which the dressing 2 must be placed a part 3 comprising, on its face intended to come into contact with the skin, a material 4 adhering to the latter and, on the other face, a fabric of the velor type provided with fastening members 6 capable of cooperating with other fastening members 7 of a fixing and covering member 8 of the dressing 2.
As shown in the drawing, the parts 3 fixed to the skin, on either side of part A to be dressed, make it possible to place the dressing 2 and to hold it in place by means of a strip of fabric 8, presenting on its face opposite the two parts 3 of the fastening members.
The hooking members 6 of the parts 3, as well as those of the fixing and covering member 8 are made by means of synthetic material threads, so that they can be given, by a heat treatment, a shape that 'they retain, while allowing them a momentary elastic deformation. One can, for example, form on the parts 3 hooks 6 and on the member 8 loops 7 of the type of those of a fabric designated as pinned.
If the member 8 is applied to one of the parts 3, the hooks of the latter then penetrate into the loops 7, so that these parts are retained one on the other.
To change the dressing 2, it suffices to detach the ends of the organ 8 from the parts 3, leaving the latter in position where they were placed on the skin. After replacement of the dressing 2, the organ 8 is replaced by applying its ends again to the parts 3. This operation can be done easily and painlessly, since part A or its immediate surroundings are not touched.
On the right side of fig. 2, we have shown how the parts 3 and 8 can be easily detached from each other.
It would naturally be possible to provide hooks 6 on the member 8 and loops 7 on the parts 3. The loops 7 may be formed by a single strand wire or by a wire with several strands. The loops can all be identical or be of different dimensions so that their vertices are located in different planes.
It is possible to provide on either side of part A
to dress more than one piece 3.
