Watch The present invention relates to a watch provided with a device making it possible to adjust the position of the racket without opening the case and comprising a rotary control member accessible from the outside, a cam kinematically connected to the control member and a spring applying part of the racket against this cam.
This watch is characterized in that the rotary control member is mounted in the middle part so as to be able to rotate about an axis located radially relative to the watch.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention, constituting a waterproof watch.
Fig. 1 is a view from below, with cutaway, of the watch, the back having been removed; fig. 2 is a sectional view along the line I1-11 of FIG. 1.
In this drawing, 10 designates the middle part, 11 the rooster and 12 the racquet.
The racket 12 can be adjusted from the outside of the watch by a device comprising a part mounted in the middle part 10 so as to be able to rotate in a sealed manner around an axis situated radially with respect to the watch, a cam, and a spring 14 fixed on the cock 11 and acting on the tail 15 of the racket.
This device 13 comprises a control member formed of a frustoconical part 16 provided with an actuating countersink 16a embedded in a correspondingly shaped bore of the middle part and a cylindrical cam 17 of field 20 disposed inside the middle part. . The part 16 and the cam 17 are made integral by a pin 18.
The cam 17 is limited, on the one hand, by an elastic flange 19 bearing against the inner wall of the middle part 10 so as to slightly force the part 16 into its housing and, on the other hand, by an oblique section 20 against which a finger 21 of the racket 12 is applied eccentrically by the spring 14.
To adjust the angular position of the racket 12, it suffices to turn the device 13, the position of which can be marked using an index and a graduation not visible in the drawing. When the device 13 makes a turn, the racket 12 performs an oscillation, the amplitude of which depends on the inclination of the section 20.
One of the advantages of the device described, if it is applied to a wristwatch, is to allow the wearer of the watch to adjust the rate of the movement without having to remove the watch from his wrist. Another advantage of this device lies in the fact that it allows, thanks to the very large reduction in the movement of the control member, a very fine and very precise adjustment of the angular position of the racket.
In a variant, the cam could be carried by the movement and connected to the control member by a transmission element.
