Schranktüre mit auf der Innenseite angeordnetem, oben offenem Abfalleimer
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Schranktüre mit auf der Innenseite angeordnetem, oben offenem Abfalleimer.
Eine solche Schranktüre ist gemäss der Erfindung um ein unteres waagrechtes Scharnier kippbar und wirkt mit einem Fusshebel derart zusammen, dass sie aus der Schliesslage in eine Offenlage ausstellbar ist, in welcher der Abfall in den Abfalleimer verbracht werden kann. Es ist hierbei zum öffnen der Schranktüre keine Handbetätigung nötig, so dass in den Händen gehaltener Abfall unmittelbar in den Abfalleimer geworfen werden kann.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.

In einem Schrank 1, z. B. für Laboratorien, ist eine Schranktüre 2 vorhanden, die unten mittels eines waagrechten Scharniers 3 kippbar am Schrank 1 gelagert ist. An der Innenseite der Schranktüre 2 ist eine Bodenplatte 4 mittels Winkeleisen 5 befestigt.
In der Mitte der Bodenplatte 4 ist auf deren Unterseite ein Metallplättchen 6 angebracht, an welchem das eine Ende eines Fusshebels 7 aufliegt, der mittels eines Zapfens 8 in einem Lagerkörper 9 drehbar gelagert ist, und andernends ein Pedal 10 besitzt.
Im obern Teil der Türe 2 ist auf einer Seite derselben ein Lagerkörper 11 befestigt, an dem ein Anschlagarm 12 angelenkt ist. Dieser Arm 12 liegt auf einem an der Schrankinnenseite befestigten Bolzen 13 auf und besitzt ein hakenförmiges Ende 14, das beim Herauskippen der Türe 2 um den Bolzen 13 greift und dadurch die Türbewegung begrenzt (Fig. 1 und strichpunktierte Lage in Fig. 2). Ein weiteres Herauskippen der Türe 2 ist nur dadurch möglich, dass der Anschlagarm 12 angehoben und der Haken 14 über den Bolzen 13 hinwegbewegt wird.
Ein solches weiteres Herauskippen ist nur dann erforderlich, wenn der Abfalleimer 15, der auf der Bodenplatte 4 der Türe 2 aufruht, zwecks Entleerung aus der Türe 2 herausgehoben werden muss. Wenn dagegen Abfall in den Abfalleimer 15 verbracht werden muss, so muss lediglich durch Niederdrücken des Pedals 10, mittels des Fusshebels 7 die Türe in die dargestellte Lage ausgestellt werden. Für diese Betätigung sind somit die Hände nicht erforderlich.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Schranktüre mit auf der Innenseite angeordnetem, oben offenem Abfalleimer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie um ein unteres waagrechtes Scharnier kippbar ist und mit einem Fusshebel derart zusammenwirkt, dass sie aus der Schliesslage in eine Offenlage ausstellbar ist, in welcher der Abfall in den Abfalleimer verbracht werden kann.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Schranktüre nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fusshebel auf eine zur Abstützung des Abfalleimers dienende an der Schrank türe befestigte Bodenplatte einwirkt.
2. Schranktüre nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Anschlagarm aufweist, der zur Begrenzung der Schranktürenbewegung in der erwähnten Offenlage mit einem Zapfen zusammenwirkt und der aus diesem Zapfen aushängbar ist, um die Türe zwecks Herausnahme des Abfalleimers ganz öffnen zu können.

The subject matter of the present invention is a cabinet door with a garbage can open at the top and arranged on the inside.
According to the invention, such a cabinet door can be tilted about a lower horizontal hinge and cooperates with a foot lever in such a way that it can be opened from the closed position into an open position in which the waste can be brought into the waste bin. No manual operation is required to open the cabinet door, so that rubbish held in the hands can be thrown directly into the rubbish bin.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing.

In a cabinet 1, e.g. B. for laboratories, a cabinet door 2 is available, which is tilted at the bottom of the cabinet 1 by means of a horizontal hinge 3. A base plate 4 is attached to the inside of the cabinet door 2 by means of angle iron 5.
In the middle of the bottom plate 4, a metal plate 6 is attached to the underside thereof, on which one end of a foot lever 7 rests, which is rotatably mounted in a bearing body 9 by means of a pin 8, and has a pedal 10 at the other end.
In the upper part of the door 2, a bearing body 11 is attached on one side thereof, to which a stop arm 12 is articulated. This arm 12 rests on a bolt 13 attached to the inside of the cabinet and has a hook-shaped end 14 which engages around the bolt 13 when the door 2 is tilted out and thereby limits the door movement (Fig. 1 and dash-dotted position in Fig. 2). The door 2 can only be tilted out further if the stop arm 12 is raised and the hook 14 is moved over the bolt 13.
Such a further tilting out is only necessary if the garbage can 15, which rests on the base plate 4 of the door 2, has to be lifted out of the door 2 for emptying. If, on the other hand, rubbish has to be brought into the rubbish bin 15, the door only needs to be opened into the position shown by depressing the pedal 10 by means of the foot lever 7. Hands are therefore not required for this operation.
PATENT CLAIM
Cupboard door with a garbage can arranged on the inside, open at the top, characterized in that it can be tilted around a lower horizontal hinge and cooperates with a foot lever in such a way that it can be opened from the closed position into an open position in which the waste is brought into the garbage can can.
SUBCLAIMS
1. Cabinet door according to claim, characterized in that the foot lever acts on a base plate attached to the cabinet door and serving to support the trash can.
2. Cabinet door according to claim, characterized in that it has a stop arm which cooperates to limit the cabinet door movement in the mentioned open position with a pin and which can be unhooked from this pin in order to be able to open the door completely for the purpose of removing the trash can.
