Collier de serrage L'invention a pour objet un collier de serrage destiné à maintenir ensemble divers objets tels qu'un faisceau de câbles électriques, ou à serrer un tube souple sur un cylindre rigide. Le collier de serrage selon l'invention est obtenu par moulage, et il est constitué par une seule pièce en matière plastique comprenant une bande flexible, longue, étroite et mince, destinée à entourer les objets à serrer et dont une face porte des dents de rochet sur une certaine longueur depuis une extré mité, et une base rigide destinée à former appui, ayant une face de niveau avec une face de la bande, prolongeant celle-ci à une extrémité,
et percée d'un logement à section sensiblement rectangulaire dont la largeur est égale à celle de la bande flexible et qui comporte une dent de rochet sur sa face la plus voisine de la bande flexible et va en s'évasant vers le haut sur la face opposée, les dents de rochet de la bande flexible étant disposées sur la face de cette bande qui se trouve dans le prolongement de la base, de façon que, après avoir recourbé la partie flexible autour de l'objet à fixer, on puisse intro duire son extrémité dentée dans le logement de la partie rigide et que les dents de la bande viennent ensuite en prise par élasticité avec la dent du loge ment.
Au dessin annexé, on a représenté schématique ment, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du collier objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe verticale du collier, par 1-I de la fig. 2.
La fig. 2 est un plan correspondant. Le collier comprend une base rigide 1 et une longue bande, mince et flexible, 2, munie de dents de rochet 3 disposées sur sa face supérieure, c'est- à-dire sur la face qui prolonge la face supérieure de la base 1 sur la fig. 1. La base comporte un loge ment 4 qui présente sur sa face verticale interne, c'est-à-dire la plus voisine de la bande 2, une dent de rochet 5, tandis que la face verticale opposée s'évase vers le haut en 6 pour favoriser l'introduc tion de la bande 2.
Pour réunir plusieurs objets à l'aide du collier, par exemple un faisceau de câbles électriques, on recourbe autour du faisceau 7 (représenté en poin tillé sur la fig. 1) la bande 2, à la façon indiquée en pointillé, et l'on fait pénétrer l'extrémité de la bande 2 dans le logement 4, jusqu'à ce que les câbles 7 soient énergiquement serrés. On lâche alors l'ex trémité de la bande 2, et une des dents 3 vient en prise avec la dent 5 et bloque le collier. On peut alors, si on le désire, couper l'extrémité de la bande 2 qui dépasse au-dessous du logement 4.
Clamp The invention relates to a clamp intended to hold together various objects such as a bundle of electric cables, or to clamp a flexible tube on a rigid cylinder. The clamp according to the invention is obtained by molding, and it consists of a single piece of plastic material comprising a flexible band, long, narrow and thin, intended to surround the objects to be clamped and one side of which carries teeth of ratchet over a certain length from one end, and a rigid base intended to form a support, having a face level with a face of the strip, extending the latter at one end,
and pierced with a housing with a substantially rectangular section, the width of which is equal to that of the flexible strip and which comprises a ratchet tooth on its face closest to the flexible strip and which widens upwards on the face opposite, the ratchet teeth of the flexible strip being arranged on the face of this strip which is in the extension of the base, so that, after having bent the flexible part around the object to be fixed, it is possible to introduce its toothed end in the housing of the rigid part and that the teeth of the band then come into elastic engagement with the tooth of the housing.
In the accompanying drawing, there is shown schematically, by way of example, an embodiment of the collar which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a vertical section of the collar, through 1-I of FIG. 2.
Fig. 2 is a corresponding plane. The collar comprises a rigid base 1 and a long strip, thin and flexible, 2, provided with ratchet teeth 3 arranged on its upper face, that is to say on the face which extends the upper face of the base 1 on fig. 1. The base comprises a housing 4 which has on its internal vertical face, that is to say the closest to the strip 2, a ratchet tooth 5, while the opposite vertical face widens upwards. at 6 to promote the introduction of band 2.
To bring together several objects using the collar, for example a bundle of electric cables, the band 2 is curved around the bundle 7 (shown in dotted lines in fig. 1), as shown in dotted lines, and the the end of the strip 2 is made to penetrate into the housing 4, until the cables 7 are firmly tightened. The end of the strip 2 is then released, and one of the teeth 3 engages with the tooth 5 and blocks the collar. It is then possible, if desired, to cut the end of the strip 2 which protrudes below the housing 4.
