Seifenspender Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Seifenspen der in Form einer durch eine Klammer an der Wand abnehmbar gehaltenen und mit einer Entnahmevor richtung zur portionenweisen Abgabe der flüssigen Seife versehenen Flasche, wobei das wesentliche Kennzeichen der Erfindung darin besteht, dass die mindestens eine ebene Seitenfläche aufweisende Fla sche in einen U-förmigen Halter -einsetzbar ist, des sen starrer unterer Schenkel zur Aufnahme des Fla schenhalses dient, wogegen der obere Schenkel federnd auf dem Flaschenboden aufruht.
Es sind Seifenspender bekannt, deren Glasballon mit weiter Einfüllöffnung durch einen Schraubver- schluss schliessbar ist, der den von vorn und im rech ten Winkel zur Längsachse des Gefässes durch Drük- ken betätigbaren Portionengeber aufweist und zu gleich einen Ansatz trägt, der nach hinten einen Steckteil zur bajonettverschlussartigen Anbringung des untern Teils des Gefässes an einem Hohlkörper der Wand aufweist.
Die Halterung des Gefässes oben wird durch einen entsprechend gewölbten Halter mit Bügel und Klemmschraube bewirkt, an dem eine Kappe vorgesehen ist, die den Boden des Gefässes überdeckt.
Es sind ferner Seifenspender bekannt, bei welchen komplizierte Verschlüsse vorgesehen sind, die eine Sicherheit gegen das unbefugte Entleeren des ganzen Inhaltes geben sollen. Diese sind entweder ebenfalls kippbar an einem einfachen Ringbügel vorgesehen oder in diesem festgeschraubt.
Durch die Anbringungsart der Flasche an der Wand wird gegenüber den bekannten Seifenspendern der Vorteil erreicht, dass die Flasche durch einen einzigen Handgriff an den Halter ohne zusätzliche Lösung einer Verschraubung oder Betätigung sonsti ger Befestigungsmittel am Ort eingesetzt und ebenso leicht die Flasche aus der Befestigung gelöst werden kann. Durch die besondere Ausbildung der Flasche selbst wird erreicht, dass sie in der richtigen Lage eingesetzt werden kann.
Es kann der Verschluss der Flasche durch einen besonderen Sicherungsring gegen Diebstahl des Inhaltes der Flasche gesichert wer den, wie in der Beschreibung noch näher erläutert werden wird.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung, und zwar stellt die Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Seifenspenders teil weise im Schnitt dar. Die Fig. 2 zeigt eine Vorderansicht und die Fig. 3 eine Unteransicht des Seifenspenders. Fig.4 zeigt schliesslich eine Diebstahlsicherung der Flasche und den Verschluss von unten.
Mit 1 ist die Flasche, im Ausführungsbeispiel eine Glasflasche mit etwa rechteckiger Grundriss- fläche, bezeichnet, die eine bombierte Vorderwand 2 und gegen den Halter zu eine ebene Seitenfläche 3 aufweist. Der Boden 4 ist mit einer Vertiefung 5 ver sehen, wobei dieser Boden gegen die Seitenflächen mit abgerundeten Teilen versehen ist. Der Hals 6 der Flasche weist ein flachgängiges Aussengewinde 7 auf, das zum Aufschrauben der an sich bekannten Ver- schlusskappe 8 dient.
Der Abschluss des Gewinde halses 7 weist eine Abschlusswand 9 auf mit einer Öffnung 10. In dem hohlen Hals 11 der Kappe 8 ist der als Portionengeber dienende Zapfen 12 vor gesehen, dessen aus dem Kappeninnern vorragender Teil als Konus 14 ausgebildet ist, der in die konische Öffnung 15 der Kappe passt, wenn der Zapfen 12 unter Zwischenlage einer Dichtung 16, die nicht un bedingt notwendig ist, mittels des Flansches 18 unter dem Einfluss der Feder 19 nach aussen gedrückt wird. An die Stelle der Feder 19 kann auch ein gummielastisches Organ treten. Die Feder 19 stützt sich einen Endes gegen den Flansch 18 und andern Endes gegen den Rand der Öffnung 10 ab.
Bei Hin- aufdrücken des konischen Teils 14 gegen den Flan- schenhals fliesst das im Raume 11 der Kappe 8 be findliche Seifenquantum aus und kann damit ent nommen werden, wobei ein Nachrinnen der Seife aus der Flasche während der Offenstellung des Por tionen gebers durch den Eintritt des Zapfens 12 in die Öffnung 10 verhindert wird.
Der Halter für die Flasche 1 besteht aus einem U-förmigen Bügel mit der Basis 20, welche durch Schrauben 21 an der Wand 21a befestigt wird. Der Bügel weist zwei Schenkel auf, von denen der eine zu einem waagrechten, eine Öffnung 22 aufweisenden Tragarm mit einem vertikalen Teil 23a ausgebildet ist, während der andere, 24, mittels eines Scharniers 25 an dem obern Ende der Basis 20 angelenkt ist. Sein äusserstes Ende besitzt eine Kröpfung 26.
Aus dem Schenkel 24 ist ein Lappen 27 ausgestanzt, der etwas schräg nach unten und vorn verläuft und das eine Lager für eine Zugfeder 28 bildet, deren anderes Ende in einer aus dem andern Schenkel 123 aus gestanzten Nase 30 eingehängt ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass der Schenkel 24 ständig die Flasche in der gezeichneten Stellung festklemmt. Der obere Schenkel kommt bei 24a an den hintern, obern Rand der Flasche zum Anliegen, wenn die Flasche einge setzt wird. Die Kröpfung 26 des obern Schenkels kommt in die Vertiefung 5 der Flasche zu liegen.
Ausserdem steht im Bereiche des Scharniers 25 ein Lappenpaar 31 aus dem Material der Basis 20 nach vorn vor, an dessen Enden die Flasche beim Ein setzen ebenfalls zum Anliegen kommt. Da die Vor derwand der Flasche bombiert, die hintere Seiten wand derselben aber als ebene Fläche ausgebildet ist, ergibt sich zwangläufig die richtige Einsetzlage der Flasche in den Halter.
Das Einsetzen erfolgt unter Anheben des federnden Schenkels 24 entgegen der Feder 28, während der Hals der Flasche in das Loch 22 eingeführt und der Flaschenkörper unter leichtem Druck nach hinten geschwenkt wird, wobei unter Vermittlung einer Aufbiegung 26a der Kröp- fung diese in die Vertiefung 5 der Flasche einge schnappt wird. Dazu dient auch vorteilhaft die obere, hintere Abrundung des Flaschenkörpers.
Der Inhalt der Flasche ist gegen eine missbräuch- liche Entnahme durch Abschrauben der Kappe durch eine Plombe geschützt, deren Plombendraht oder dergleichen um den Rand der Kappe und den hintern Teil des äussern flachgängigen Gewindes geschlungen wird. Dies ist in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt. Um jedoch das Abschrauben des Verschlusses und den Diebstahl der Flasche aus der Halterung zu verhin dern, ist noch eine sperrbare Sicherung vorgesehen.
Am hintern Teil des Schenkels 23 ist ein Zapfen 34 angeordnet, an dem zwei sichelförmige Elemente 35 drehbar angeordnet sind, die an der Vorderseite übereinanderliegen und Lappen 35a aufweisen, durch deren Löcher 36 ein Vorhängeschloss 37 gesteckt wer den kann. An dem hintern Ende besitzen beide sichel förmigen Elemente 35 Arme 38, zwischen welchen eine Feder 39 gespannt ist. Wird das Vorhängeschloss geöffnet und entfernt, so schnappen unter dem Ein fluss der Feder 39 die beiden sichelförmigen Elemente 35 aus der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Schliess lage in die Offenstellung, womit die Flasche zur Herausnahme aus dem Halter freigelegt ist.
Zum Zwecke der Verhinderung des Abschraubens des Verschlusses der Flasche ist jedes der sichelförmigen Elemente mit einem Kragen 40 versehen, der in der Sicherungslage den Rand 8a der Kappe 8 umfasst.

A tab 27 is punched out of the leg 24, which runs slightly obliquely downwards and forwards and which forms a bearing for a tension spring 28, the other end of which is suspended in a nose 30 punched from the other leg 123. This ensures that the leg 24 constantly clamps the bottle in the position shown. The upper leg comes to rest at 24a on the rear, upper edge of the bottle when the bottle is inserted. The crank 26 of the upper leg comes to lie in the recess 5 of the bottle.
