Hydraulische Stuhlsitz-Hubvorrichtung

Hydraulic chair seat lifting device
The invention relates to a hydraulic chair seat lifting device with a pump piston of a pump that can be actuated by a lever system, with the aid of which a lifting piston carrying the chair seat and movable in a lifting cylinder connected to the pump cylinder can be moved, which can be locked in any position of its lifting range by a locking device.
The invention consists in that a control device is arranged on the pump piston which controls a clamping element belonging to the locking device in such a way that the lifting piston is clamped by the locking device in the upper position of the pump piston.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. It shows:
1 shows a partial top view of a lifting device for adjusting the height of a chair seat,
2 shows a view according to arrow A in FIG. 1, with the pump piston actuating lever in the rest position, the storage container for the pressure medium, for example oil, being shown broken away,
3 shows a view in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 1, the storage container for the pressure medium being shown broken away,
4 shows a view according to FIG. 2 with the actuating lever in the lower stroke position,
5 to 7 are partially broken away views corresponding to FIG. 2 of variants of the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, in which a certain angle is provided between the actuating lever and the cam actuating the pump piston.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, a pump cylinder is designated by 1, which is fastened on a base plate 18. A pump piston 2 is movably arranged in the pump cylinder 1 and carries a pump piston plate 22 at its upper end in the drawing. A compression spring 15, which tries to push the pump piston into its upper position, is arranged between the aforementioned pump piston plate 22 and the base plate 18.
In the pump cylinder 1, a transverse bore 16 is arranged which connects the interior of the pump cylinder with the interior of an oil reservoir 17 which is filled with oil to a predetermined height.
A control rod 10 is fastened to the upper part of the pump piston 2 and is arranged parallel to the axis of the piston 2 and carries a roller 9 with its axis perpendicular to the axis of the control rod 10.
The pump piston 2 is actuated with the aid of an actuating lever 11 which is rigidly connected to a bolt 19, on which a cam 12 is also attached in such a way that the actuating lever 11, the bolt 19 and the cam 12 form a rigid lever system with one another. The bolt 19 of this lever system is mounted on the container 17.
The aforementioned pump piston plate 22 has a nose 13 which, during the downward movement of the pump piston 2, interacts with a pin 14 of a drain valve 20, which is also attached to the aforementioned base plate 18.
A lifting cylinder 3 is also arranged on the base plate 18, which is connected to the pump cylinder 1 via a line with a check valve in a manner not shown. In this lifting cylinder 3, a lifting piston 4 is movably arranged, which carries the chair seat, not shown in the drawing, and can thus lift it.
At the upper edge of the lifting cylinder there is a locking device for the lifting piston, which has a slotted clamping ring 5, the ends of which are provided with lugs 21. These approaches have recesses parallel to the control rod 10 such that the control rod 10 can move between the approaches 21 with play. A clamping bolt 6 penetrates the two lugs 21 and two nuts 7 are screwed onto its right-hand end in FIG. 1, a washer still being provided between the nuts and the lug 21 on the right in FIG. On its end protruding from the left projection 21 on the left in FIG. 1, a pressure washer 23 is provided, and a clamping lever 8 is hinged to this left end of the clamping bolt 6, which with its hinged part encompasses the corresponding end of the clamping bolt 6 like a fork.
The two parts of the fork-like end have curve pieces at 24 which interact with the pressure disk 23. The clamping lever 8 also has a recess 25 into which the above-mentioned roller 9 can engage.
The operation of the intended device is now as follows:
As already mentioned, the compression spring 15 tries to push the pump piston 2 upwards into the rest position (see FIGS. 2 and 3). This position of the pump piston 2 corresponds to the upper pivot position of the actuating lever 11, denoted by a, cf. 2, and the roller 9 is then located in the recess 25 of the clamping lever 8. The cam pieces 24 exert such a pressure on the pressure disk 23 and thus the two lugs 21 that the clamping ring 5 is clamped onto the reciprocating piston 4 and so holds it in the relevant position.
If the actuating lever 11 is now moved downwards from its upper stroke position a against the action of the spring 15, the cam 12 rigidly connected to the actuating lever 11 pushes the pump piston 2 downwards against the action of the spring 15, and that with the pump piston 2 rigidly connected control rod 10 pivots with its roller 9 the clamping lever 8 according to FIG. 2 clockwise by a predetermined angle, so that the clamping lever 8 finally assumes the position shown in FIG. With this pivoting of the clamping lever 8, the curve pieces 24 also move accordingly, and because of the shape of these curve pieces, the thrust washer 23 and thus the lugs 21 are released so far that they can spring open and release the reciprocating piston 4.
During this first part of the movement of the actuating lever 11 until the lifting piston 4 is released, no oil may yet be conveyed, and this conveyance is prevented by the transverse bore 16, since the pump piston 2 is located above the lower edge of the transverse bore 16 and none during this movement part Oil can be conveyed in the pump until the lower edge of the pump piston 2 has reached the lower edge of the transverse bore 16.
In the position of the pump piston 2 closing the bore 16, the oil delivery begins, and it now becomes: Oil is pressed from the pressure cylinder 1 via the check valve into the lifting cylinder 3, so that the lifting piston 4 is lifted accordingly. This actuation of the pump takes place until the actuating lever 11 is pivoted down into the lower stroke position b, which is shown in solid lines or dash-dotted lines in FIGS. 2 and 4. By swiveling the actuating lever 11 up and down several times between the positions a and b, the desired height of the lifting piston 4 and thus of the chair seat can then be set. Each time the lever is pivoted back into position a, the reciprocating piston is fixed in the respective height position by the device 9, 5.
To lower the chair seat, the lever is pushed further through the lower lift position b to the lower end position c, and this movement actuates the pin 14 of the discharge valve 20 through the nose 13 and opens the discharge valve 20, so that the lift cylinder 3 contained oil can flow into the reservoir 17.
This actuation of the pin 14 results in an additional resistance against further downward pivoting of the lever when the lower stroke position b is reached, so that it is easily possible for the operator during the actual pumping movement not to exceed the lower stroke position b.
In FIGS. 5 to 7, three variants of the lever system required for actuating the pumping device are shown. In these figures, the parts corresponding to the first embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 are denoted by the same numbers.
The difference compared to the first embodiment is in these three variants that the actuating lever 11, shown in this case as a hand lever, and the associated cam 12 are arranged at different angles to one another, namely in FIG. 5 at an angle of -10 "with respect on the pivoting direction of the lever when pumping, in Fig. 6 at an angle of + 800 and in Fig. 7 at an angle of + 1700.
This makes it possible to give an operating lever different rest positions or to adapt this position to certain conditions.
