Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ausbildungsmöglichkeit in einem Querschnitt. Fier.
Handbag The invention relates to a handbag in a temperature-insulating design, with a trough-shaped insulating body which is open at the top and which is surrounded by a cover on the outside and a lining on the inside, as well as a throw-away cushion, using a cover on the combined upper edges of the outer and inner walls of a container zipper attached over the cover pad. The handbag according to the invention is characterized in that
that the cushion-like cover cushion rests as the sole cover-like insulation seal on the open-topped edge of the trough-shaped insulating body and is loosely guided upwards over the insulating body. and is covered by parts of the casing and the lining that can be joined together by the zip fastener while being pressed down onto the edge of the insulating body.
Several examples are shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows an embodiment in a cross section. Fier. '? shows a horizontal section of a production-wise very economical training. FIG. 3 shows a diagram of an embodiment. FIG. 4 shows a corresponding partial longitudinal section with the pocket open, FIG. 5 with the pocket closed.
The handbag matches. In its outer 1 "orni the usual design of handbags. The main insulating part 1 as the most important part of the new handbag consists of an insulating material with a loose structure. A foam plastic, such as a phenol-formaldehyde-based, is used as such an insulating material. The use of plastic, in particular sponge plastic, glass wool, slag wool or the like mixed with plastic, may also be advantageous.
This insulating material can be used to form the main insulating part 1, which consists of the base 7 and jacket 8, in such a way that the main insulating part as shown in Fig.l - is created as a one-piece body. The main insulating part 1 can, however, also be composed of several plates, e.g. B. according to the cross-section of FIG. 2, from a base plate 7 and two side parts 8 'and 8 "forming the jacket, the butt joints 9 being able to be welded shut.
To interact with the edge limits 15 of the jacket of the main insulating part 1, a temperature-insulating cover cushion 5 is provided, which is filled, for example, with glass wool, foam plastic or the like (FIGS. 1, 4 and 5).
In this way, the pocket space 12 is surrounded on all sides by insulating parts made of such a material that they are at least partially deformable. Glass wool or the like, but also suitable foam plastic material have sufficient flexibility to allow the usual deformability of handbags and to keep the filling of the bag more or less strong.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 and 5, each main insulating part 1 is surrounded on the outside by a casing 2 and on the inside by a lining 3. Both the casing 2 and the lining 3 are advantageously made of thermoplastic material. They can be welded to each other at the joints between the floor and the side parts or from side parts. In FIG. 2, a design consisting of a bottom part 7 and two side parts 8 ', 8 "forming the jacket is shown in a horizontal section, the side parts 8', 8" being welded to one another and to the bottom part 7 at the abutting edges 9.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the dimensional stability of the main insulating part 1 is assumed to be so great that its jacket just smelled allows the bag to be sufficiently flexible, but is by and large self-supporting. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the main insulation part 1 is less dimensionally stable. Therefore, under the inner layer 3 in the bottom section 7 or in the one telpartie 8 stiffening plates 4, for example, from cardboard cover or from preferably weldable plastic material are arranged.
The reinforcements 4, which abut one another approximately perpendicularly, can be supplemented by reinforcement angles 10 or, if only the corners are to be reinforced, by reinforcement corner parts. The reinforcement parts 10 can be connected to the stiffening plates 4 in ge suitable quietly by gluing, welding, sewing, clamping or the like surfaces.
For. the sheath 2 can instead of thermoplastic plastic material also textile material alone or textile material in connection with thermoplastic material, for example in layer form, are used. However, the shell 2 can also be made of rubber or other suitable material. The shell 2 is usually composed of several parts, the connections to 9 by sewing. Welding etc. are formed. The lining 3 is in particular made of thermoplastic material and welded to form a uniform lining pieces most advantageous because such a lining is hygienically extremely convenient and quietly washable, but there should be no restriction to such a material.
In the usual way, the bag is provided with handles, leather loops 11 or the like.
The upper jacket opening of the pocket is in the embodiment according to FIG. closed directly by the cover cushion 5, which can have a cover 17, as well as by the zipper 6. More advantageous and shapely in Fig. 4 and 5 is asked training. In this case, the main insulating part 1 extends from the bottom 7 only over the lower casing area 13, which encompasses the greater height of the casing 8. The stiffening plates 4 are also only provided in the lower casing area 13.
The upper jacket area 14 is thus formed only by the casing 2 and by the lining 3, that is to say only by soft, pliable material, which advantageously have a joint 16 on their upper edges that is common to the zip-fastening strip 6. The lining 3 is advantageously only connected to the edge connection 16 so that it hangs in the pocket space 12 like a bag.
If a thermoplastic material is used for both the casing 2 and the lining 3, the connection 16 can be made by welding. This can also include the connecting strip of the zip fastener 6 brought between the edges of the shell 2 and the lining 3, in particular if this is also made of thermoplastic material.
As can be seen in FIG. 4, after the bag has been filled with the objects which are to be kept at their introduction temperature, the cover cushion 5 is introduced into the pocket opening and placed on the edge 15 of the main insulating part 1 or the jacket 8 thereof .
If the tear seal 6 is then drawn shut, the pliable parts 2, 3 of the upper jacket area 1.4 lie on the cover cushion 5; Here, as FIG. 5 illustrates, the Ahdeek cushion 5 is pressed sealingly against the edge 15 of the main insulating part 1. The Ta rule space 12 is actually surrounded on all sides by insulating material in this way.
In this way, in a practical implementation, which was used by the inventor for a series of experiments kept secret, it was possible to limit the temperature changes to an average of 1 to 2 within 24 hours.
Just as for keeping food or other items warm, the new Iandtasehe is also suitable for keeping food cool. As shown in the examples, it can be designed to accommodate several vessels or objects, as well as an insulating covering for a single vessel or the like.
The invention, the actual training of which should in no way be restricted to the examples described and illustrated, offers many advantages for weekends, travel and work. Of the many possibilities, let me just pick out that it is possible for workers and employees, for example, to be able to take some food with them to the workplace and consume it there in a wholesome state without warming up.
