Description
Normal shoe insert The subject of the present invention is a normal shoe insert with a foot rest surface that rises from the inside to the outside and has an inclined front limit, which is characterized by the fact that the insert is off-center on its side facing the wearer's foot arranged heel trough with supporting edge on the inside and another trough in the area of the height of the fifth metatarsal bone.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a plan view. and Fig. 2 is a plan view with a series of cross-sections along lines A-B through P-Q.
The insert shown has on its side facing the foot of the wearer an eccentrically arranged heel trough a with a supporting edge on the inside and next to its outer edge and in the front part a trough a 'running in the longitudinal direction. The trough a 'is expediently arranged in such a way that it is located below the cube bones and cusps of the fifth metatarsal bone, which is thereby given good, physiologically correct positioning. This advantageous positioning of the last supporting midfoot bone is further promoted by the fact that the outer edge, part of the trough a ', rises somewhat, as can be seen from the drawing (FIG. 2).
The trough a 'is expediently chosen to be of such a length that it lies in the area of the cusp of the fifth metatarsal and that it extends to the metatarsal head.
The trough a 'is relatively flat, but at least so that it is clearly perceptible on the surface. The depth depends on the height of the heel of the footwear in question, i.e. H. it is lower with relatively flat heels than with high heels.
When wearing the insole described, the foot is twisted. As a result of the already mentioned positioning of the cuboid bone and the cusp of the fifth metatarsal, the transverse arch of the forefoot is relieved of strain at the same time, so that deformations of the same do not occur or existing deformations recede.
The rubbed insert can be made of cork, plastic or other suitable material and either removable or permanently incorporated into the footwear.
