Shoe, in particular ski boot and last for pinching the shaft of the same
The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a ski boot, consisting of a
The upper part and the insole having the upper part and an outsole, the upper having an indentation running approximately parallel to the outsole in the area of the outsole, into which a projection located on the upstanding edge of the outsole and directed towards the center of the sole engages.
A well-known shoe above-mentioned training is easily built and has a flexible one
Material, in particular rubber, existing outsole, which consists of one piece, wherein on the foot side of the outsole a running along the entire edge, upwardly protruding bar is formed, which has an all-round, directed towards the sole center projection. The upper part of this shoe consists of an insole and an upper, the edge of the insole is beveled inwards at the bottom and the upper is only attached to the beveled edge and there is no lasting allowance reaching under the lower surface of the insole. The insole itself is thus practically flat on its lower surface and rests on the likewise practically flat foot side of the outsole.
The projection, directed towards the middle of the sole, on the side running along the edge of the outsole engages in an indentation running all around on the upper of the shoe, which is located above the insole. Due to the fact that the projection on the outsole, which engages in the indentation on the shaft, runs uninterrupted around the sole or shaft, the material of the preformed outsole of this known shoe may only have a relatively low rigidity, since the projection when inserted the upper part of the shoe must move outwards. Such a low stiffness of the outsole or of the ledge carrying the projection of the same allows only small forces to be transmitted between the outsole and the upper part of the shoe, even when the shoe is in use.
The latter is also because in the known shoe, due to the all-round arrangement of the projection and the indentation of the shaft, the same are only small radial or radial. Have height dimensions.
Particularly in the case of ski boots, a durable connection between the upper part and the outsole in the area of the toe of the shoe is of great importance, since in many cases this connection not only has to transfer the forces arising from the movement of the shoe, but also have to absorb those forces that, for B. exercised by the wearer to guide the skis.
In order to ensure an optimal connection between the upper part and the outsole in the area of the tip of the shoe, the invention provides that a recess is provided on the foot side of the outsole in the area of the shoe tip, which is limited on the foot side by the projection that the upper part in the area the recess is cranked towards the outsole and the indentation is provided in the shaft in the area of the crank and that an insert body filling the recess is arranged in the recess formed in the interior of the crank, the foot-side surfaces of the insert body and the part of the The insole is aligned with one another, and that, if necessary, a metal insert is embedded in the outsole, in the area of the tip thereof, in a manner known per se.
This results in a form-fitting connection of considerable strength between the upper part of the shoe and the outsole, which connection is already large in itself

Is able to absorb forces; the connection formed in this way is effectively supplemented by gluing the upper part of the shoe to the outsole. Gluing the outsole and the upper part comprising the insole and shaft enables the use of finished soles; however, the invention is also of advantage when vulcanizing outsoles onto insoles or shafts, since in this case too the shape of the connection enables a significant increase in the forces that can be transmitted.
With the insert body provided inside the crank, the essentially flat course of the footbed is restored and any reduction in thermal insulation is prevented. In addition, the insert body is also able to
