Plattfußeinlage Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der
Plattfußeinlage nach Patent 440 o86, deren Wesen darin besteht, eine redressierende
Drehung des Fersenbeines dadurch herbeizuführen, daß an den Seiten der Stütze in
der Nähe des Fersenbeines zueinander versetzte Lappen hochstehen. Man hat jedoch
bis jetzt zu-,venig beachtet, daß durch die Supinationsstellung des Fersenbeines
auch notwendigerweise der Vorfuß uni namentlich der Ballen in Supinationsstellung
geraten. Man will aber, und das ist vom orthopädischen Gesichtspunkte das Richtige,
den Fuß vom Schiffbein bis zum Ballen in eine allmähliche Pronationsstellung bringen.
Von dieser Überlegung ausgehend, wird der im Hauptpatent offenbarte Gedanke insofern
weiterentwickelt, als der hintere, Fersenbein und Schiffbein abstützende Teil der
in an sich bekannter Weise unterteilten Stützplatte vor dem Schiffbein nach den
Metatarsalknochen zu abfällt und sich mit . seiner Vorderkante auf einer an der
Decksohle befestigten, bis zur Mitte der Fußwölbung reichenden Zunge abstützt. Das
hat zur Folge, daß der nicht unterstützte Teil des Vorderfußes durch das Eigengewicht
des. Körpers von selbst in die Pronationsstellung gedrängt wird und damit ein natürliches
Auflager des ersten und fünften Metatarsalknochens findet. Allerdings könnte die
jetzt unter dem Schiffbein liegende Kante des hinteren Teiles der Stützplatte sich
in die Brandsohle eindrücken, wodurch mit der Zeit die Wirkung der Fußstütze abgeschwächt
und das Fersenbein aus seiner korrigierten Stellung zurückgebracht würde. Um dem
