Bracelet pour une montre La présente invention concerne un bracelet pour une montre, notamment du type à cordon, tressé ou tordu, formant une boucle.
Le bracelet pour une montre objet de l'in vention permet à l'usager de raccourcir ou d'allonger facilement la boucle du cordon avec les doigts sans avoir recours à un outil quel conque.
La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'une montre-bracelet comportant un bracelet objet de l'invention.
La fig. 2 représente une partie, à plus grande échelle, de la fig. 1, vue sous un angle différent ; et la fig. 3 est une coupe suivant la ligne 3-3 de la fig. 2.
Les mêmes références désignent les élé ments correspondants sur !toutes les figures. La forme de réalisation est représentée en liaison avec une montre-bracelet 1 de dame, qui présente des pattes d'attache 3 d'un cor don. Le bracelet pour une montre se compose de deux portions de cordon 5 réunies par un fermoir 7, qui peut être de toute forme de construction courante. Chaque cordon 5 pré sente une boucle d'attache 9 qui passe dans une patte correspondante 3 de la montre. Le point de croisement des portions d'attache du cordon formant la boucle d'attache est désigné par 11. Un coulant de retenue du cordon, désigné d'une manière générale par 13, consiste en un premier anneau allongé 15 et un second anneau allongé 17 fixés l'un à l'autre de telle façon que leurs plans sont respectivement perpendiculaires à leurs grands côtés.
Les an neaux peuvent être en métal et soudés l'un à l'autre. Le premier anneau 15 entoure le point de croisement 11 de la partie du cordon for mant la boucle 9. La partie 19, du second anneau 17, qui s'étend dans la direction de la patte 3, passe dans la boucle, d'un côté du point de croisement; la partie 21 de ce second anneau 17 passe entre les portions d'atkache du cordon qui sont situées de l'autre côté du point de croisement. On peut donc fixer le cordon dans le coulant 13 en enfilant d'une manière appropriée les extrémités du cordon dans le coulant, avant d'attacher ces extrémités au fermoir 7.
Chaque portion de cordon 5 (fig. 1) com prend une boucle d'attache 9 et un coulant de retenue 13. La personne portant la montre peut facilement raccourcir ou allonger les bou cles 9 en faisant glisser le coulant respectif 13 sur le cordon pour l'amener dans la position désirée et déterminant la longueur de la bou cle; le coulant reste alors en place. L'anneau 17 est relativement large et sa face extérieure peut être décorée à volonté.

The same references designate the corresponding elements in all the figures. The embodiment is shown in connection with a lady's wristwatch 1, which has attachment tabs 3 of a horn. The bracelet for a watch consists of two portions of cord 5 joined by a clasp 7, which can be of any form of common construction. Each cord 5 has an attachment loop 9 which passes through a corresponding tab 3 of the watch. The point of intersection of the attachment portions of the cord forming the attachment loop is designated by 11. A cord retainer, generally designated 13, consists of a first elongated ring 15 and a second elongated ring. 17 fixed to each other in such a way that their planes are respectively perpendicular to their long sides.
The rings can be metal and welded to each other. The first ring 15 surrounds the crossing point 11 of the part of the cord forming the loop 9. The part 19, of the second ring 17, which extends in the direction of the tab 3, passes through the loop, with a side of the crossing point; part 21 of this second ring 17 passes between the atkache portions of the cord which are located on the other side of the crossing point. The cord can therefore be fixed in the slider 13 by threading the ends of the cord in the slider in an appropriate manner, before attaching these ends to the clasp 7.
Each portion of cord 5 (fig. 1) com takes an attachment loop 9 and a retaining strap 13. The person wearing the watch can easily shorten or lengthen the loops 9 by sliding the respective strap 13 on the cord to bring it to the desired position and determine the length of the loop; the runner then remains in place. The ring 17 is relatively wide and its outer face can be decorated at will.
