Sicherungsvorrichtung an mit einem Dampfablassventil versehenen Dampfdruck-Kochapparaten Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Sicherungsvorrichtung an mit einem Dampfablassventil versehenen Dampfdruek- Kocliapparaten. Bei bekannten Apparaten war es möglich, den Deckel zu öffnen, bevor das Dampfablassvent.il geöffnet worden war, was Verbrennungen des Bedienimgspei-sonals durch ausströmenden Dampf verursachen konnte.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäss nun da durch vermieden, dass das Dam.pfablassventil mit, der den Deckel. auf seine Unterlage drük- kend'en Verschliesseinrichtung derart mecha nisch gekuppelt ist, dass ein öffnen der letz teren bei geschlossenem Da.mpfablassventil ver hindert wird.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Aiusführungsform des Erfin- dungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt.: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht. von vorn und Fig. \? eine Seitenansicht.
In der Zeichnung bezeichnet,<B>10</B> den Unter teil eines Kochapparates und 11 dessen Dek- kel, der mittels einer noch zu beschreibenden Verschliesseinrichtung auf den Unterteil ge drückt werden kann und der das Dampf- abla.ssventil 2 trägt.
Die erwähnte Verschliess- einriehtung umfasst einen Griff l., der um die Achse 12 am Behälterunterteil schwenk bar isst. Der Griff 1 ist über einen Bügel 7 mit am Deckel 1.1 einstellbar angebrachten Haken 13 in Verbindung, derart, dass in be- kannter Weise durch Verschwenken des Grif fes 1 der Deckel 11 auf den Behälterunterteil gedrückt bzw. von demselben abgehoben wer den kann.
Das Dampfablassventil 2 seinerseits kann durch Venschwenken des Handgriffes 3 aus der dargestellten geschlossenen in die geöff nete Stellung gebracht. werden.
Bei der Ver- schwenkung des mit einem Exzenter 4 ver- sehenen Handgriffes 3 wird über ein Ge stänge 6 der Sperriegel 5 um die Achse 14 im Sinne des Pfeils A verschwenkt. Der Sperr- riegel 5 besitzt an seinem untern Ende einen Fortsatz 15,
der in einen Schlitz 9 des Griffes 1 und seines Lagerblockes 16 eintreten kann. Dieser Eintritt ist offensichtlich nur dann möglich, wenn die Schlitze im Griff 1 einer seits und im Lagerblock 16 aufeinander aus gerichtet sind, was nur in der Verschluss- stellung des Griffas 1 der Fall ist. Am Bügel 7 sind Laschen 8 derart angebracht,

Die Funktion der beschriebenen Siche- rungsvorrichtung ist folgende: Durch Drehen des Handgriffes 3 des Si- cherheits- und Dampfablassventils 2 wird mit tels Exzenter 4,das Ventil geöffnet..
