5-5 in Fig. 1.
Curtain The subject of the invention is a curtain which consists of a plurality of elastically flexible, strip-shaped lamellae with membrane-like thin walls and whose lamellae are held freely hanging at one end.
According to the invention, the slats are each at least partially composed of a plurality of at least approximately the same unit pieces according to their basic shape and size, which are detachably strung together in the longitudinal direction of the slats.
The manufacture of the lamellas from one-on-one unit pieces makes it possible not only to adapt the lamellar length to local requirements without consulting a specialist, but also to assemble such lamellas yourself or to repair damaged lamellar parts by replacing the affected unitary pieces. The subtlety of the unit pieces compared to that of a lamella that cannot be dismantled is considerably less, which is advantageous for transport and handling during sale and assembly. A number of other advantages can be found in the description below.
An embodiment of the fiction, according to the curtain is shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 is a partial side view of a curtain slat with the holder intended for its suspension.
FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section along the line 2-2 in FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 shows a detail of Fig. 2 on a larger scale.
FIGS. 4 and 5 each show a cross section through the lamella, along the lines 4-4 and 5-5 in FIG. 1.
Fig. 6 shows a variant of the connection of adjacent lamella unit pieces in longitudinal section, compared to Fig. 2 enlarged system scale, and Fig. 7 and 8 show the hook and the opening of the connection according to FIG. 6 in a front view.
In the case of existing slat curtains consisting of a large number of elastic, flexible, strip-shaped slats of membrane-like thin-walledness, the slats held freely at one end are each at least partially composed of a plurality of at least approximately equal unit pieces 50 depending on their basic shape and size. These unit pieces exist z.
B. made of light metal sheet of 0.3 mm thickness with a width of 80 mm and a length of 116 mm and are slightly digging ge in the width direction according to Figure 5.
All unit pieces 50 have, in a congruent arrangement, two types of connecting organs for producing joint connections between adjacent unit pieces, namely two elongated openings 51 in the upper part of each unit piece, the upper half of which is narrowed and two in the lower part of each unit piece the one broad side pushed out of the sheet metal heads 52 with constricted neck 53 (Figure 3), the width of the lower half of the opening 51 for the passage of the head 522 and that of the upper half of the through refraction for receiving the neck 53 is just enough.
The unit pieces 50 assembled to form a lamella are suspended from one another in the longitudinal direction of the lamellae by producing the locking connections between two adjacent unit pieces. The heads 52 of the uneven-numbered unit pieces protrude towards the one wide side of the lamella and those of the even-numbered unit towards the other wide side of the lamella, as can be seen from FIG.
This reciprocal stringing makes ineffective any curvature that may be present in the unit pieces in the longitudinal direction of the lamellas, but usually only very weak, which can result from the manufacture of raw strip rolled and then wound in roll form. Adjacent, juxtaposed unit pieces overlap at least in the area of the openings 51 and lie against one another over their entire width on one broad side each, so that practically no light can pass through at the connection point.
Compared to the lamellas are made of one piece, a certain amount of vibration damping is achieved in terms of both movements and noises.
As a support member for the lamella, two identical, angular holders 54 are provided, which are rigidly connected to each other on their horizontal legs by rivets 55 and on their vertical legs each one in the outer shape and size of the head 52 with neck 53 have similar head 56, which heads on the legs on the broad side of the lamellae protrude to opposite sides (FIG. 4). The uppermost unit piece 50 with its perforations 51, which are covered by the vertical legs of the holder 54, is attached to these heads 56.
In order to be able to produce the connecting members for the pivot connections in each lamella unit piece 50 simultaneously with the punching out of the latter from the raw strip in a single operation, in the variant according to FIG. 6-S near the lower end of each unit piece Place each head 52 a hook 57 to form a crescent-like opening 58 and a little above the same a bulge 59 depending on the same broad side pushed out and near the upper end of each unit piece is instead of each opening 51 one to hang the former on the hook 57 of the next upper unit piece certain opening 60 arranged,
which allows the passage of the corresponding hook 57 and has a curved upper delimitation 61 with which the unitary piece rests on an equally curved support surface 62 of the hook 57. The bulge 59 prevents unintentional unhooking, since the upper edge 63 of the lower unit piece is in the hung position from below on the bulge 59, while the one hung unit piece in the hook 57 across the broad side has practically no play and the adjacent unit pieces therefore rest against one another over their entire width, as shown in FIG. The holders 54 are also provided with matching hooks instead of the heads 56.
The curtain slats can also be composed of two or more types of a unit pieces that differ from one another only in terms of length. The surface of the unit pieces can be treated aesthetically and possibly have ornaments, for. B. by dyeing, printing, etching, in the case of unitary pieces made of light metal, preferably also by anodizing, the so-called anodizing. Unit pieces can also have a surface pattern with orna ments produced by embossing or the like, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2.
Here can. the surface of the unit pieces, in particular that of the broad sides, by applying this surface treatment, e.g. B. for advertising purposes, are exploited. Furthermore, aesthetic and lighting effects can be achieved through the arrangement of openings in unit pieces, as well as through transparent bodies inserted into such openings. The unit pieces can also be made of plastic, e.g. B. a synthetic resin. The unit pieces can be attached to one another in a manner other than that described.
