Besitzt also eine Hämmermaschine z.
Hammering machine It is known to use high-speed hammering machines for the non-cutting cold or hot drawing of steel and non-ferrous metals, the hammering of which is carried out by toggle levers, eccentrics or roller bearings. Due to the high forming pressures, such machines are extremely heavy and can only be used profitably in very special cases.
In the case of the toggle or eccentric drives, a separate drive shaft or a separate drive body is used for each hammer, which moves the hammer via a connecting rod or toggle.
So has a hammering machine z. B. three striking hammers, three drive bodies are required, the rotational movement of which is carried out from the motor by means of gear transmission. There. If the hammers all hit the workpiece at the same time, only certain teeth have to periodically transmit the forming pressure to the gear wheels. They are therefore subject to particularly high levels of wear.
The invention relates to a hammering machine with pairs angeord Neten, transversely to the longitudinal axis of the workpiece used failing tools, the carrier by means of elevations of a rotating drive body, for. B. eccentric approaches or roles are moved. According to the invention, the contact surfaces of the tool carriers for the revolving drive body enclose this at least partially from the outside, with its axis of rotation running parallel to the workpiece axis. Several tool carrier groups can be provided, the carriers of which each lie in one plane.
The design can be designed in such a way that of a pair of tool carriers, one carrier surrounds the other in a section transverse to the workpiece's longitudinal axis and leads in the working direction, so that the carrier acts on the workpiece under the influence of the drive body without intermediate storage However, the carriers are preferably designed as levers or connecting rods with an intermediate bearing.
One reaches the. The particular advantage is that, due to the possibility of lever transmission, the pressures required for forming only have to be partially exerted by the drive body. The intermediate storage can be provided with adjustable eccentric pins or sockets, so that the distance between the tool carrier and the workpiece holder can be changed during standstill and also during operation. So that the attached to the free ends of the tool carrier tools, z. B. Matrices, controllable.
Several drive bodies can be provided in the radial direction around the longitudinal axis of the workpiece, around several carriers at the same time, which are in one plane. can be arranged to be able to move. This has the advantage that a large number of hammers always act on the workpiece.
It is Z. B. also possible, the drive body not. to be arranged radially around the workpiece, but one behind the other in the direction of the workpiece axis and thus to machine several workpieces at the same time.
It is also possible to move several carrier groups arranged one behind the other in -Werkstücklängsa.chse with a single drive body.
As tools, rollers with a caliber changing along their circumference can be arranged in a rotatable manner in the carriers.
Since two or three hammers are sufficient for normal machining of the workpieces and a drive body is sufficient for this, it is useful to arrange this below the workpiece axis. As a result, the machine can have a low center of gravity and the workpiece can be easily observed on its entire work path. The machine can be protected from dust and secured against any harmful effects of the scale.
In terms of weight, the machine can be designed considerably lighter than the previously known designs. The motor can be driven directly onto the rotating drive body without any intermediate parts. A small centrifugal mass can be used here and belt drives and gear transmissions can be saved.
Carriages with mechanical or hydraulic trans port units can be used in a manner known per se for the workpiece tt and discharge.
From the subject matter of the invention, exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of a hammering machine, Fig. 2 is a cross section of the hammering machine according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, 4 and 5 different execution variants of the drive of tools, in the illustrated embodiments is. the drive body for the percussive tools arranged below the longitudinal axis of a set workpiece and parallel to this.
The drive body and the tool carrier are housed in a closed machine frame 1 so that only the carrier ends provided for attaching the Ma trizen tools protrude from the machine frame. This results in a type of drive that is completely protected from dust and scale. The tools outside the housing are clear and easy. arranged from interchangeable. The workpiece can also be moved easily during processing. observe.
The motor 2 transmits its rotational movement directly via a safety clutch 3; on the drive body 4. To achieve a better striking effect, a flywheel 5 is fixed on the motor-side end of the drive body. wedged. The lifting movement of the tools arranged on the carriers takes place by means of a roller drive according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 or in the manner of a crankshaft according to FIGS. 4 and 5.
In the case of the roller drive, the movement of the tool carriers 11, 12 and 18, 19, which are arranged in pairs, is caused by bearing shells formed eccentrically with respect to the drive body. The workpiece to be machined should consist of .einem tube 6, which should be machined by the two rotating tools 7-7 'or rigid tools 8-8' striking the axis of the pipe. The rotatable tool 7 lies on the shaft 9 and the tool 7 ′ on the shaft 10. The shaft 9 is mounted in the tool carrier 11 and the shaft 10 in the carrier 12. The design can also be such that several pairs of tools machine several tubes at the same time.
So you can next to the existing Werkzeu conditions 7 and 7 'arrange other tools on the same shafts.
Of this pair of tool carriers 11 and 12, the carrier 11 surrounds the other carrier 12 like a frame in a section transverse to the longitudinal axis of the workpiece. The carrier 12 is guided in the working direction by the tool carrier 11 and is kept at a distance by the return springs 13-13 '. The run-on surfaces 14 and 15 of the tool carriers which encompass the drive body form approximately semicircular cylinder jackets, the radius of which is greater than the radius of the outer circle of the diametrically acting rollers of the drive body, which they describe as the latter revolves.
The radius r belongs to the contact surface 15 and the radius r 'belongs to the contact surface 14, so that the contact surfaces are eccentric to the drive shaft. The arranged on the central shaft of the drive body Rol len 16 are mounted in a cage 17 and run on the contact surfaces 14 and 15 as the drive body rotates. To ensure safe driving of the rollers 16, the cage 17 can be connected to the drive shaft by friction, gear transmission or the like.
Due to the eccentricity of the surfaces 14 and 15 with respect to the drive shaft, the required stroke is generated for both tools 7 and 7 '. The curves must be designed in such a way that their incline lies within the friction of the rollers so that the rollers do not jam or slip.
Instead of the frame-like tool carriers, these can also be shaped as levers 18 and 19 located opposite one another (Fig. 3). The levers are expediently mounted in their center of gravity on the bolts 20 and 20 'and are constantly pressed against the drive body by the return springs 21 and 21' without play. The lever shape offers the advantage that the drive body only has to partially transmit the forming pressures of the tools to the lever.
The drive for moving the tool carrier to generate the hub of the tool can also be generated by eccentric training of the drive body (Fug. 4 and 5). The drive shaft 23 has. in such a case, in the axial direction, behind one another the offset eccentric or curve approaches, similar to a crankshaft. These shaft elevations are designed so that the rotatably fastened to the lever ends, the shaft from the outside partially encompassing bearing shells 25-25 'are moved apart for the work stroke of the tools. The return springs 21 and 21 'keep the bearing shells in contact with the shaft without play.
The bolt bearings of the tool carrier 18 and 19 designed as a lever are provided with, eccentric bushings 24 and 24 'ver, which can be rotated by means of a mechanical or hydraulic control device during workpiece processing or in .Stillstand the machine.
This results in the possibility of setting the working diameter or changing it while the workpiece is being machined.
5 shows the possibility of using an eccentric drive, in addition to the two tool carriers 18, 19 designed as levers, to move a third tool carrier 26 at the same time radially to the workpiece axis without intermediate storage, so that three tools 8, driven by a shaft, 8 ', 8 "act on the workpiece at the same time.
