Fastening of door handles To improve the fit of door handle cores, which were previously secured after steeking on the Aehsstift by inserting a cotter pin or by means of a steek screw and as a result mostly had a loose and unsightly fit, it is
to divide the Aehsstift and to use a Spitzsteeksehraube, through which the part-league of the Aehs-> -tiftes widen and thereby a reduction in the door (Ii., üekerloeli is produced.
In order to improve protection against lateral misery, it was suggested that the base of the pin be provided with grooves parallel to the tip of the pin.
Since with this Sieherung only a point-wise contact of the Sieherunussehraube with the Aelis pin was achieved under high pressure of the material and thus the expansion of the Aehsstift was only incomplete, a modification of this version is given. been eating
To widen the feet of the #Aelis pin to a cross-section wedge-shaped gap and to provide this with a wedge claw made of soft metal, which should be pushed inwards through the cone and widen the gap as a whole.
In this design, the clamping effect is uniform in the middle position of the throttle screw 0 11, in the lateral end positions of the tip of the screw head towards the wedge head, the wedge insert is lowered by the lever effect.
In addition, there is the risk that if the pointed screw does not penetrate the soft metal sufficiently, the securing of the handle against lateral displacement is not tight enough.
The present invention relates to a releasable fastening of a door handle on an expandable axle pin, in which these disadvantages are eliminated.
According to the invention, this fastening is characterized in that the axle pin has an elongated recess running in the partial plane and a wedge that can be inserted into this recess through a hole in the handle is provided, which is screwed into the screw hole by the pressure effect Safety guard spreads the Aelis pin.
The accompanying drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention. It shows: Fig. 1: the front view of a pair of handles with fastening according to the invention of the one handle, partially shown in section, Fig. 2 the floor plan of the same, partially in section, Fig. 3 a section along line II in Fig. 1 is drawn on a larger scale.
FIG. 4 shows the viewing hood from below and FIG. 5 shows a top view of the flaeh wedge. In the embodiment shown in the drawing, 1 denotes the fixed, driver, and 2 and 3 denotes the two halves of the split .ilelis pin,
which lie next to each other and together result in a square cross-section with parting line 4 running in its center (Fig. 3). The two parts 2, 3 are firmly connected to the handle 1 . With 5 the pusher which is releasably fastened to the Aehsstift is referred to, which for this purpose has a square bore 6 corresponding to the cross section of the Aehsstift.
Running at right angles to the axis of its handle lever, the pusher 5 has a further bore 7 which diametrically traverses its neck and crosses the bore 6 upper part expanded and with internal thread -,: is seen.
This internal thread is used to accommodate a threaded pin 8 (Fig. 1 and 3). Approximately from the middle of its length (the axle pin 2 , 3 a recess 9 running in its parting plane and extending towards the end located on the left in FIGS. 1 - B and 2 with mutually parallel side surfaces The mutually opposite, longitudinal wall surfaces of this recess 9 are evenly provided with grooves 10 running at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the axle pin.
A flat wedge 11 is used to spread the pin and thus to secure the handle 5 placed on it, the width of which corresponds to the clear diameter of the threaded part of the bore 7 and is introduced through this into the recess 9 .
The thickness of this wedge 11 is adapted to the width of the recess 9 and its surfaces that come into contact with the walls of the recess are also provided with grooves which are shown in FIG their dimensions correspond to those of the grooves 10 .
By inserting the threaded pin 8 and screwing it down, its bottom surface presses onto the top surface of the wedge 11, Wodureh the latter even deeper into the recess 9 </ B > is driven, thereby spreading the pin,
where through the latter is stuck in the bore 6 of the handle 5 . For the purpose of preventing one-sided pressure of the screw 8 and thus the setting of the wedge 11 , the latter has a cylindrical elevation 12 in the center of its head surface and the bottom surface of the threaded pin 8 < / B> an axial bore 1.3, which, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 , come together when the two parts are in contact ,
where the security cave 8 and the plaeh wedge 1.1 are secured against one another against lateral displacement.
By appropriately dimensioning the recess 9 with regard to its length, practically all door thieves can be covered with one design. In the described way, with all Türdieken there is always a strong flaeh wedge effect in the middle of the handle neck.
Due to the grooves on both sides, the wedge sits firmly anchored in the gap with its lower grooves, and the locking screw secures the handle reliably against lateral displacement and .z1Lif.loekeriin -, -.
