Description
Heating boiler is the subject of the present invention. a heating boiler according to the patent application of the 1st main patent.
According to the present invention, the kettle also eats. Means are provided to add flow water to the return water in an automatically regulating manner.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in the form of a spiehweise; enNtandevs sehem: atical, namely shows:
Fig. 1 is a vertical section, Fig. a partial side view and fir. 3 shows a partial top view of the boiler. The heating boiler shown in the drawing has a fire box 5.
The water jacket 4 is provided around it, to which the feed line 1 and the return line 2 are connected. The straight arrows indicate the flow direction of the water. The boiler is designated by 11 and the base by 12. The boiler is also designed according to your patent application of the main patent.
At 8 is. below the connection point of the flow line 1 to Wass.erman@tel. a mixing chamber 3 is connected, which opens at 6 in the lower part of the water jacket.
The baffles 9 below the mentioned connection point of the flow line and above the connection point of the R.üeklau-pipe to the table chamber cause a local narrowing of the cross-center of the water jacket and the mixing chamber. In this way and as a result of the temperature difference between the outer. Line 3 and the water jacket 4 is a <RTI
ID = "0001.0067"> Water flow generated in the sense of the arrows drawn. As can be seen, the colder Rüeklaiifwasser flows outside of the water jacket 4 downwards, whereupon it heats up and, by injector action, some hot water that passes through the opening 8 and flows past the upper guide plate 9 is added to it.
This mixed water enters the water jacket 4 through the opening 6. The amount of water added to the return water depends on the temperature gradient between the flow and Püek and regulates itself automatically.
This so-called pre-flow admixture makes it possible to increase the boiler water temperature and thereby prevent the formation of condensation in the window. Accordingly, the corrosion phenomena known from oil firing systems can be avoided.
