Linearly guided 'traversing device for centrifugal rayon spinning machines The well-known traversing device on centrifugal rayon' pinnmasehinen who leads between parallel bars attached to the partition walls so that the rollers attached to the side of the traversing device roll on the inner surfaces of the guide strips . The lifting movement is carried out by eccentrics on rollers.
These known arrangements have the disadvantage that a smooth, vibration-free run of the traversing device, which is essential for centrifugal rayon spinning machines, cannot be achieved.
According to the invention, the identified deficiencies in a linearly guided traversing orrichtttng for centrifuges - rayon spinning machines, in which the lifting movement of the drive shaft takes place via control eccentrics to the traversing frame, is eliminated in that a cylinder with an in its interior is slidingly attached to orderly pistons,
in the lower part of which at least one sliding roller rolling on the circumference of the control eccentric is mounted and which is connected to the swaying frame by a flange and a push rod.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the invention in sight, partially cut ge.
On the partition walls 1, the firmly connected with these cylinders 3 are fixed by means of flanges 2, the slot-like Ausspa ments 4- have to ensure the passage of the vertices 5 of the on the rotating drive shaft 7 mounted control eccentric 6. The piston 9 slidably arranged in the interior 8 of the cylinder 3 with the flanges 10 firmly connected to them carry the through a screw thread 11 with. push rods 12 connected to them, on which the traversing frame 13 is fastened in a known manner.
In the lower part of the piston 9, the sliding rollers 15 are mounted in a recess 14 provided for this purpose, which roll on the peripheral surfaces of the control eccentric 6 and over the piston 9 conducting in the interior 8 of the cylinder 3 and the push rods 12 again guided in the cover 16 Traversing frame 13 convey a linear, vibration-free lifting movement. The cuff 17 protects the inside of the cylinder from the entry of foreign bodies, while the guide strips 18 with the rollers 19 attached to the upper end of the push rods 12 can be used to further smooth the movement of the traversing device.
Schmieiang takes place in a known manner through the oil sump 2'1 located in the eccentric housing 20, from which the lubricant is picked up by the continuous control eccentrics 6, stowed on the rollers 15 and simultaneously fed to the interior spaces 8 of the cylinders 3. The eccentric housing 20 are with the. Cylinders 3 releasably connected so that they are mounted independently. or can be dismantled.
Principle of operation: By rotating the drive shaft 7 with the control eccentrics 6 attached to it, on the circumferential surfaces of which the sliding rollers 15 roll, the pistons 9, which are linearly guided in the inner spaces 8 of the cylinders 3 and have firmly connected flanges 10, become through the vertices 5 of the control eccentrics 6 and by means of the very screw thread 11 with them ver related push rods 12, on which the traversing frame 13 be fastened in a known manner, lifted into the uppermost position.
The weight of the traversing frame 13 including the push rods 12 and piston 9 ensures that the sliding rollers 15 rest well on the circumferential surface of the control eccentric 6. The dead weight also results in the downward movement of the traversing frame 13 including the push rods 1? and piston 9 after overcoming the vertices 5 up to the dead centers of the control eccentrics 6 a vibration-free movement.
