Low-noise door lock The invention relates to a low-noise door lock.
According to the invention, this door lock is characterized by a spring-influenced lever and linkage system consisting of parts that are articulated to one another, (which interacts with a control element permanently arranged on the door frame,
that when two organs of the linkage are swiveled wrongly up to their mutual dead center position, the lock assumes an unlocked locking position and when those organs are swiveled beyond the dead center position, the lock assumes a locking position.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is shown game of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows the door lock in side -, ii, sees in the open position, Figl. 2 shows a front view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows the side view.
According to FIG. 1, each in the unlocked closed position (closed position), FIG. 3a shows the door lock acting as a lock in a side view in the locked position, FIG Fig. 1 to 3,
while FIGS. 5 and 6 show the control member in a side or front view.
The closure according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a U-profile 1 as a carrier for the individual parts, one flange of which has an incision 2. A bolt 3 is fastened to the two flanges, on which the sleeve-shaped central part 4 of a bow-shaped lever 5, a having two arms 5, can be rotated.
On the middle part 4 there are two torsion bars 6 , one end of which rests on the web of the U-profile 1 and the other end of which rests on the arms 5a. The torsion springs 6 are tensioned in the position of the lever 5 shown in FIG. 1 and strive to pivot the arms 5a downwards. A link 8 provided with two legs 86 is articulated with the two arms 5a of the lever 5 by means of a bolt 7 connected. A handle 10. is located at the attachment 8a of this link
The two legs 8b of the handlebar 8 are connected by a bolt 11 . The bolt 11 serves as a carrier of a link 1.2, one end of which is articulated with the piston rod 13 of a piston 14 that can be moved up and down within a cylinder 15 connected is. The organ formed from the piston 14 and the cylinder 15 serves as a shock absorber.
On the bolt 11 there is also one end of a link 16 , the second end of which is articulated to a locking member 17 , which at < B> 18 is articulated on a flange of the U-profile 1 and lies with its pivotable end, which is U-shaped in cross section, in the area of the incision 2.
The handle 10 protrudes through a side recess. By moving the handle up and down, the locking member can be pivoted for the purpose of unlocking or locking.
A further link 19 is provided with one end selectively pivotable on the bolt 11 , and its second end on one on the U-profile 1 attached carrier 20 is pivotable. This link 19 is used to steer the link 8 during the upward and down movement when the locking element 17 is moved from the open position to the closed position and vice versa. On the web of the U-profile 1 there is an adjustable and lockable screw 21, which acts as a regulatable stop for the locking member 17 in the closed position.
Arranged on the door frame is a control element which interacts with the locking element 17 of the lock and which, according to FIGS. 5 and 6, consists of a control element that is to be screwed onto the cover frame Plate 22 is formed, on which a bolt 23 is located. The outer end of the bolt 23 has a stepped diameter and serves as a carrier for a roller 25, which is fastened by means of a screw 24, which is placed on needles 2,6 </ B> is rotatable.
The mode of action of this door lock is as follows: When the door is open, the parts assume the position shown in FIG. 1, with the locking element 17 having its open end at the level of the incision 2 im has a flange of the U-profile 1 , which is sunk into the door and covered by a cover rail (not shown) with a recess.
When the door has almost reached its closed position, the roller 25 enters through the mentioned recess in the door rail and then into the U-profile of the locking member 17 and causes the last teres for performing a visual pivoting movement around the bolt 18 as a visual pivoting axis. At the same time, the link 16 is pivoted about the bolt 11 , which with the locking member 17 in the direction of the position according to FIG. 3 goes over, with the role within the U-profile of the locking member,
which is open on the side of the incision 2, remains. In the Seffleessstellung see the locking member 17 on the stop tube 21.
The handlebar 19 causes the transition of the locking member 17 # from the open position according to FIG. 1 to the closed position according to FIG. 3 </ B> a pivoting of the link 8 around the bolt 7 and, supported by the action of the torsion springs 6 , a rotation of the lever 5 on the bolt 3, whereby the piston 14, caused by the connection via the piston rod 13 and the link 12 with the link 8th,
executes a downward movement in the cylinder 15 and, as a braking element, brings the closing movement to almost a standstill before reaching the final closing position, practically avoiding any noise. The last phase of the closing movement up to the stop of the locking member 17 against the stop 21 also takes place silently.
The screw 21 forms an adjustable stop. Depending on the setting of the same, the connection point 7 of the two organs 5 and 8 assumes a position that is to the left or right of the one through the Connection points 3 and 11 of the moving dead center axis (see Figs. 3 and 3a). If this connection point is in the position shown in FIG. 3, the door lock can be opened by applying pressure to the door in the opening direction.
In this case, the door lock acts as a door catch. If, on the other hand, the connection point 7 assumes the position shown in FIG. 3 a, then in order to open the door lock, the handle 10 must be counterclockwise with reference to FIG 3a can be pivoted.
In this case, the door lock acts as a lock that can only be opened by directly influencing an actuating part of the same.
When opening, the roller 25 leaves the locking member 17 and causes the latter to pivot from the position according to FIG. 3 or 3a into that position according to Fig. 1 ziii-üek, the braking effect of the piston 14 not occurring during the upward movement in the cylinder 15 and the handlebars 8 and the lever 5 also return to their starting position.
When using this door lock on doors in buildings, the door is preferably provided with a door closer in order to cause the same to move back into the closed position. The door lock according to the invention can advantageously be used as a car door lock. In this case, there is no need to use a shock absorber that interacts with the lever and steering system.
It has shown that the elastic seal between the door and the frame, which takes on the task of the shock absorber here, is sufficient to ensure that the door closes silently.
