Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthaltigen        Disazofarbstofes       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalt-          haltigen        Disazofarbstoffes,    welches darin be  steht, dass man die durch Kuppeln von     diazo-          tiertem        3-Amino-4-oxy-1,1'-azobenzol    mit     2-          Oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    erhältliche was  serlösliche     Disazoverbindung    mit einem     ko-          baltabgebenden    Mittel behandelt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel     bedeuten.    die  Teile Gewichtsteile und die Prozente Gewichts  prozente.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  44,8 Teile der durch Kuppeln von     dia.zo-          tiertem        3-Amino-4-oxy-1,1'-azobenzol    mit     2-          Oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    erhältlichen Dis  azoverbindung werden zusammen mit 4 Teilen       Natriumhydroxyd    in 1000 Teilen Wasser von  80  gelöst.

   Bei 60  tropft man zur Lösung  unter     gutem    Rühren ein Gemisch     aus    14,2 Tei  len kristallisiertem     Kobaltosulfat,    130 Teilen       3o/oiger    wässeriger     Weinsäurelösung    und 18,4    Teilen     30o/oiger        Natriumhydroxydlösung.    Nach  halbstündigem Rühren der     Masse    wird die  entstandene     Kobaltkomplexverbindung    daraus  durch Zusatz von     Natriumchlorid    abgeschie  den, hierauf     abfiltriert    und getrocknet.  



  Der neue     kobalthaltige        Disazofarbstoff    ist  ein dunkles     Pulver,    welches Wolle, Seide -Lind  synthetische     Polyamidfasern    in braunen Tö  nen färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kobalt- haltigen Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die durch Kuppeln von diazotiertem 3-Amino-4-oxy-1,1'-azobenzol mit 2 - Oxynaphthalin - 4 - sulfonsäure erhältliche wasserlösliche Disazoverbindung mit einem kobaltabgebenden Mittel behandelt.
