So verwendet man beispielsweise.
Das Arbeitsmittel wird aus dem Konden sator 1 mittels der Kondensatpumpe 2 durch die Leitung 3 in den Speisewasserbehälter 4 gefördert. Von dort aus bringt die Speise ;
Method for regulating the reheating temperature in a steam power plant The invention relates to a method for regulating the reheating temperature in a steam power plant, in which the steam which has already been partially expanded is superheated again by a reheater that is directly heated in the steam generator. and to a facility for performing this method.
There are already various possibilities known to the temperature of reheated steam to a ge desired value. to keep. This is how you use, for example. Swivel burner; with the help of which the zone of greatest warming in the steam generator can be relocated. Swiveling the burner at the same time has a strong influence on all of the other heating surfaces, so that additional control devices on others. Make a must be built. In particular,. not two. Simultaneously regulate the reheater with the swivel burner.
You also have reheaters in the flue gas duct in separate flues, which more or more through flue gas flaps. can be closed less strongly, arranged. The different amounts of flue gas passing through are intended to regulate the temperature in the reheaters.
This arrangement is costly and fulfills its purpose only imperfectly in modern systems in which, because of the better thermal efficiency, the reheater must be arranged in the area of the radiant heat transfer - that is, in or near the combustion chamber. Injecting water into the reheater is out of the question. This would reduce the thermal efficiency, because the injected water would have to be evaporated and heated without it doing any work in the high-pressure part of the turbine system.
In addition, with this method there is the risk of superheater and turbine salinisation. Furthermore, the reheater can be built from two parts and a steam cooler can be connected between the parts. In this case, however, special devices or circuits must be provided for the use of the cooling heat.
It has also been proposed to regulate the temperature of the partially relaxed steam by connecting an indirectly heated regulating reheater upstream of a directly heated reheater. Such regulating reheater but must have large dimensions to. in any case to be able to transfer the still missing heat to the partially relaxed steam.
In addition, when heat is transferred twice - on the one hand from a heating medium to a heat carrier and on the other hand from this heat carrier to the partially relaxed steam, this heating surface and also twice. a correspondingly high temperature level of the heating medium, so that one will only decide to use such a regulating reheater in special cases.
In contrast, according to the method according to the invention, the expanded steam is additionally heated by means of not yet expanded steam taken from the steam generator at a temperature below a predetermined setpoint and cooled at a temperature above this setpoint.
The device for carrying out the process is characterized by a heat exchanger which is connected on one side of its heat exchange surface in the path of the partially expanded steam and on the other side of its heat exchange surface in the path of the steam that has not yet been expanded.
The method according to the invention is then explained with reference to the drawing, in which an example of the device according to the invention for carrying out the method is shown.
In Fig. 1 is a steam; power plant shown. Fig. 2 shows schematically in the form of 'diagrams because the temperature profile of the not yet relaxed and the partially relaxed steam over the length of their heating or heat transfer surfaces.
The working fluid is conveyed from the condenser 1 by means of the condensate pump 2 through the line 3 into the feed water tank 4. From there bring the food;
pump 5 the working medium to operating pressure and further through the supply line 6 into a first flue gas heated heating surface 7 - the economizer, - then into a second heating surface 8, in which the conversion of water into steam takes place,
and then through a line 9 into a third heating surface 10 - a first superheater. From there, at least part of the steam that has not yet been expanded flows through line 11 to one side of the heat exchange surface of heat exchanger 12, on through line 13 into fourth heating surface 14 - the final superheater - and finally through. the line 15 in the hole pressure part 16 of a turbine system.
After its partial expansion, the steam passes through line 17 and a first partial heating surface 18 of the reheater to the other side of the heat exchange surface of heat exchanger 12, further into the second partial heating surface 19 of the reheater and through line 20 into the low-pressure part 21 of the turbine system in order to finally flow back through the line 22 into the condenser 1.
The high-pressure part 16 and the low-pressure part 21 of the turbine system sit on a common shaft and drive the electric generator 23.
A line 24 branches off from the feed line 6 and is divided into two injection lines 25 and 26. The injection line 25 opens in the line 11 before the heat exchanger 12 and has a flow control element 27 which receives control pulses from a temperature measuring point 28 at the end of the second partial heating surface 19 of the reheater.
The second injection line 26 opens into the line 13 behind the heat exchanger 12 and has a flow control element 29, which is influenced as a function of two temperature measuring points 30 and 31 which are arranged in a known manner upstream and downstream of the final superheater 14.
The line 32, in which there is a throttle member 33, connects the third stimulus surface 10 directly to the fourth heating surface 14 of the steam generator, bypassing the heat exchanger 12, so that part of the steam that has not yet been expanded, bypassing the heat exchanger 12 directly can be passed into this fourth heating surface 14.
The throttle member 33 can be a simple diaphragm, a manual adjustment valve, a control valve or the like. Be. In this way, the control range for the reheating temperature is increased. In a similar manner, the heat exchanger 12 on the other side can be bypassed by the partially relaxed steam with the aid of a bypass line 34, which line also has a throttle element 25.
This restricts the control range, but the fine-tuning of the control can be increased. In both cases, however, the pressure drop can be reduced, which is particularly advantageous for the steam that is partially relaxed.
In order to explain the mode of operation of the heat exchanger 12 and the device used for carrying out the method, in addition to the schematically drawn heating or heat exchange surfaces in diagrams a, b and c taken from FIG the temperature curve of the not yet relaxed steam I and the temperature curve of the partially relaxed steam II are shown, which flow men in opposite directions.
Depending on the temperature of the not yet expanded steam I in comparison to that of the expanded steam II, the not yet expanded steam I acts as a heating or cooling medium. In the latter case, too, the cooling heat remains within the working medium cycle without any additional effort. The heat exchanger 12 need only be small in size; Nevertheless, the plus-minus regulation allows a large temperature range to be regulated.
The diagrams also show that water injection, one of the simplest known options for regulating the steam temperature, is divided up in such a way that so much water is injected upstream of the heat exchanger 12 that the conditions for regulating the temperature of the partially released steam II are fulfilled, and behind the heat exchanger 12 so much
that the temperature of the steam I that has not yet been expanded assumes the desired value when it exits the earth superheater 14. For a better comparison, all three diagrams a, b and c show on the one hand the temperature of the not yet relaxed steam I in the heating surface 10 or in the heating surface 14 of the steam generator and on the other hand the temperature of the relaxed steam at the outlet from the second partial heating surface 19 of the reheater the same, these diagrams depicting operating states after a disturbance in the latter temperature has been corrected.
In the operating case shown in diagram a, the reheating temperature of the partially expanded steam II should have a predetermined setpoint. An additional regulation with the aid of the heat exchanger 12 is therefore not necessary.
The water injection through the line 25 is therefore set so that the steam I that has not yet been expanded, taken from the steam generator pipe system, has approximately the same temperature when entering the heat exchanger 12 as that entering the heat exchanger 12 from the partial heating surface 18 of the reheater partially relaxed steam Il. So there is no heat exchange, in contrast to z.
B. to an indirectly heated reheater, which also in normal operation heats the partially expanded steam. After leaving the heat exchanger 12, water is again injected into the not yet expanded steam I through the line 26 so that it has the desired temperature after leaving the final superheater 14.
In the operating case shown in diagram b, it is assumed that the partially expanded steam II has an under temperature. With a lower injection of water through line 25, the temperature of the steam I that has not yet been expanded is only slightly reduced. Because of this higher temperature. of the not yet expanded steam I, the partially expanded steam II is additionally heated in the heat exchanger 12 and its temperature can thus reach the desired setpoint.
In order for the non-expanded steam I returned to the steam generator to leave the heating surface 14 at the desired temperature, water must also be injected through the line 26 in this case. In the end. In the operating case shown in diagram c, it is assumed that the partially expanded steam has 11 overtemperature.
A strong water injection through the line 25 makes it possible to reduce the temperature of the steam I which has not yet been released considerably, so that this time the partially released steam II in the heat exchanger gives off heat to the steam I which has not yet been released and is thereby cooled becomes.
If, however, the steam I, which has not yet been released and flowing from the heat exchanger 12 via the line 13 of the fourth heating surface 14, has now assumed a temperature that is too low, a portion of the temperature from the third heating surface must be added to it before it enters the heating surface 14 10 coming, directly into the fourth heating surface 14 directed steam through the line 32 branching off in front of the injection point in line 25 after opening the z.
B. manually adjustable flow member 33 to be set in this line 32: It may be useful at all to set the opening of the flow member 33 firmly, for example by hand, so that through the bypass line 32 constantly dig hot steam that is not through water Injection and heat dissipation in the heat exchanger 12 is cooled, add the cooled steam again and regulate the desired steam temperatures by the water injection.
It is irrelevant whether the steam power plant is operated with supercritical or subcritical pressure. The process can be used in conjunction with any steam boiler, be it a once-through steam generator or boiler operated in some other way. In addition to the turbine system, any machine system that can be driven by steam can also be used as the engine.
It is not absolutely necessary for the heat exchanger 12 to be arranged between two partial heating surfaces 18, 19 of the reheater; it is sufficient to install it between two parts of the turbine system, for example in front of or behind the reheater. It is also possible to provide more than two expansion stages, so that more than one reheating is necessary.
Each reheating temperature can be controlled according to the method according to the invention, but only one can be controlled in this way and the rest can be controlled using any other method, for example with the aid of swivel burners. In the first case, it is particularly advantageous to connect the heat exchangers in parallel between the individual expansion stages on the side of the steam that has not yet been expanded and to assign each one its own water injection.
