Last.
Method for starting up a steam power plant operated with forced flow The invention relates to a method for starting up a steam power plant operated with forced flow, the steam generator of which has several combustion chambers which can be heated independently of one another and of which at least a first combustion chamber does not have any intermediate superheater heating area .ehe has, while rough, ehg asbe- lieizte,
Reheater heating surfaces connected between two parts of a turbine system are arranged outside this combustion chamber. The invention also relates to a steam power plant for carrying out this method.
The difficulty in starting one with. Forced-through steam power plant, the steam generator of which has interim superchargers., Are known. You have to go with me. a greater combustion output than, for example, a circulation boiler.
This is due to the fact that the superheating temperature must be reached with the forced circulation boiler with a single pass of the working medium, while with the circulation boiler without forced circulation the amount of heat required for evaporation can be supplied in several periods. On the other hand, the flow rate cannot be made arbitrarily small, as otherwise the pipes in the vicinity of the burner can be damaged.
If you now arrange the intermediate superheater in the rear part of the gas tank, then the temperature differences between flue gas and steam are small during operation and the intermediate superheater heating surfaces must be very large. In addition, the reheater characteristics are poor, that is, the reheating temperature drops sharply at partial loads.
If, on the other hand, the intermediate superheater heating surfaces are arranged near the combustion chamber, they can burn when starting up - namely if no working medium is yet passed through the turbine system and the intermediate superheater heating surfaces and can cool them. For this reason, protective circuits have already been proposed, with the help of which the work equipment can be passed through the over hit.zer when starting up, bypassing the turbine system. For this, cooler and other auxiliary devices are essential.
With natural and forced circulation boilers, you can do it. Start up a fire that is so weak that the intermediate superheaters are not endangered and only increase the fire output when the turbine is in operation and the intermediate superheaters are cooled by steam. For the reasons given above, this is not possible with once-through boilers.
The method according to the invention, according to which a much simpler way is proposed for a subdivided steam generator, is characterized in that when starting up, the first combustion chamber is higher than the others, but heated lower than normal, and the others Combustion chambers are only heated to a higher level if work equipment
Whatever has been brought to the operating state in the heating areas of the first combustion chamber, through which the parts of the turbine system and the interposed superheater heating areas are conducted.
The Zwisehenüberhitzerheizflä: rather can be arranged in the firing cream and are nevertheless not endangered when starting up.
You can also use the well-known Vor; use parts of such a subdivided boiler ati, s-. The division of a large combustion chamber into several small combustion chambers reduces the visual difficulties that z. B.
In the case of large boilers, the control of the combustion process and thus uniform heating of the heating surfaces should be ensured. Furthermore, if each burning cream is fired independently of the other,
With a suitable arrangement of the heating surfaces, the temperature of the working medium in the superheater and in each secondary superheater can be influenced individually by varying the furnace in question.
The steam power plant according to the invention for dui-ehleithng the process is marked dadureli that the Danipferzeu "it" has a number of parallel measuring pipe systems corresponding to the number of combustion chambers, each of which consists of a steam heater and a superheater .ehe exists,
wherein an evaporator heating surface is arranged in each firing frame.
There. The steam power system according to the invention is based on a brine which is operated at a lower speed, the evaporator heating surface is to be understood in general as the part of the heating surface of the boiler in which the conversion of water into steam takes place.

In the same way, part of the working medium flows from the distribution line 15 via the valve group 7 into the evaporator heating surface 28 in the combustion chamber 4, further via the superheater heating surface 29 and finally via the steam valve 30 in the line 31 as well the collecting line <B><U>'</U> </B> 1. The reunited work equipment is created by the.
High-pressure part 32 of the turbine-i anla-e --e flows, flows through the line 33 into the first ra.uehgasbeheizte intermediate superheater heating surface 34 in the combustion chamber 4, further through the line 35 into the L # medium pressure part 36 of the turbine system,
then through the line 37 into the second flue gas-heated intermediate superheater heating surface 38 in the combustion chamber 2 and finally through the line 39 into the low-pressure part 40 of the turbine system. The working medium is finally condensed in the condenser 41 and can be used again by the feed pump 9. be promoted in the cycle.
The high pressure part 42, the middle part 36 and the lower part 40 of the turbine system sit on a common shaft and drive an electrical generator 42.
In special operating cases, for example when starting up, the working fluid can be fed to line 20 via a bypass valve 13 in line 44, from line 26 via a bypass valve 45 in line 46 and from line 31 via a bypass valve 47 in line 48 are passed into a common bypass line 49 which ends in a steam cooler 50. To cool the introduced steam, water can be injected from the supply line 10 via a valve 51 and a line 52 into the steam cooler 50.
The working medium present in vapor form can be passed via a line 53, the working medium present in liquid form via a line 54 and a Kon denstopf 55 from the steam cooler 50 into the condenser 41.
Since the Feuersingen 5, 6 and 7 can be regulated independently of one another, the temperature of the steam in the superheater heating surfaces 18, 24 and 29, which are housed together in the Brennrai in FIG. 3, can be adjusted with the help of the furnace 6 of the steam in the intermediate superheater heating surface 38 and with the aid of the furnace 7 the temperature of the steam in the intermediate superheater heating surface 34 can be regulated.
Of course, parts of the superheater heating surfaces 18, 24, 29 can also be arranged in the combustion chambers 2 and 4. blue would then, for example, regulate the temperature of the superheated steam by injecting water. In any case, you can start such a steam generator, which is operated in forced rotation, quickly and safely and bypass the known difficulties.
When starting up, the feed pump 9 conveys the smallest possible amount of working medium in the unit of time that is necessary to cool the evaporator heating surfaces 17, 23 and 28 near the burner - for example, a working medium amount of 3004 of the normal value . Preferably, the combustion chambers 2, 4 with the reheater heating surfaces 38, 34 - before working medium is passed through these reheater heating surfaces - so far.
preheated than let the reheater heating surfaces. This can be achieved by ignition or auxiliary firing or also by the weakly set firing systems 5, 7, which are operated, for example, with 5 to 8% of the normal firing capacity. However, in order to bring the aforementioned amount of working fluid to the required operating temperature, the furnace would have to be operated at at least 30 / m of the normal furnace output.
In this case, however, the uncooled intermediate superheater heating surfaces 34 and 38 would be damaged. From this grind only the firing output of the furnace 6 becomes approximately. increased to 30% of the normal combustion output.
The working medium flows through the heating surfaces lying in the combustion chamber 3 and is therefore cooled half. The amount of working fluid that is passed through the evaporator pickling surfaces 17 and 23 and the superheater heating surfaces 18 and 39 thus reach a lower temperature than the part of the working fluid that is passed through the evaporator heating surface 3 and the superheater heating surface 24. First of all, all three partial quantities are passed into the steam cooler 50 via the bypass line 49.
As soon as the steam at the end of the superheater heating surface 24 has approximately reached the operating temperature, the bypass valve I5 is closed and the steam valve 25 is opened. The heating part 32, the middle pressure part 36 and the low pressure part 40 are now acted upon by steam, but the reheater heating surfaces 34 and 38 are also cooled.
The furnaces 5 and 7 can then be set to a greater extent without burning the reheater heating surfaces 31, 38 zit be. In particular, if the combustion chambers 2 and -1 have already been preheated by a weakly set burner, the system can now within a short time. Load. take.
If a moderate mutual influence: the fire constrictions on the adjacent combustion chambers does not interfere, for example if the regulation of the steam temperature takes place in a way other than by regulating the combustion output, the partition walls between the individual combustion chambers can can be formed solely borrowed by heating surfaces designed as bulkheads.
Partition walls of this type are completely sufficient to prevent damage to the uncooled reheater heating surfaces 34 and 38 by the furnace 6.
Of course, the described steam generator for carrying out the method according to the invention is not limited to three combustion chambers and two secondary superheater heating surfaces. Is essential. for the steam generator that at least one combustion chamber is free of intermediate superheater heating surfaces, whereby it cannot be ruled out that more than one combustion frame has no intermediate superheater heating surface.
It is also not necessary to train the steam generator as a tower boiler; it can be given any other convenient form.
