Target mark with centering body, which is intended for the optical alignment and alignment of machine parts, in particular machine shafts and shaft bearings
The subject matter of the invention relates to a target which is intended for the optical alignment and alignment of machine parts, in particular machine shafts and shaft bearings. B. cylinder or cone.
Well-known designs have the disadvantage that. they cannot be attached to the shaft ends, which normally have a centering, without additional tools. For mounting in bearings, too, they often require a special auxiliary shaft, which must either be provided with an inner cylinder or an inner cone.
The centering of the target can be carried out much easier and faster in the centering of the shaft or the auxiliary shaft if, according to the invention, the target carrier is equipped with a magnet that attaches the target carrier to the object to be aligned, namely the shaft or the auxiliary shaft , holds, whereby for the automatic centering of the target mark a displaceable in the target axis and standing under spring pressure is used.
In an advantageous manner, a conical or spherical centering body is used, which sits displaceably on a centering pin. If the centering body is arranged to be exchangeable, it can easily be adapted to the respective size of the centering bore present on the shaft or auxiliary shaft.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown partially in section in the drawing.
At a target mark door. ger 1 sits a centering pin 2, the axis of which is perpendicular to the support surface 3 of the carrier l and on which a ball 5 under the pressure of a helical spring 4 is slidably disposed. This ball is secured against sliding down by the head of a screw 6. A glass plate 8 carrying a target 7 is fastened to the carrier 1 in a mount 9 which is protected by a cover glass 10. The mount 9 is adjustable by means of four equally spaced screws 14 r on the carrier in order to be able to emstell the target 7 so that it trierza in the axis of the center. pfens 2 lies.
By means of a magnet 11 arranged on the carrier. place the target on a shaft 12 or an auxiliary shaft and is automatically zen trated by the ball, which is pressed into a center hole 13 provided on the shaft 12. Instead of a permanent magnet, an electromagnet can also be used.
