Überziehhose für Moorradfahrer Die Erfindung bezieht, sich auf eine Über ziehhose, wie solche von Motorradfahrern ge braucht werden und welche den Motorrad fahrer vor allem während der Fahrt vor Staub und Sehmutz schützen soll. Die bis herigen hberziehliosen mit ihren Deeklappen erfüllen diese Forderung nur unvollkommen, weil die Hosenbeine unten offen und daher schon zunächst die Schuhe des Fahrers (oder weiterer der Nässe ausgesetzter Personen) nicht geschützt sind.
Ausserdem dringt bei diesen [losen zwischen Schuh und dem Deck lappen der Uberziehliose von unten her immer Schmutz imd ':ässe ein, so dass vielfach auch die Socken sowie der untere Teil der Hose des Strassenanzuges arg mitgenommen wer den.
Die Erfindung vermeidet alle diese Nach teile dadurch. d;zss jedes Hosenbein unten als wasserdieliter überschuli mit Sohle auscebil- det ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs- beispiel des Fussteils der erfindungsgemässen Überziehliose dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt den untern Teil eines Hosenbeines mit dem Über- schuh in teilweisem Schnitt, aus dein die An bringung- der flexiblen Sohle ersiehtlieh ist. Fig. 2 zeigt. denselben Schnitt für eine andere Befestigungsart der Sohle.
Das Bezugszeichen 1 zeigt den untern Teil des Hosenbeines aus gummiertem Stoff. Die Schnitteile der Hose sind in ihren untern Teilen so gestaltet und zusammengefa.sst, dass sie einem Schuh, der in der Zeichnung mit gestrichelten Linien angedeutet ist, Platz bie ten, also gleichzeitig als Überschuh dienen. Die Schnitteile bestehen im einzelnen aus dem Schaft 1, welcher mittels der Naht 2 wasser- dicht zusammengenäht ist, aber auch aus mehreren Teilen bestehen kann, sowie aus der Vorderkappe 3.
Diese das Oberteil bildenden Teile sind unten unmittelbar oder nach An- bringung einer Zwischensohle durch eine Laufsohle 4 geschlossen, welche nahtlos an dem Oberteil befestigt ist. Die Laufsohle 4 ist aus flexiblem Material, wie Gummi und der- Aeiehen, besitzt einen das Oberteil seitlich umsehliessenden Rand 5, und kann durch ver schiedene Befestigungsarten angebracht wer den.
In Fig. 1 ist an das Oberteil 1, 3 zunächst eine Zwischensohle 6 aus ebenfalls gummier tem Stoff, alsodemselbenMa.terial, ausJemdiee Hose besteht, angenäht.
Danach ist die Gummi sohle .1, 5 auf die Zwischensohle 6 entweder heiss anviilkanisiert oder angeklebt (kaltvulka- nisiert). Ersteres kann derart vor sieh gehen, da.ss die Gummisohle 4 mit. ihrem Rand 5 in einer Spezia.lvulkanisierpresse aus verflüssi.- tem Rohgmnmi geformt und gleichzeitig an die Zwischensohle 5 und den untern Rand des Oberteils anvulkanisiert wird, was alles in einem Arbeitsgang erfolgt.
Die Abschlusssohle kann aber auch aus einem Sohlenteil 4 und einem Randteil 5 zusammengeklebt und dann erst an das Oberteil angebracht werden. Wei terhin kann die Sohle 4, 5 aus einem Stück vorgeformt sein und dann unter Anwendun einer bindenden Chummimasse heiss an das Oberteil anv ulkanisiert werden.
Fig. ? zeigt eine weitere Befesti-ungsart der Sohle 4, 5 derart, dass mit dem Oberteil 1, 3 statt einer gummierten Stoffsohle eine Sohle 7 aus Kunststoff vernäht wird, worauf die aus dem #leiehen Kunststoff gefertigte Laufsohle 4, :5# an die Zwischensohle 7 ange schweisst wird.
