Description
Verfahren zum Vermindern störender Wirkungen von Verbrennungsprodukten der Brennkammer in einer Gasturbinenanlage Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ver fahren zum Vermindern störender MTirkungen von Verbrennllngsprodulrten der Brennkam- mer in einer Gasturbinenanlage mittels eines Zusatzstoffes, weleher Aluminium und Sili zium enthält.
Zum Vermindern dieser störenden Wir kungen, welche insbesondere durch erhöhte Korrosion und Ablagerungen entstehen, und die z. B. auf Vanadiumverbindungen und auch auf Alkali- und. Erdalkalisulfat.e zurück- gefiihrt werden können, hat man schon ver schiedene Zusätze zum Brennstoff, zur Flamme oder zu den Verbrennungsprodukten vorgesehla;
gen, darunter auchZusatzstoffe,die, wie erwähnt, Aluminium und Silizium ent halten.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass als Zu- satzstoff ein soleber gewählt wird, weleher ne ben Kaolin aueh metallisches Aluminium ent <U>hält.</U> Dieser erfindungsgemässe Zusatzstoff er weist sich als wesentlich wirksamer als andere Aluminium und Silizium enthaltende Zusatz stoffe.
Es empfiehlt sich, darauf zu achten, dass das metallische Ahuninium oxydarm ist, da sehon ein etwa 1 /o ALOg übersteigender Oxydgehalt die Wirksamkeit zu vermindern vermag.
Für das Misehltngsverhältnis zwischen Kaolin und metallischem Ahiminiiun (z. B. Aluminiumpulver) kann die Grössenordnung von 7.0-1.00 Gewichtsteilen zu einem gewählt werden.
