Gearbox with a servomotor to amplify the torque between a driving and an output shaft. In instrument technology, the problem sometimes arises of amplifying the torque of a rotating measuring element. In the general case, it is required of a mechanical torque booster that the rotational speed, number, 'angular velocity and Winkelbe acceleration of the driving and abtreibenden shaft are equal to each other.
Such torque amplifiers are complicated and expensive devices in that they have a control mechanism which allows the driven shaft driven by a servo motor to follow the driven shaft while precisely scanning the driven shaft.
In many cases of instrument technology, however, torque amplifiers are sufficient, which only meet the condition of speed equality or speed proportionality. must have, whereby instead of the continuous rotation, a step-by-step rotation of the output shaft can occur.
In such cases, it is known to arrange a 1-lemmung, which is periodically lifted by the driving shaft and which inhibits the output shaft standing under a higher torque generated for example by a servo motor or a spring with periodic winding. and releases, so that the angle of the rotation step of the output shaft is equal or proportional to the rotation angle of the driving shaft for an escapement release.
In the case of torque amplifiers, it is particularly important that the follow-up mechanism loads the driving shaft as little as possible, which is usually under the influence of a measuring element. The aim of the present invention is to create a torque amplifier of the last-mentioned type, which can be designed in such a way that it is able to follow relatively high rotational speeds with a small design and does not require maintenance even with long-term operational stress.
The present invention relates to a transmission with a servo motor to amplify the torque between a driving and a driving shaft, which is characterized by a pivotable bracket with a pivoted on the pivot end, meshing with two other gears and from alternately on one or other of these gear wheels rolling gear, the bracket alternately releases and inhibits the output shaft.
Embodiments of the invention who explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows: In FIG. 1 a schematic elevation of a torque booster, in FIG. 2 the associated floor plan, in FIG. 3 a further example of the gearbox schematically, in FIG. 4 the floor plan for this, in FIG , in which the control shaft and the abtrei bende shaft lie in one axis, in Fig. 6 the associated outline.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the transmission is arranged between two plates 1 and 2, which are held together by three columns 3, 4 and 5 and supported against each other, which increases the torque of the control shaft 6 and connects to the drive wheel 7 is coupled. The servomotor, not shown, which supplies the power for amplification, drives the wheel 8, which sits on the axle 9. The aborting MTelle 10 carries a gear 11, which with. the driven gear 8 meshes.
Between tween a web 12, which ben with two screws 13, 14 is attached to two columns 16, 16, and the board 2, a shaft 17 is superimposed, which is a bracket consisting of the two Legs 18, 19, carries. Between the two legs 1B, 1: 9, an axle 20 with a gear 21 is mounted. The gear wheel 21 meshes with the gear 7 and a gear 22 of the same size, which is seated on the output shaft 10.
The shaft 17 carries a pallet-shaped stop 23 between the two legs 18 and 19 and has a recess 2'4. On the shaft 9 driven by the motor sits a leaf spring 25 which, with its free end, rests against the stop 23, whereby the running of the motor is inhibited. The three shafts 6, 10 and 17 lie in one plane, and the shaft? Q mounted on the pivotable bracket 18, 19 can swing back and forth out of this plane. A small, short-circuit-proof 'motor, which can be switched on continuously, serves as the servomotor.
The arrangement works as follows: The motor presses with its torque on the shaft 9, which is prevented from running by the spring 25 and the stop 23. If the shaft 6 rotates in the direction of the arrow, the wheel 21 rolls off the stationary wheel 22 and the shaft 20 pivots the bracket forward out of the axis plane, whereby the stop 23 moves away from the axis 9.
This can continue until the spring 25 falls off the stop 23 and, under the torque of the motor, executes a full revolution through the gap 4. The wheel 21 is driven in the dashed arrow direction via the wheels 8, 11, 22 and rolls on the relatively slowly rotating gear 7 of the control shaft, whereby the shaft 20 is swiveled back with the swivel ble bracket and the stop 23 is the spring 2! 5 catches up again after a full turn. The two legs 1'8, 1'9 of the pivotable bracket are lengthened to form a fork 26 which encompasses the column 5 and which is intended to prevent
that the @ 'skin 20 can swing out of the axial plane so far that the wheel 21 disengages from the wheels 7 and 22. The transmission ratios of the gears are chosen so that four releases occur per complete revolution of the control shaft 6 and the output shaft 10 executes one full revolution in four steps. The pivot angle of the stop 23 can be chosen to be very small. The journals of the shafts 20 and 24 are preferably stored in stones, so that a minimum load on the controlling shaft 6 is achieved by the arrangement mentioned.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 represents a further embodiment of a torque booster according to the invention, a four-armed ratchet wheel 25 being arranged on the output shaft 10 itself as a drain block. The stop 23 is designed as a simple cylinder lock, and when the bracket is pivoted in the direction of the arrow drawn when driven by the control shaft ss, the stop 2; 3 pivots against the driven shaft 10, and the arm 25 moves through the gap 24.
During a quarter turn of the output shaft 10, the wheel 2.1 rolls back into the starting position and the stop 23 catches the next arm 25 again. Compared with the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, this exemplary embodiment allows a more robust construction, but the load on the controlling shaft is greater. The pivoting of the axle 20 out of the plane through the axles 6, 10, 17 may only be small, because otherwise the two wheels 7 and 21 would disengage.
In a third embodiment, which is shown by FIGS. 5 and 6, the gears 7, 2.1, 222 are arranged to an epicyclic gear and the driving shaft 6 and the driven shaft 10 are placed in the same axis around which the bracket is pivotably mounted with the legs 18, 19 and the stop 23. The drive by the motor takes place on the shaft 9 ″ on which, analogously to the first example, a locking arm 25 is placed, which rests against the stop 23. This arrangement has the advantage that the axis 20 is at any angle around the axes 6 and 10 can be pivoted without the engagement of the wheels 7, 2-1, 22 being changed.
