Umlaufseilbahnwagen

Circulating cable car
The invention relates to a circulating cable car with a Kuppelvorriehtung for its connection with the. Pull rope, which can be closed by a load effect by means of a sliding wedge, for example in order to couple the carriage, which is stopped in stations by means of its drive on rails, with the continuously rotating pull rope.
According to the invention, the cable coupling clamps and the organs absorbing the wedge effect during the closing movement are aligned in their mutual arrangement in such a way that the thrust forces of the organs caused by the wedge force, the relative movement of the coupling clamps against the pull cable and the resulting forces The clamping forces of the coupling clamps on the pull cable are approximately in a straight line,
which runs perpendicular to the rope axis of the rope section gripped by the clamps when the clutch is closed and to the direction of displacement of the wedge
The attached drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a circulating cable car, for example for cement transport, which is seen with its drive on a station rail:
FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG.
3 and 4 show the cable coupling device of the carriage in a vertical section, in the position coupled to or uncoupled from the pull cable.
FIG. 5 shows a cross section through the cable coupling device along the line V-V in FIG. 3.
Fig. 6 shows the force diagram of the shear and clamping forces caused by the wedge force.
The circulating cable car illustrated in Fig. 1 and 2 rolls with its drive 10 in the stations on a rail 11, on which it, uncoupled from the continuously circulating pull rope 12, can be maneuvered and shut down as required in order to load or unload or simply parked will. The carriage 10 is arranged on the upper part of the carriage suspension 13, which is formed by the coupling housing 14 of the coupling device of the carriage, in which a coupling wedge 15 is guided so that it can be moved vertically, at the lower end of which protruding from the housing 14 the lower end as a load carrying bracket 16 formed part of the hanger is hinged.
The load carrying bracket 16 is provided with two pairs of hooks 17 arranged one behind the other in the direction of travel of the wagon coupled with the rope, a load bucket 18 for receiving bulk goods, such as cement, being suspended in each pair of hooks. To hang on the hook, the buckets are brought from the side with their support pins 19 over the hook-off-n-long transversely to the direction of travel and lowered into it.
The cable coupling device of the car has two coupling clamps 20 and 21, of which one clamp 20 is provided stationÏ on the coupling housing 14, that is, is formed by the lower housing part 20, which is preferably made of forged steel, and the upper one, for example. made of cast steel, provided with the drive 10 housing part 22 is removably attached, while the other terminal 21 is slidably guided in the housing part 20.
The coupling wedge 1.5 acts during its downward movement to close the coupling on the one hand with its wedge flank 23 on the periphery of a roller 24 mounted on the terminal 21 in the housing part 20 and on the other hand with the longitudinal side 25 opposite the wedge flank on the periphery of one in the housing part 20 roller 26.
The clamp 21 engages with two lugs 27 protruding beyond the periphery of the roller 24 and facing each other atn free ends in one of the grooves 28 arranged on the wedge 15 on the side of the wedge flank 23 and running along it, which open out from the wedge 15 at their lower end to allow the lugs 27 to be moved into the grooves 28 in order to mount the housing part 20 on the housing part 22.
To grip the pull rope 12, a clamping jaw 29 or 30 is interchangeably screwed to each of the clamps 20 and 21, of which the clamping jaw 2i9 holds a cable support plate 31 which is exchangeably embedded in the housing part 20 forming its coupling clamp.
The upper end of the coupling part 15 is attached to a lifting rod 32 which is guided in a slowly displaceable manner in the housing part 22, the upper end of which is penetrated by a cross member 33, which extends in opposite directions through an opening 34 from the housing part 22 and at both ends a role 35 carries. The laterally guided in the openings 34 traverse 33 with the rollers 35 mounted on it is provided in order to.
The rollers 35 run up on Sehaltehienen 36 arranged on both sides of the drive rail 11 in the stations to pull the coupling wedge 15 with the load carrier 16 directly attached to its axis opposite the housing 14 from the coupling position shown in FIG. 3 into the position shown in FIG. 4 , whereby the terminal 21 is shifted to the left as a result of the engagement of its lugs 27 in the grooves 28 of the wedge 15 and the rope 1 @? releases.
The carriage then rolls down a little on the station rail 11 so that the cable 12 leaves the space between the clamping jaws 29 and 30 (dotted cable cross section in FIG. 4). Conversely, the closure of the clamping jaws on the rope that has entered between them is brought about by the fact that the load effect of rollers 35 running off the shift rails 36 pulls the wedge 15 downwards relative to the housing 14, the wedge flank 23 by means of the clamp 21 the roller 24 is shifted to the right into the coupling position shown in FIG. 3 and the rope is pushed onto the clamp 20.
The cable coupling clamps 20 and 21 with their clamping jaws 29 and 30 and the rollers 24 and 26 absorbing the wedge effect during the closing movement of the wedge are arranged in such a way that the relative movement of the coupling clamps caused by the wedge force K counteracts the the lifting forces S, S 'of the rollers causing the pulling rope and the resulting clamping forces Z of the clamps on the pulling rope are approximately in a straight line (Fig. 6),
which runs perpendicular to the axis of the rope section grasped by the clamping jaws 29 and 30 when the clutch is closed and to the displacement direction of the wedge 15 and intersects the axes of the rollers 24 and 26 at right angles, which is useful for utilizing the load effect to keep the clutch closed and for the Stress on the relevant structural parts results in particularly advantageous conditions. Compared to a previously used coupling device with a hollow wedge and a roller arranged in this that absorbs the wedge effect, the diameter of the rollers 24 and 26 of the present design is independent of the wedge thickness, which is mainly advantageous for the transmission of the wedge forces .
