"? us f ii.la rugigsb eispiel e Beispiel 1.

Process for producing a protective coating using a curable synthetic resin It is already known to apply a dye to wall surfaces either directly or on a fresh (glue or oil) using a spray gun and then to apply a dye to the still wet application Inject powder or granular material in. This process is used in particular to produce a coating with an appearance similar to fine plaster.
A process for the production of coatings that are resistant to chemical influences on metal, metal alloys, wood, cardboard, plastics, etc.
through the application of concentrated solutions of phenol-aldehyde condensation products to the areas treated by pickling or rough hay, in which the concentrated solutions are applied to the objects, the dry fillers are blown or sprayed on and finally the coating is carried out after repeating both measures several times single heating is hardened.
This procedure is based. : therefore insists on the use of thermosetting plastics. in that the hardening of the coating produced in this way, which consists of several layers, is carried out by heating in an oven. In this way, however, only smaller and movable gel items that can be introduced into an oven can be provided with a resistant coating.
The subject of the invention is a process for the production of a protective coating using a hardenable synthetic resin, according to which a ka.lthärtende3 synthetic resin with hardener is sprayed onto the previously cleaned surface to be protected by means of a spray gun and then not yet into it.
hardened application dry powdered fillers, which can consist of metallic or non-metallic materiia.l, are injected by means of a tensioned gas stream under high pressure in such a way that an intimate cementing of the pulverized substances is brought about among themselves and with the Kmzsthamschicht as well as with the subsoil .
"? us f ii.la rugigsb example e Example 1. First, an amine-crosslinked epoxy resin is hardened with an acid on a cleaned sheet steel by means of a spray gun sprayed on and then,
Copper dust with a grain size of approx. 0.06 mm is injected into the not yet hardened synthetic material with a spray gun using compressed gases under a pressure of approx. 6 atm. This creates an intimate cementing of the pulverized filler under and with. the synthetic resin looks as well as with. brought about the base metal and the synthetic resin relieved of the shear stress. Depending on the desired application thickness, the work process can be repeated one or more times.
Example ). An amine-coated epoxy resin with an acid hardener is sprayed onto a previously cleaned steel surface using a spray gun. and then not into that yet.
Hardened Kunstharzschielit injected with a spray gun using compressed gases under a Diaeck of about 6 atmospheres powdered silicon carbide with a grain size of about 0.06 mm. An intimate linkage of the pulverized filler with each other and with the synthetic resin layer and with the base material is also brought about here,
whereby the coating is prevented from lifting off the carbon material and the coating from cracking.
This enables objects of any shape and size, both movable and immovable, made of metal, wood, stone, etc., with. to be covered with a cold-resistant coating that is resistant to external influences, since the use of the cold-curing synthetic resin means that no further subsequent treatment is required.
By injecting dry, powdered substances by means of cold or warm compressed gases under high pressure into the not yet hardened layer of the cold-hardening synthetic resin applied to the previously cleaned substrate, the advantage is achieved,
that the pulverized substances are closely linked with each other and with the synthetic resin layer. as well as is brought about with the lower region,% vas also has the consequence that the synthetic resin is relieved of the visual inoculation tension. It is well known that synthetic resins generally have a very high shock tension, which has an adverse effect when used as a coating on other materials.
By injecting the pulverized substances, the cold-curing synthetic resin is relaxed and bound flexibly and firmly to its base in such a way that it is prevented from lifting off the base and any cracking in the coating.
In this way, particularly mechanically resistant coatings are obtained, which cannot be achieved by cleaning up a finished coolant resin filler Gemiselle.
To carry out the process, spray guns are expediently used;
