Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Überzuges auf Wandflächen etc.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines Überzuges auf  Wandflächen etc., gemäss welchem mittelst  eines Spritzapparates ein Farbstoff aufgetra  gen und in den noch feuchten Auftrag     mit-          telst    eines Spritzapparates ein staubförmiger  oder körniger Stoff eingeschossen wird.    Auf diese Weise können Überzüge her  gestellt werden, die sich zum Beispiel vor  züglich als Wandputz oder Isolierpanzerung  eignen.  



  Das Verfahren kann beispielsweise so  durchgeführt werden, dass auf eine frische  Grundierung aus Leim oder Öl der zu be  handelnden Fläche mittelst eines Spritzappa  rates Farbstoff aufgeschleudert und sodann  mittelst eines Spritzapparates in den aus  beiden Materialien gebildeten, noch feuchten  Auftrag ein staubförmiger oder körniger  Stoff eingeschossen wird.  



  Infolge Trocknens verbinden sich Auf  trag und Einschuss zu einer festen, homoge  nen Überzugsmasse.    Es kann aber auch, nach einem zweiten  Beispiel, insbesondere wenn . die zu behan  delnde Fläche geringe     Aufsaugefähigkeit    hat,       mittelst    eines Spritzapparates auf die betref  fende Fläche unmittelbar eine Ölfarbe auf  gespritzt und in den so erhaltenen, noch  feuchten Auftrag -mittelst eines Spritzappa  rates ein staubförmiger oder kerniger Stoff  eingeschossen werdet.  



  Als     Einschussmaterial    eignen sich körnige,       bezw.    staubförmige Stoffe, wie zum Beispiel  Quarzsand, Glasstaub, Granitkörner, Kork  schrot usw., je nach Zweckbestimmung des       Überzuges,    der unmittelbar, zum Beispiel  sowohl auf Mauerwerk, als auch auf Holz,       Holzfaserstoffplatten,    Metall, Papier     etc.    auf  gebracht werden kann.  



  In gewissen Fällen empfiehlt sich wieder  holtes Aufspritzen von Farbstoff und staub  förmigem oder körnigem Stoff in gleicher  Reihenfolge, da sich auf diese Weise ein in  seinem Verhalten gegen äussere Einflüsse be  sonders günstiger Überzug erzielen lässt.      Nach den beschriebenen Verfahren her  gestellte Überzüge zeichnen sich dadurch  aus, dass sie sehr beständig sind, keine Risse  besitzen, jeder Temperaturschwankung wider  stehen und ein     edelputzähnliches    Aussehen  haben.
