Description

The present invention relates to a component serving as a formwork part in the production of concrete masonry and merging into the masonry.

There are concrete blocks are known, which consist of two parallel, interconnected by a web plates and serve as a schall treatment in the manufacture of concrete masonry and remain in the concrete structure. Such hollow concrete blocks are, however, quite heavy and therefore very unwieldy when laying.

In addition, walls with panels are known as formwork, in which the opposing panels are provided with cross-over through the bearing joints, two stepped bent bracket-like connecting pieces, which hold the panels in one of the wall thickness corresponding from each other. However, it is a disadvantage of the masonry produced in this way that the clip-like connecting pieces protrude or are visible on the outside of the masonry.

Next, it has already been proposed to hold together serving as a formwork building panels in pairs by a crossbar arranged in the middle of the panel. However, this type of production has the disadvantage that the building panels are held at the desired distance from one another only at the point of the cross bar, and they can pivot more or less about vertical axes at the ends of the cross bar.

All these disadvantages inherent in the known components of this type are now eliminated according to the invention in that the component has two building boards which are held at a distance from one another and connected to one another by at least three cross bars, two of the cross bars being arranged at the same height and at a horizontal distance from one another are and the third cross bar is arranged at a vertical distance from the remaining two cross bars.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a side view, FIG. 2 shows the floor plan, FIG. 3 shows a diagram of the element and FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of one of the elements according to FIG to 3 formed, for the production of masonry serving Schaltmg.

The element shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, serving as a formwork part in the production of concrete works and merging into the masonry, consists of two building panels 1, 2, which are made of round iron by three cross bars 3, 4 and 5, which are at right angles at their ends are bent, are connected to each other. The ends of the cross bars 3, 4, 5 bent at right angles are inserted into metal eyelets 10 which are anchored ver in the plates 1, 2 on the sides facing one another.

The two cross bars 3, 4 are arranged at the same height at a horizontal distance from each other on the upper plate halves, while the cross bar 5 is arranged at a vertical distance from the two upper cross bars on the lower plate halves. In each case two opposing plates 1, 2 are secured in their parallel position in relation to one another by the three transverse rods 3-5.

The building panels 1 and 2 have a fold 6 and 7 or 8 and 9 on their horizontal and on their vertical Rän countries. The folds 6 on the upper edge of the plates 1, 2 are directed inwards, while the folds 7 on the tantern edge of the plates 1, 2 are directed outwards. This enables such elements to be joined together in a form-fitting manner. On the vertical edges, too, one fold is inward, the other outward.
