Lamellenstore.

Slat blinds. The result of the present invention is a slat blind in which the slats are suspended from swivel frames rotatably mounted on the target shaft by means of carrier straps and a tension member engaging the lowest slat can be wound around a drum of the pull-up shaft to lift the blind is.
Slat blinds of this type are known in which a coupling device is provided for adjusting the slats, which is only effective when the winding shaft is rotated in one direction of rotation. In this case, the back-up position of the pivoting frame is not inevitable, but usually by a spring.
In contrast, the present invention aims to create a venetian blind in which the pivoting frame is rotated in both directions of rotation when the winding shaft is rotated.
For this purpose, the slat blind according to the invention is assigned a coupling device with a ratchet wheel firmly connected to the opening shaft and two pawls carried by the swivel gesture 11, one of which when turning, - the opening shaft when lowering the blind and the other interacts with the ratchet wheel when the winding shaft is actuated to raise the blind, in order to turn the swivel frame and adjust the slats.
The accompanying drawing shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, and FIG. 1 shows a side view with a partial longitudinal section of one end part of the housing in which the drive elements of the blind are, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and 4, sections similar to Fig. 2, but in a different working position of the parts,
FIG. 5 shows a section along line V- 1, 'in' FIG. 1, FIG. 6 shows a similar section to FIG. 5, but in a different working position of the parts, FIG. 7 shows a single item on a larger scale from Fig. 1, Fig. 8, a section along the line VIII-VIII in Fig. 7, Fig. 9 </ B> a:
Side view with partly a section through a variant, FIG. 10 a section along the line X-X in FIG. 9 and FIG. 11 a similar section like Fig. 5 by another variant.
In the drawing, 1 is an upwardly open housing with a U-shaped cross section, in which a continuous blind opening shaft 2 is arranged. According to FIGS. 1, 8 and 8, one shaft end carries a tape roll 3, to which one end of a tension tape 4 is attached is. A swivel frame 6, 7 is rotatably mounted on the winding shaft 2 in the vicinity of each end by means of two sleeve pieces 5 .
The support straps 8 of the lamellae 9 are placed over the bent sheet metal piece 6 of the swivel frame and on the latter in a manner not shown, for example held firmly by means of a spring clip. The straps 8 penetrate through slots 10 in the bottom of the housing 1. The lamellas 9 are in strap webs < B> 111 held, which are attached to the straps 8 and arranged on both sides of a steel or plastic band 12 guided through slots in the slats 9 .
Each sheet metal style 6 partially comprises a tape winding roller 1,3 which is fixed on the shaft 2, to which one end of the tape 12 is attached. The lower end of the band 12 engages the lowermost lamella 9 in a known manner, which is not shown in greater detail.
On the two sleeve pieces 5 the outer ends of which are designed as a square, dreMest each has a bearing washer 14 with a flat all-round contact surface 15 arranged on the circumference. The Seheibeni-periphery having the surface 15, lies on an inclined bar 16 for the purpose of supporting the winding shaft 2. The bars 16 are made of the material from am The bottom of the housing 1 attached supports 17 bent out. Swiveling brackets 19 are attached to the supports 17 ,
which secure the winding shaft 2 against falling out of their bearings.
Outside the support 17 facing the end of the housing 1 , a plate 19 is attached to the sleeve piece 5 . On the plate 19 two bolts 20 arranged on an arc of a circle with spacing from one another are fastened, on each of which a pawl 21 can be pivoted is stored. In the area of action of the pawls 21, a ratchet wheel 22 is attached to the winding shaft 2. Furthermore, a stop 23 is attached to the support 17 , which stop is intended to interact with outwardly bent flanges 24 of the pawls 21.
As FIGS. 1, 7 and 8 show, a tape locking device 25 is provided on the housing end containing the tape roll 3 . This has a housing 26 open at the top and bottom, in which a tape guide frame 27 with a U-shaped cross section is pivotably mounted on a pin 228 .
A very cube spring 9-9 is wound around the peg 28 , which is attached to the said peg 2'8 at one end and at the bottom of the tape guide frame 97 < / U> is anchored in such a way that it tries to swivel the latter clockwise in Fig. 8 . Furthermore, a guide roller 30 is mounted in the frame 27 , via which the tension band 4 from the band reel 3 over the free bottom edge of the frame 27 leads down.
A rubber covering 31 is attached to the end wall of the housing 26 adjacent to the free bottom edge of the frame 27 , against the lower edge of which the band 4 is attached Non-actuated drive through which the free bottom edge of the frame 27 is pressed. Such a clamped band 4 thus prevents Sen ken the store under the weight of the slats. The other end of the tension band 4 is fastened to the underside of the frame 27 be.
The slat blind described is operated as follows. Assume that the blind is partially raised and the pivoting frame and the coupling device formed from the ratchet and ratchet wheel assume the position shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6, the area 1.5 of the disks 14 are now on the associated bar 16 , one of the two claws 21 is engaged with the ratchet wheel 22,
the band adjusting device 25 locks the band 4 and prevents an automatic lowering of the store and the slats 9 assume the closed position shown in FIG. 2 and are due to the interaction of the Surface 15 and the bar 16 are locked in this closed position.
To lower the blind, the end of the band 4 attached to the frame 2: 7 of the band adjuster 25 is pulled down and the frame 27 pivoted downwards. This releases the part of the tape leading to the tape roll 3 . The weight of the opened lamellas now causes the drum 13- to rotate and thus the winding shaft 2 in the sense of Pleils a in FIG. 2. The belt 12 is thereby driven by the drum 13 </ B> bent, there, as from Fi -'-. 2 can be seen, the protrusions of the ratchet wheel over the rounded.
Edge 21.a (can slide over the top pawl 2-1 and the pawl wheel can therefore turn. As a result, the blind can be lowered to its lowest position without the slats 9 moving; these assume the position of FIG. 2 during lowering.
If, on the other hand, the store is to be raised, the shaft 2 is tied by unrolling the tension band 4 from the roll 3 in the counterclockwise direction. 4 and 8) rotated. The pawl 2, 1 (Fig. '- ") engaging in the ratchet wheel 22 is taken along by the ratchet wheel 22, which results in the pivoting frame 6, 7 rotating at the same time.
As a result, the slats 9 are first moved into the open position shown in FIG. 3 and then moved into the position shown in FIG. 4. When the pawl 21 taken along by the latch ratchet 22 reaches its end. has reached position, it is brought out of engagement with the ratchet wheel by the Ansehla.- 23 interacting with the flange 24 of the pawl,
if it does not fall out of engagement with the ratchet wheel earlier by its own weight, while the other pawl 21, which has remained free up to now, over the projections. of the ratchet wheel slides. The pivoting frame 6 "7 thereby reaches its other end position (FIG. 5), in which the disk 14 with a cylindrical peripheral part on the bar 1: 6 < / B> rests.
Further pivoting of the pivoting frame can be prevented by not shown interacting stops on the pivoting frame part 7 and on the support 17 .
The automatic tape adjuster 25 keeps the blinds at any height, while the slats are also locked in their respective position.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the adjustment of the slats is inevitably carried out with the corresponding rotation of the up / down shaft, since at least one of the two pawls 21 is always in engagement with the ratchet wheel 22 in E .
Furthermore, since the coupling formed by the ratchet and ratchet wheel between the ZD pivoting frame and the pull-up shaft has no frictionally engaged parts, the weight of the slats is sufficient even with a half-lowered or almost completely lowered store, in order to in any case, after the release of the tape roll 3 the running end of the drawbar to cause a rotation of the pull-up shaft in the sense of lowering the blind.
A variant of the coupling device is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. On the outer bearing supports 1.7 two stops 32 protruding very much outward are attached. A plate 303 is attached to the part of the sleeves 5 located outside the bearing support 17 , which two plates for interaction with stops 32 </ B> certain resilient latch arms 34 carries. At the free ends of the arms 34 pins 35 are attached, which protrude slidably through openings in the plate 3, 3.
The ends of the pins are sawed off on one side, namely on the side facing one another. The winding shaft 2 carries a ratchet wheel 36 with recesses 37, which are provided at regular intervals from one another in the vicinity of the circumference and which have the same radial spacing as the pins 3, 5 of the arms 34 have. To limit the pivoting frame rotation, a projection 3, 8 is attached to the side wall 7 of the pivoting frame, which protrusion is provided for interacting with two on the support 17 see stops 39 is intended.
The mode of operation of the coupling device described is as follows: If the winding shaft 2 is rotated clockwise (Fig. 10 ', for example under the weight of the 3-gate), the ratchet wheel, which is firmly seated on the shaft 2, takes 36 through one of the The pins 35 , the sleeve piece # 5 and the pivoting frame 6, 7 also engage in a recess 2,7 of this wheel.
The 'swivel frame is rotated until the stop 38 abuts the corresponding stop 39 . At the same time, however, the spring arm 3, 4 leading in the rotary line has run into the inclined surface of the stop 32 on the right in FIG. 10; it slides on this stop near the bottom and is pushed away from the plate 33 in such a way (to the left in FIG. 9) that the pin 35 </ B > This support arm comes out of engagement with the opening 37 in the ratchet wheel 3,6 .
If the winding shaft 2 is now rotated further, the pin 35 following in the rotation direction slides over the ratchet wheel, due to its incision, which is opposite to that of the preceding pin, without coming into coupling engagement .
If, on the other hand, the winding shaft 2 is rotated clockwise in order to lift the blind, both pins 35, which are forced into the recesses of the ratchet wheel 316 under the spring action of the arms 34, are carried along so far that until the stop 38 of the pivoting frame strikes the stop 39 which delimits its other end position.
At the same time, the spring 34, which was leading in the direction of rotation, was pushed away from the plate 33 by the visual surface of the contact position 32 so that the pin 35 </ B > This spring arm is lifted out of the recess in the ratchet wheel 36 . When you turn it further, the pin 315 , which is still in engagement with the ratchet wheel, slides over due to its bevel (read ratchet wheel.
As can be seen, when the pulling shaft 2 is rotated, only the pin 3, 5 which precedes in the direction of rotation causes the coupling of the Sehwenkge.stelles with the tightening shaft.
In FIG. 11, a variant of that in FIGS. 5, and 6 shown support of the winding shaft 2. Instead of one a. A disk having a flattening is here a rotary test disk 41 provided with a circumferential groove 40 on the sleeve piece 5. When the winding shaft 2 is turned clockwise Tig. 11) is the disc 41 and with it the pivoting frame 6,
7 taken with the coupling device, not shown. At the end of the pivoting frame rotation, a roller 42, which is carried by a spring arm 43, engages in the groove -10 .
When the aiming shaft 2 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the viewing pivoting frame and thereby the disk 41 are pivoted into the other end position shown in FIG. 11 after the roller 42 has come out of engagement. This end position of the swivel frame is expediently limited by corresponding, not shown, abutments on the swivel frame or on the support 17.
Such stops can also be provided in the example according to FIGS. 1 to 8.
