und zwar weil ein Ventil jedes R-ussblä- sers unter dem in der Schliessrichtung wir kenden Druck des Blasemittels, im all- ;

Das bereits erwähnte Steuerorgan 45 ist ein Drehschieber, dessen in der Entlastungs leitung 14, 44 eingeschaltetes Gehäuse 46 auf dem Träger 4 angebracht ist.. Der Schaft 47 Ales Organs 45 erstreckt sieh in den Träger 4 hinein und trägt an seinem innern Ende ein bügelförmiges Betä.tigulngsglied 48, dessen beide Sehenkel beiderseits des Betäti;
Sootblower. 1> The present invention relates to such a soot blower for steam boiler systems and similar systems, in which a nozzle tube is drawn into a frame of the blister in the rest position and, during operation, forward into the system and back to the rest position with rotation is moved
namely with the introduction of a blowing agent into the pipe via a valve which is itself actively operated.
Buss blowers are generally too large for one and the same steam boiler system. All bus blowers receive the blowing agent through a branch line each from a common main line, whereby most of the blowing agent cannot get into the nozzle pipes themselves,
namely because a valve of each blower is under the pressure of the blowing agent acting in the closing direction, in general;
renieinen in cooperation with a closing spring, is held in the closed position. Only after the nozzle pipe has been advanced a certain distance, the valve of the respective R.ussbläsers is opened by a control organ, in that this control organ is opened depending on the movement of the nozzle pipe and thereby the valve @ -on the acting in the 'Sehliessriehtung The blowing agent pressure is relieved so that the valve is opened.
Each bus blower can be provided with a special electric drive motor, which causes the displacement and rotation of the nozzle tube, the drive motor being switched on by a key switch on a control center, while a couple of switches that can be controlled depending on the nozzle movement are provided on the bus blower in connection with relays to reverse the motor at the reversal point of the shifting movement and to switch it off at the end of the Rücksehiebmig. The individual bus blowers can also be set up for pneumatic operation or for manual operation.
In any case, the control element is closed when the nozzle tube has almost completed its retraction, so that the opening force acting on the valve is canceled and the latter is closed.
Buss blowers of the above known automatic type are generally quite extensive and of a relatively com plicated construction and the purpose of the invention in this regard is to be able to create an improvement, while maintaining a reliable Ar beitsweise.
The invention consists in that both the displacement and the rotation of the nozzle tube is effected by one and the same endless drive chain running parallel to the nozzle tube.
An embodiment of the bus blower according to the invention is illustrated, for example, in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows an overall view of a Buss blower with the adjacent part of the wall of a steam boiler system.
Fig. 2. and 2b together show, on a larger scale, a vertical longitudinal section through the Bussbläser.
Fig. 3 shows a vertical cross section along the line III-III of Fig. 2b.
Fig. 4 shows a vertical cross section along the line IV-IV of Fig. 2b.
Fig. 5 shows a horizontal section, along the line V -V of Fig.2a.
The nozzle pipe 1 is slidable on a fixed pipe 2 and is provided with a blower nozzle 3. The frame of the blower has a longitudinal support 4 in the shape of an inverted U and that of the end plates 5 and 6. The support 4 is relatively long, for example approximately 3 m, and allows a correspondingly large stroke length of the nozzle tube, for example about 2.5 m.
The end plate 5 carries a support sleeve 7 for insertion into the @ # 'edge Ih of the steam boiler system and a bearing sleeve 8 for the nozzle tube 1, which bearing sleeve can also be fitted with a brushing device, e.g. B. a ring-shaped brush 8 ', for .Cleaning the nozzle tube is provided on the outside. For the same purpose, a retractor device can also be provided instead of the brush device or in addition to it.
The end plate 6 carries. a retaining plate 9 for the pipe 2. and a valve housing 10 for the valve 11 with control and guide piston 12, which valve is normally kept closed by the pressure of the Blasemit.tels indicated by the arrow P and after opening the 'control member 45 (Fig. 4) ge is opened,
with the organ 45 open, a small amount of blowing agent escapes through the throttle channel 13 and the relief line 14 monitored by the organ 45 to the smoke gas space of the steam boiler or to collecting vessels for condensation water. The valve 11 is opened shortly after the start of the forward movement of the nozzle tube and shortly before the first
End of the Zllrtlek movement closed again. The like valve and control assemblies are well known, which is why a closer Be description appears superfluous.
The carrier 4 carries at the ends of the sprockets 15 and 16 for the parallel to the nozzle tube extending endless drive chain 17. The sprocket l @ is mounted on the horizontal transverse axis 18, while the sprocket 16 sits on the horizontal transverse shaft 19, which Via the helical gears 20, 21, the vertical shaft 22, the gears'-) ", 24, the vertical shaft 2:
? and the tendon gear 2'6, 27 is driven by the electric 3-motor 28 provided on top of the carrier 4. The shaft 22 is extended upwards and carries a handwheel 29. For manual operation, the gearwheel 2 :) is switched off by the lever 30 after the locking screw 3.1 has been screwed out.
The nozzle pipe has on its rear end a reinforcement and bearing sleeve 32 on which a slide in the form of a housing 33 is mounted. Inside the housing 33, with respect to which the nozzle pipe is rotatable but immovable, a visual cog wheel 34 is fixedly attached to the nozzle pipe 1 or the sleeve 32.
This helical gear is in engagement with another helical gear 35 mounted within the housing 33 on a horizontal transverse shaft 36, which transverse shaft is an IC et.tenrad 37. The drive chain 17 rests against this sprocket. The housing 33 carries a guide wheel 38 on its outside in order to keep the drive chain securely in engagement with the idler wheel 37.
The housing 33 also has a coupling member 39 on the outside, by means of which the housing is coupled to the drive chain. The drive chain thus causes the one hand through the coupling member 39 the displacement of the housing 33 and there through the nozzle pipe 1, on the other hand through the sprocket 37 and the associated Ge gear the rotation of the nozzle pipe. The Ge housing 33 has a guide roller 40 which is in engagement with a guide rail 41 on the carrier 4, as well as a pair with. support rollers 42 cooperating with the carrier.
: Sliding guides can be provided in place of the rollers. The roles 4- 'could all be missing.
The already mentioned control element 45 is a rotary valve whose housing 46, which is switched on in the relief line 14, 44, is attached to the carrier 4. The shaft 47 of the element 45 extends into the carrier 4 and carries it at its inner end a bow-shaped actuator 48, the two legs of which on both sides of the actuator;
ungs pin 49 protrude from the housing 33. By means of the spring 50, the actuating element 48 is resiliently held in a rearward or a front selective pivoting position, which two positions correspond to the closed or open state of the organ 45.
The carrier 4 carries. also a switch housing 51. with a holder 52, which is used in a noted manner to actuate a relay (not (but) for reversing the direction of rotation of the drive motor 28. By a spring 53 and via a lever 54 and The switch is kept switched on by means of a sight stick 55, against the action of the spring 56.
The arrangement is such that near the end of its forward movement, the housing 33 actuates the lever 54 and relieves the push rod 55 so that the spring 56 can turn off the switch.
The carrier 4 carries. Furthermore, a very similar arrangement for switching off the drive motor, thereby bringing the movement back of the housing and thus of the nozzle tube to a standstill. From this arrangement is. only the switch housing 57 is indicated in FIG.
The mode of operation of the device is essentially as follows: When the drive is switched on by the control center, the shifting and rotating movement of the nozzle tube 1 begins immediately.
Within a short distance of movement, actuating members 48, 49 bring the closed control element 45 into the open state, so that the pressure of the blowing agent behind the piston 12 is released and the valve 11 is opened for the purpose of feeding the blowing agent into the nozzle tube. becomes. Now the nozzle pipe 1 is pushed forward into the boiler room zll maximum length while rotating.
Immediately before the reversal point, the changer holder 52 is adjusted by the housing 33, whereupon the backward displacement takes place. When the nozzle tube is fully pulled in, the housing 33 from the stellseha.lter in the housing 57 is actuated.
It is evident that the design explained represents a very strong and clear construction - compare FIG. 1 with a relatively small number of parts for sootblowers, as well as an extremely reliable mode of operation. It must also be ensured that the carrier 4 covers the most important moving parts, such as the drive chain with the transmission links, the slide 33 with the transmission links, the actuation elements for the control element 45 and for the switches, etc.
