Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 307632.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren        Disazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metalli-          sierbaren        Disazofarbstoffes,    welches darin be  steht, dass man 1     Mol        4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dioxy-          diphenyl-1,1'-harnstoff-6,

  6'-disulfonsäure        tetra-          zotiert    und die     Tetrazoverbindung    mit 2     Mol          2-Oxynaphthalin    in     ortho-Stellung    zu dessen       Hydroxylgruppe    kuppelt.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  8,7 Teile     4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dioxydiphenyl-          1,1'-harnstoff-6,6'-disulfonsäure    werden in 130  Teilen einer 2,5     o/oigen        Natriumhydroxydlösung     gelöst.

   Nach Zugabe von 2,8 Teilen Natrium  nitrit lässt man die Lösung bei ungefähr     15      unter Rühren langsam in eine Vorlage aus  18,5 Teilen     konzentrierter    Salzsäure, 10 Teilen  Wasser und 10 Teilen Eis zufliessen. Nach  beendigter     Tetrazotierung    werden 8,7 Teile       2-Oxynaphthalin    in die Suspension eingetra  gen,

   worauf die Reaktionsmasse durch     Zuset-          zen        von        ungefähr    7     Teilen        einer        30        %        igen          Natriumhydroxydlösung    auf einen PH-Wert  von 5-6 gestellt wird. Man fügt ihr nun  7 0 Teile     Pyridin    und 16 Teile einer 30     o/oigen            Natriumhydroxydlösung    zu     und    rührt sie so  lange, bis die Kupplung beendigt ist.

   Der  gebildete     Disazofarbstoff    wird hierauf mit       Natriumchlorid        ausgefällt,        abfiltriert,    mit       einer        20        %        igen        Natriumchloridlösung        gewa-          schen    und im Vakuum getrocknet.  



  Der neue     metallisierbare        Disazofarbstoff     ist ein dunkles Pulver und färbt Baumwolle  und Fasern aus     regenerierter        Cellulose    in  bordeauxroten Tönen, welche auf der Faser       naehgekupfert    wasch- und lichtecht sind.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 1 Mol 4,4'-Diamino-3,3'- dioxydipheny 1-1.,1'-harnstoff-6,6'-disulfonsäure tetrazotiert und die Tetrazoverbindung mit 2 Mol 2-Oxynaphthalin in ortho-Stellung zu des sen Hydroxylgruppe kuppelt.
